Actually Novella thought the opposite in some ways. Aslan at least had grown astoundingly quickly and perhaps it was his large size that had always made Varda and Herne look so much smaller although Fate had that same effect on Luck. She would agree with her mate on the matter that they grew up too quickly however, how was it possible that their first little had been running around helping to keep the pack in check? They would always be her babies, and likely always seem too young for things.
He would reassure her that no matter how difficult she became he would still be there to help her. "And I for you, my husband." She added.
