The pale woman would repeat his name before giving him her own. There would be another break for silence that followed, a rather awkward space of time between each brief conversation and the boy was certainly tempted to leave. The fact that it was rather rude to just suddenly do so however was what kept him stood in place wondering when he might find a polite cue to leave. Not just yet, the silence would break again as she paused in her meal, questioning about his pack.
He hid the confusion from his expression though mind traced back over the short conversation, confident that he had said nothing at all about his home. His scent of course told of his pack though he had not given any inclination as to whether or not his life was happy there. A rather odd assumption to make from scent alone.
