Heart's On Fire

Locha's brows knitted as she failed at catching the colourful petals floating around. Her paws swiped again and again, but it was if they purposefully moved out of the way just to annoy her. Emmiting a small rumble of frustration, Locha spotted a little movement. However, before she could react, her petite form was tackled to the ground by her ribs.

Next thing she felt was a pain from her bruised side. Her sister Serefina's fiery eyes looked down at her. What's up buttercup? her sibling said. Laughing, Locha squirmed under her sisters weight, a playfulness ignited in her. In a voice like her sisters, she replied "Nothin' much, honeybunch!"
