for the day when the pain is far behind Cautious paws tested the boundary of the battlefield, claws clicking against stone as she walked into what most of her kind considered a grand arena. Integra had come to the decision that to really excel in the art of healing she needed a deeper understanding of wounds and that required a better understanding of battle. She'd been brutally trained in fighting under Dægmar Thyre and now a few weeks from being a yearling she decided it was time to test herself against someone other than her siblings and previous packmates. She was going to fight a stranger. Finding a decent, level patch of land Integra set down the plants she'd been carrying. An assorted mix of plants for the wounds she would no doubt receive. Perhaps if her opponent was friendly she could practice her arts on them as well as herself. Taking a deep breath she howled for an opponent. |
