It hadn't been that long since he left the borders, all he could remembered was that young girls face boring through him. Vereux hurt on the inside when he finally sank into the feeling that he was never going to see his children again, his past mate. Athena probably didn't want him anymore, she had amalia after all. His children didn't need him, besides he was a horrible father for letting himself get kidnapped in the first place. That, however, didn't make it hurt any less. Yet, on the outside he remained calm, not a single tear. He was happy though, he was happy they were okay. Though he knew nothing of what happened, he didn't even know if any of the same packs were around the world he knew any of it. Though it was obvious Regium was not around, he sighed mildly looking up from the tree line. The small streams spreading out made him lower his head as his single eye spotted a woman running through them. His tail flicked mildly, the injured male was still covered in the scent of herbs from Arian treating him. Hungry as well, his stomach growled, surviving on his own wasn't something he enjoyed. Yet there was something about seeing that blue woman.....she looked oddly familiar?

His right ear would flick, the man stayed still though, his head pivoting off to the side to look at the tree's for a moment. His posture looked gross to him, but he wasn't sure that a loner would even care. His emerald eye returned to the girl, stepping out from the treeline he reached the end of the streams letting his paws linger there. His tail wiggled slightly, she indeed did look like that man who used to be with his sister. Gods, he had enough of family, he didn't even care for his last name anymore. It was like he just, wanted to start a new even though it hurt so much. He raised his head towards her.

“Seems great to be able to let go doesn't it?” he raised an eyebrow towards her standing tall. He wheezed heaving his chest and ignoring the piercing pain in his body. It was the fact that, he was free. It had been some time since he had been free, and a sense of worry already filled him. Yet Vereux was okay, he didn't mind wherever he ended up. He'd return to the place he was born and hopefully find something for himself there. She could snap at him, there was a number of things the loner could do, but he just had to see.
