Bite Me Baby

Lyria would fall into her defenses easily. Her ears pressed against her skull, blue violet eyes narrowing. Her weight was evenly distributed in all four limbs, head lowering slightly to hide the tender flesh near her throat. Her tail was held out behind her, and shoulders rolled forwards, limbs bending slightly to aid her in this battle. The female's attack would hit the flesh just beyond Lyria's throat, but Lyria would wrench herself away before the attack could do as much damage as originally planned. Blood oozed from the shallow punctures. The second attack would miss, due to Lyria backing up.

Fast as the other, Lyria darted forwards to the female's left side, lunging and attempting to sink her teeth deep enough into the shoulder that it would hinder the female for a few days. If she managed to do this, the female would attempt to tighten her hold on the flesh she had.
