Winter here in the West of Alacritis was a lot hotter than she remembered it. She couldn't imagine how hot it might reach it the summer. Granted right now the temperature was pleasant enough, but still she yearned for a little more snow. Her blue eyes looked around her. The girl had been travelling for months now, she wasn't quite sure how long. It was probably years since she'd been dragged from her home in these lands by her captors. The she-wolf was surprised that she'd escaped, even more that they hadn't re-captured her. For now Kaala would simply enjoy her freedom for as long as it lasted. It's a pity she didn't see the lion underneath the nearby tree when she dipped her head to the water for a drink.
