Rumor has it that the ancient spirit of a king walks the halls of Amron's Castle, ready to disembowel any who dare trespass in his domain. So what does Rhyme do? Trespass, obviously. They're just rumors, after all.. right? By the time he leaves the castle, his memory has all but been wiped clean of what he's apparently endured, and the dripping cut on his cheek is proof that something happened inside those walls...

The weather in Auster remains unusually cold for this time of year, and Amron's Castle seems even more frosty than usual when Chryanthos decides to navigate the old structure. Though he's in search of any herbs that might be growing from the ruins, he doesn't have much luck at all.. and when he wakes up the next day he realizes he has the beginnings of a respiratory infection. Was it something from the castle? Who knows, but he better find someone to help fix him up!

Lions aren't afraid of ghosts? Maybe they should be. Or maybe they should just pay more attention when they go exploring! Cannival makes the mistake of climbing a bit higher than she should, and on her tumble down to solid ground she falls the wrong way on her tail and it breaks. Ugh - that will heal, but it will take awhile!

Maybe following the Ademre into this notoriously spooky place wasn't the best idea she's ever had. Usually she has no trouble following them, but it seems she has trouble keeping on their trail.. eventually she finds them, but she finds herself feeling discouraged about her tracking skills and decides she needs a lot more practice in the future before trying to trail them again.

Though he's far from home, Fracture hopes that he might have a good experience anyway. He's unused to Auster, and finds himself wondering the rest of this continent is always this damn creepy. Either way, he somehow managed to scrape by without getting tangled in anything dangerous, and even finds some gems to bring back home to Winterfell!

As devoted as ever, Zeitgeist follows her beloved Sirius all the way to Amron's Castle. He ends up getting hurt, and her heart aches for him... though she comes out unscathed, she does come out feeling a little less chipper than when she went in. Oh, and a little bit more poor, too.

Young Sparrow goes wandering far from home, all the way to Amron's Castle. Though this place does seem quite creepy - and dangerous, to tell the truth - she managed to find some rare herbs hidden among the rubble, and eagerly gathers them up to bring them back home. She's not sure what they are exactly, but they smell super good, so who cares?

A monkey's hands are far more dextrous than the paws of the mammals that usually roam these shores, so it comes as no surprise that when Obi Mon Kenobi investigates the old human ruins he is able to access areas that no handless mutt could ever dare - and he who dares, wins. The dexterous primate finds treasures his human cousins left behind.

It's harder and harder to find useful herbs these days, and Arpeggio ends up wandering even further from lands she's familiar in search of anything of interest. Her searching leads her across the Bifrost and right to Amron's castle, where she finds a cluster of unusually colored berries growing from the vines that climb the castle walls. Neat find.
