The female could feel it within her bones. She had to remind herself that these spars were friendly and that these wolves were not her enemies. They did not have to die for her to be marked as a victor. No... She didn’t even necessarily have to win. This was all for fun. The rainbow marked beast would wait with anticipation for the spar pairings to be giving, and finally names would sound from the white woman’s lips. Ahh... So her opponent was the chocolate and white woman by the name of Rhythm. She would give a small nod, mostly to herself, and then move to where her opponent was waiting.

There was no time wasted on the formalities before battle. Head would lower, aligning with her spine. Ears would fall back upon her head, eyes narrowing into slits. The woman’s jaws were parted, a snarl threatening to rip from them. Rainbow’s neck was scrunched, her shoulders rolled forward. Hackles were raised, tail raised to also align with her spine. The female would also spread her legs, distributing the weight evenly across her four limbs. Her muscles were tense... It was time to begin.

The woman would take the opportunity to make the first move, rushing forward at her smaller opponent. She was almost a full foot taller than the other female, minus a couple inches, and planned to use her weight and height to her advantage. She sought to close the distance first, drifting slightly to her {Rainbow’s} left, her opponent {Rhythm’s} right. Rainbow’s desire was to slam into the other female, using her inside {right foreleg} to sweep under the other woman’s right foreleg and pull it out as she made her ram into her to further the damage made to the other girl’s chest. Rainbow’s jaws would seek to grab the other woman’s shoulder and sink in a moderate hold, perhaps even tearing the flesh good if she was lucky.

Rainbow’s mind blotted everything else out. It was time to get serious.
