Personality:
Friendly + Luck is, for lack of a better word, quite friendly. Greeting new members to the pack, making those new members feel welcome... introducing Threar pups to the world, once they are old enough o venture from the den. Just talking with her parents, or other members of her pack. All of these activities are activities Luck enjoys, and with much enthusiasm.
Shy + You'd be surprised to learn that Luck is actually very shy, outside Threar. She's nervous around strangers, doesn't know how to approach them (really, she just doesn't realize her normal warm method will work)... in order to get to the friendly and outgoing wolf underneath, you have to break the shell yourself and approach her. The only exception to this stranger-attitude appears to be strangers who are joining Threar.
Loving + Her family is her life. Her whole world. Without her family, Luck truly believes she would be nothing. She can't imagine life without her siblings, without her parents. Without any of her family, really, despite the largeness of it. To her, each and every Destruction is precious, and deserves to be loved -and she is more than willing to do it.
Optimistic + This is both a fault, and a blessing. Her optimism carries her through the worst of situations, but it can also cause those situations - she's always believing the best in people, no matter how they act, unless they do something so horrendous that even Luck's faith is lost. (In that case, just give up). If her mother was dying of a large belly wound, Luck would still have the hope and optimism to believe that maybe her mother can still survive. The same flip of the coin allows her to believe that if a rather terrible wolf commits a deed such as killing, raping (as long as it's not a member of her family), she will believe there's still good in them.
Temperamental + This side of her isn't really seen until someone messes with her family. Then, she's out for blood. If you hurt any of her family - especially her immediate family - in any way, shape, or form, don't expect to live. If you happen to kill someone she loves, she won't stop until you are dead, or you kill her. Her family is her everything; if you take it away, you've made a grave mistake.
Plans: Luck will be growing more and more close to her family, threading and whatnot. I plan for her at some point to leave Threar temporarily (like Bass) and go meet and visit the other members of her family in other packs. She'll be helping new members, and generally just being really helpful. She'll start attending lessons and learning how to be a contributing adult, as well as decide what she wants to do. I plan on her developing into a more intelligent, less wild creature the older she gets; she will still hold on to the young cheerfulness she has, but she'll learn when to act more adult and serious.
RP sample:
Excitement fueled her legs, her ears, every part of her until she was just itching to go out. Novella had just told her that there would be a new member soon; Frith had gone out to inquire about this potential new member. This, in itself, excited Luck to no end. What excited her more was that instead of Luck taking it upon herself to just go and take the new member around, her mother had asked her to do it. It, quite frankly, made Luck's day.
Threar was a beautiful pack, a wonderful pack, on beautiful, stunning land. It was her home, her pride, her joy - and she couldn't think of a thing that she'd rather do than show a new member around this wonderful place that has been her home since birth. Since she introduced them to all of her family, all of her loves and all the things that make her happy.
With a goofy grin on her face, tongue flopping out the side of her mouth, she flicked her head to look back at her mother, who finally nodded to let her go; with a cheerful yip and a hurried, slobbery kiss on her mother's face, she bolted for the call. She knew why her mother made her wait; she couldn't arrive before her mother, after all. Though, a little bit inside of her wants to be the one to accept new members, even if they would only be Bookends at first. She wouldn't complain, though, not with her job.
Her pace slowed to a leisurely lope as she neared the border; it would be quite unseemly to appear... well, like a little kid. Then she wouldn't be taken seriously, or listened to. She found that out with strangers. Her family always listens, but strangers, if they think she's too young? Not so much.
The grin reforming on her face, she stepped up beside her father. Brown eyes dancing mischievously, she greeted the wolf whom her father had just accepted as a Bookend.
"Welcome to Threar. My name is Luck, and I'm to show you around."
This was the most fun post I've done in a long while. Wow. That cheered me up xD
