Gone now were the early mornings. She of course still got out of the den for short walks and to try and distract herself in moments she felt particularly uncomfortable. Of course she waddled more than walked now, even though she wasn't quite as large as she had been during her first pregnancy she still felt enormous in comparison to the normally slim figure she was used to. Soon she hoped this would all be over, not simply to get her body back to normal but of course now so eager to meet her pups, the pain of birth itself for now she would obviously purposefully forget.
Still dozing alone in the den, Novella wouldn't initially be aware that Frith had left her side that morning. Gradually she would stir and realise he had gone though currently had no desires to try and follow after him. Today it seemed would be yet another slightly more lazy day for the Author.
She wouldn't be left alone for too long however, the figure of Frith soon appearing within the entrance of the den returning with breakfast. "Good morning" She greeted, nuzzling him in return as dropped the fish and found his way to her side.
