Motif would stand beside Rhythm as her sister howled for their brother, and beside her would be Shaye and Shai, all of them an almost functional family come to join together in the lands of the pack they loved. She was nervous of course as to how it would all work out, how she would feel being in the same family as Shai without actually being with him. She would have feared her brothers reaction more, if Rhythm hadn't so calmly accepted Shai, Shaye and the odd group that they made – if Rhythm could fit them all in her heart so easily, surely her dear brother who she had always loved would find the room to do the same.
