Now this was something she could participate in.

Though she kept to herself, hunting food for others was something she was willing to do and would not complain about if asked. She was a hunter, after all; the tiny girl was designed for stealthiness and agility, easily hidden in the shadows and using her small stature to her benefit in hunting small prey. Larger hunts were something mostly unfamiliar to her, having only taken down larger game as a sort of training session pack in Sawtooth with her family, but she was beyond accustomed to hunting small prey effectively.

With ease the small woman had tracked down a small group of rabbits, cornering them in their burrows and killing them with little problem. It was no surprise when Rune called, his voice echoing across the lands; and she would go with less hesitation than normal, somewhat proud of the three fat rabbits hanging from her jaws, which she admittedly had difficulty carrying. Only when she was within sight of Rune and his son Eirik would she stiffen her posture slightly, moving swiftly to drop her kill at Rune's paws. "My contribution," she offered simply. Her tone was a bit lighter than usual, feeling accomplished, and her pale green gaze searched Rune's face for some kind of reassurance that she had done something right -- by not just bringing food to the feast and contribution, but by arriving promptly and trying desperately to not seem so standoffish.
