A New Adventure

Kia smiled to herself when Fiamette finally sat down, and nodded when the blood-red wolf introduced herself. She watched the snake slither down to the ground and keep his eyes locked on her. She was not intimidated by the she-wolf’s reptilian companion. On the contrary, he offered more of a challenge should things get ugly, though she hoped they didn’t. When asked what to discuss, she thought aloud. “Hmm…” After a moment or two, she asked, “Do you know anything about this place?” Her eyes and head moved around a bit to emphasize that she was talking about the valley. “I have just arrived and cannot wait to explore. Perhaps you could help me explore a bit?”
