piccola cosa rotto

Starling was more than slightly embarrased as he turned away from her, and more than a little guilty. He was really mostly frustrated with the whole situation than he was with her. Frustrated with how absolutely pathetic he was and how others didn't listen to him that often. His stutter, which he knew for a fact wasn't a physical thing. He could speak just fine in a language only a few could understand him in. It was all confidence and Starling had none...except for when it came to plants and healing. So it hurt doubly when others ignored him on a subject he actually had confidence with. And not only that, but he was stuck in a thing that he really didn't want too. He didn't want to leave again, to go back to his temporary home. He wanted to stay with his family, but he had made a decision, a promise. So he sighed as he began to walk in the direction where he knew these plants lied, not saying another word to Lillianna as he moved. Embarrasment twisted his lips, his eyes narrowed slightly as he moved, trotted. He'd apologize after he finished beating himself up, probably when they reached their first destination..
