Lillianna smiled and nosed the pup lightly, tongue rasping over the peach and white girl's forehead. "Of course you do," she murmured lightly, pondering how she could make this fun for the girl. Hmm... well, might as well get her excited a little first, even as she steered herself and the pup in a different direction, away from the river that they would have inevetably would have encountered if they continued on this path. Instead, she would take Vail to the nearby stream. "Besides, I have a surprise waiting for you." The words popped out of her mouth, just as that mischievious smile quirked her lips. Oh, she had a surprise. It may or may not involve splashing Vail lots. Childish, yes. Fun, even more so. Heck, the yearling was even looking forward to it, and with the 'surprise' she daresay thought Vail would be trembling with impatience and excitement by the time they reached the stream. |
