Xephyris eyed each pack member that made their way to gathering where Kreft had called them for their training. Some of them looked determined, but others seemed nervous and uncomfortable. It looked like they could all use some toughening up; how would they defend themselves if they shied away from battle training? Silver eyes landed on Paradox for a few moments - he'd seen her at the meeting, she was Sin's daughter. She looked tough, and he wondered who she'd be paired up with.
At last Kreft would decide upon the pairs, and as he listed each wolf, Xeph scowled slightly. His name hadn't been mentioned yet... was he going to be ignored? Ears perked when he was finally mentioned, and he was paired up with Cypress. Interesting. He glanced over at the male, who still seemed to be healing from his previous wounds. He wondered how Arian's mate would fight, but if he had showed up for the training then he must be well enough. Rising to his paws, Xeph made his way over to the man, nodding to him. "Let's do this," he rumbled eagerly, turning and moving a good distance from the rest of the wolves where they wouldn't be in the way.
