Ears perked up as Gerhardt spoke, shy smile upon her lips at his kind words, welcoming Pontifex as part of the pack. It was great to hear, to know he would welcome him because of Loccian and Octavian's loyalties and duties for Seracia. Made it feel like one big family, where everyone was welcomed. Him calling her by rank though brought a strange feeling, unsure of how to feel about it but definitely felt good. Made her feel special.

The attention was put on Pontifex once again though, explaining how everyone choose an area of service in the Kingdom and could let the King know now or wait a few days to figure it out.

Wasting no time he had spoken, bringing up how he had not been in a pack for some time now and would like to take the rank their brother had held. She quickly looked to Gerhardt a bit curiously. Octavian had earned the rank of Esquire through loyalty, he had been here from the beginning with her. She had a feeling he would not get the rank since it was pretty high, that he needed to work for it, but at the same time there was a bit of herself thinking he would get it.
