and it's our time now if you want it to be, maul the world like a carnival bear set free

Dreams had just started to play upon her youthful mind, full of bright fluttering insects and soft smelling flowers. Her sister was there too, this time. She and Milli were playing in a big huge field of flowers, and it was awesome. All she could want from a dream. Though being able to fly over the treetops and all the big wide world would definitely be cool too.

Her dreams were to be interrupted, a soft cry of surprise reaching her ears. Even in slumber, she knew when someone was around. Slowly would her lashes flutter against downy cheeks, mismatched optics blinking blearily as she awoke. Lifting her crown, alabaster stained features would rise above the roots to focus her attention on the stranger who had stumbled upon her. It was a male, she slowly deduced. Her mind was far from at it's sharpest now, so soon after her nap. Blinking a few more times, her lavender audits hesitated as they lowered timidly against her skull. Who was this? It was strange to be happening upon someone so far from home, but she wasn't really scared. She would fight him off if she had to! Like her mommy Vi! "'Lo." She mumbled sleepily, her features for once not creased in a smile as she greeted this strange wolf. Never had it occurred to the babe that she might bear an odd hue. Everyone had strange colours in her life, her mama Des and her mommy Vi, with their violet and crimson respectively. Her sister Milli, with her identical purple colouring, and leopard spots too. It wasn't often she met with one who didn't have abnormal pigments.

Slowly, she would rise into a seating position. Her shoulders slumped, and her entire demeanor was nothing if not lethargic. Round, bicoloured optics regarded the stranger without much expression. "Your eyes are purdy." She commented quietly, with ears now perked curiously. The lilac darling was not about to be offended by the almost scandalized expression borne by the other, instead she simply waited for him to respond. If he was mean, she'd leave. If he was nice, she'd stay. Not much else to do, was there?

sometimes I just wanna sit around and gaze at my shoes
