Striding into the heart of his territory, Valentine made his way towards a large boulder that was backed by one of the Knoll's few trees. An impressive specimen, the tree towered over the rock, creating a crude wolven throne. Reaching it, he leaped up and spun around so that he was facing out. Without ceremony he threw back his head and called his people to him. The call was clear, its purpose unmistakable. War was on the horizon. Come.

Dione had made a mistake in slandering him. With his reputation on the line he couldn't simply let it go. No, she would pay for her mistake. And oh, how convenient was it that she'd moved in right next door? It was a brazen move, one she'd soon regret.
