Rhythm led the girl closer towards the Range, there was more of a mix of trees there and not just the fruit trees that overwhelmed the Orchard. The green of the forests were practically gone except for the few pines that stood out among them. These trees didn't loose their needles in the autumn and were green all year long. Eventually they found themselves surrounded by the old farmland, first the giant oaks would show themselves but as she got closure to some old pasture some evergreens would make themselves known. With a smile and a soft bark she'd signal Shaye that they'd found their target and Rhythm would surge forward. The three trees were giant, their branches hardly in reaching distance of herself but it was possible that Shaye might be able to jump and grab hold of the thinner bottom branches. "This, is a pine tree."
