The days continued to pass and still there was no sign that his parents were going to return. It was a little disheartening to know that his parents, the ones that had given birth to him, no longer cared about him, but Aakil was getting to the point where it didn't matter anymore. He was spending all his time with Ganja and her family and he was starting to accept the fact that he was going to stay with them for what seemed to be a long time. They weren't a bad bunch...then again the only one who he really ever interacted with and spoke to was Ganja. He didn't really talk to her other colorful siblings, since he didn't really have a reason to. Despite having negated Ganja's "claim" on him, he had unconsciously been reinforcing it, preferring to stay around the green girl rather than try and make friends with her siblings. He very rarely spoke to Dione, only if she requested to speak to him or he needed to know/ask something, which didn't really happen. He was usually just quiet, going along with whatever he asked her, interjecting with snarky comments here and there when necessary.

He hadn't really been keeping track of what Dione had been up to, but he had understood that they were moving from the pack they were a part of now to somewhere else. Where that somewhere else was he didn't know. Why they were leaving was a good a guess as any, but he didn't really concern himself with where they living. He didn't really care, as long as he had a den to take shelter from and food in his belly. The family was on the move and it seemed that everyone except him was happy that they were no longer in the previous pack lands. He would watch with a light scowl across his features as Dione bounded ahead of them, spouting off nonsense about starting a pack and other shit. Aakil would roll his eyes, keeping close to Ganja, walking just shy of her right flank. He would mimic Ganj's movements as she came to a standstill as Dione called out to whoever the hell was in the area. Audits would twitch as he wondered if anyone was going to come, not realizing that they were walking into a family of green and blue wolves. A sneer twisted his jaws, waiting to see these wolves reactions to Dione and her family.
