So this was what freedom tasted like... the young girl had recently passed her year mark and was entering the treacherous waters of adult-hood. The healer in training also found she had a touch more freedom then she had before and was eager to make the most of it, test the boundaries so to speak. She hadn't done much exploring outside Abaven and Imperium since Motif lost her cool at the young girl for going behind her back, but today all that would change she would put back o her exploring hat and go out there and face the world! Okay, so, maybe she wasn't quite as brave as that. It would be her father, Shai that she would check in with and gain permission before slipping out of Abaven. Shai was friendly and easy to talk to, unlike the mother she clashed heads with. She wondered partially aimlessly well paying attention to the paths behind her to ensure she wouldn't lose her way home again. She would make her way to redbud nook, a young forest with interesting growth and life to explore. The young girl would quickly find a patch of ginseng root, a very rare herb she had only seen dried in her Auntie's collection, never a fresh batch of before. She would set to harvesting the plant to dry later, determined to get her own collection of herbs to be as impressive as the Auntie she adored. |
