The yearling pressed into her mother's side as more wolves began to show, people she had only see from a distance while holed up in the den and some she had never even seen before. Chin tucked into her neck, mismatched eyes looking to the ground while the wolves gathered, just barely lifting to see just how many people were here. In total, eight. Anaeia gulped, not used to being around such a large group, immediately regretting her decision in following her mother to this place. And two of them were a bit scary, a ma with strange markings on his pelt that smelled like old blood and a heavily scarred female. The girl tried her hardest not to look at them.
A man's voice, the one who was here before her and the others started to arrive, spoke up. Anaeia would lift her head a bit to glance towards him but not directly meet his gaze, ears flicking forward. He said something about fighting and instantly her eyes went wide and she looked up to her mother, ears folding back. They were going to fight?! Surely Amachi could see the fear in her daughters eyes, but as the man continued talking ad pairing people, it felt like the girl lost her chance in slipping away back to her den.
It seemed there was no escaping it however, and as the girl looked to the other wolf she could feel that fear growing as it was the scary scarred lady. Gulping down she slowly and almost shaking as she stood up and padded forward in small steps, tail tucked in and head low. ”W-we... we fight?” She questioned in a near whisper, trying hard to not meet the woman's eyes or really get too close.
