After a few moments, he uncovered the distinct scents of vole and rabbit and yet again, he was at another crossroad between the two. Both are equally mouth-watering and delicious, however, he eventually settled with rabbit because of their larger size, which meant they would have more to nibble on. Voles would easily scurry away with their small form, unlike rabbits that he hoped would make unchallenging targets.
"I choose rabbit," he simply announced with a satisfied lick over his lips. Jaws parted so he could inhale the many rabbit scents floating around him. His stomach agreed with his decision by giving a short gurgle; time to munch. "Where do you suggest we hunt? I've found multiple scents."
