When Night Fell

Kreft would be leaving pack territory for the first time in a while, for some reason pack life had changed him. He preferred to stay in his den than go outside and interact with other wolves, but before he joined Sonticus he wandered a lot. Either way he was wandering now, Kreft would come across a brown field that smelled delightful, most wolves might find the smell of blood disgusting. But Kreft found the smell as wonderful as another wolf would find the smell of a flower, he would spot another wolf about 20 feet away. They didn’t quite look like the fighting type what were they doing here?
