Embarrassment overwhelmed her as a nose lifted her muzzle up, allowing her to directly look into his amber gaze. Her eyes had a way with avoiding eye contact with others. Her fidgeting movements would cease, and no possible distractions would bother her. If it was his plan for her to keep eye contact with him, then she would stick to it.
"Sorry," She whispered, batting her lashes shyly. It wasn't herself to be timid around others as she was usually the outgoing and loud type. Perhaps it was her loneliness that had led her to her bashful state. Keeping quiet may prove to be a positive thing. "Really, I find you much more interesting than my paws."
That didn't sound creepy, did it?
