At one time Shai had desired only one woman, Gwena. They were going to be married and he was going to live out the rest of his days with her. The Shaye had come into his life and everything had changed. He would never give up his little girl for anything, and that truth was apparent in the woman he now lay with. As well where he was, Abaven was his home now. He was still getting used to his role within the pack, but enough time had passed that the tall brute has gotten used to his routines. He was much more at ease now, he'd found himself again. Shaye was a year old now, swiftly becoming an adult. He found he was still very much worried about her every day but as his gaze rested on Motif he couldn't continue thinking about their daughter. She brought herself up the stone with grace, his yellow gaze lingering on her form as she joined him. Her words teased him lightly before she curled beside him her gaze unmistakably eyeing his stomach. It was like he could watch the thought light up in her eyes, move to her trouble making grin, and then watch as she lowered her head to his belly. HIs grin would brighten as he watched her, their yellow eyes meeting. "You know, it'll be hard to see the stars from right there." He'd whisper softly to her, as he used his decorated paw to caress the soft fur behind her ears. |
