Put a plaster on it

"Well don't sleep yet." Sorrel responded, ignoring any flinches of pain as he cleaned and put pressure on the wound, he focussed purely on doing his job. He'd deal with the pain shortly when Ellingham returned with the herbs and if the Author needed something stronger then he'd go out and search for it later for now they just needed to stop that bleeding and keep the wound clean. He'd probably need to apply something to cover the wound as well, keep it clean and help it clot. Ellingham needed to come back first though. There was the owl now at last, with the plants held within his talons dropping them to the ground beside the pair before landing himself. Sorrel glanced over at them with approval. "Can you give him the plants?" He requested, not wanting to remove the pressure from the wound just yet. Ellingham did as he was told, picking up the dosage of the plants and dropping them by Frith's mouth. "Eat those." Sorrel informed the Author, Ellingham however chose to offer just a little more information. "This one will help slow the bleeding and that one is for the pain." |
