Motif seemed to be ever present in the massive wolf's mind, her worried about her more than he cared to admit. Her sister's absence had obviously created a huge void, one that he wasn't sure he could fill on his own. Shai hated seeing her so miserable, and he would do his best to keep her fed like the first day she'd come to him, but even through all of that he could see her physique changing for the worst. She had to stay strong, not only for him but for their young daughter. Shaye couldn't grow up with out Motif. He'd realize swiftly the feelings he held for the chocolate woman, even if their first meeting had been almost nothing but physical. He couldn't help but seek her out now, he hadn't seen her in the last couple of days and even more he worried about her. Dutifully the tall brought a fat quail with him, knowing that she likely would be hungry. The hard part was finding her. He knew that she usually avoided her den as well as Rhythm's, he half wondered if she'd taken up residence with Bass and his brood. He'd been searching for a good hour now and still hadn't found her, sighing he'd drop his gift on the ground and sit back on his haunches. Now he was really worrying. |
