The conversation took a serious turn. Rhythm voiced a question that, by the way her gaze sunk to her paws, Valen guessed she'd been holding onto. The brute frowned. If the answer meant so much to her, why hadn't she asked sooner? "Where are we going?" At first glance they appeared to be easy questions to answer, but that was assuming the answerer knew himself well. Valentine did not.
