Áskell listened as ideas were offered and tossed around until Recluse settled on a course of action. They were going to try and trip one of the beasts. He wasn't quite sure how this was going to work but he was willing to do what he could. Áskell listened as he was given the task of helping with fire. He nodded and bounded back toward his den site to gather some of the pine pitch he had stashed away after his spear making lesson. His magpie followed after him. Rustling through various odds and ends he found what he was looking for, a stick with a large gob of pine pitch on the end. It could be heated and the pitch distributed to other sticks and ignited.

Úlfr listened quietly as the others spoke. He wasn't a member of the pack so he didn't want to overstep his boundaries. He opted to just listen and wait to see what his role in this hunt would be. He was a team player most of the time and he was willing to do what he was asked. He nodded as the alphess assigned him to manage one end of the rope. In all honesty he was a little worried. He wouldn't be strong enough to hold onto the rope to trip something of that size but he felt certain that with the help of his ravens he could tie it to something and work from there. Úlfr gestured to his ravens so they could strategize while they waited for the rope to be brought to them.
