Wounds treated Birna got to her feet and shook out her coat before heading to the Orchard where she was to meet Esti for their patrol. She found the other woman waiting impatiently. "My apologies Esti, I was engaged in battle. Shall we begin?" Birna took off, nostrils flaring to follow the scent of the border though she was willing to slow her pace to let Esti take the lead. It only made sense as she was still something of a stranger to the lands of Imperium but hopefully that would change quickly.

Bright blue eyes tipped skyward as she eyed the clouds building in the southern horizon. Was a storm moving in? For now the breeze was absent but she made note to keep an eye on it. "Esti, are there any typical trouble spots along the border? Any particular place there have been trespassers?"
