Utilizing her small size and nimble agility, Ember was able to successfully dive beneath her bigger brother's body to gain full access to his vulnerable underbelly. Almost immediately, Solaire burst out into fits of giggles, whining her name in complaint as her tickle torture continued ceaselessly. A triumphant grin spread across Ember's muzzle. Victory was within reach! But the fates had a cruel twist in store for her, and her triumph was short-lived when she heard Sol declare that he was just going to sit on her in retaliation. Ember barely had time to register what he had threatened her with before she felt her brother's heft collapse down on top of her, pinning her to the ground with a soft oof! Ember growled and squirmed, trying to worm her way free, but Solaire had her totally pinned under him and all the girl could do was flail her legs helplessly.

"Nooooo! Solaire! Get offa me or I'll bite you in your sleep!" snarled the feisty Ember, refusing to admit defeat. As indomitable as her spirit was, her body was too small to be able to throw her much larger and heavier brother off of her, leaving her trapped in quite a predicament. As she fought and struggled to get free, Ember glanced up and was horrified to find Andromeda next to them, using them as an example of what works and doesn't work when fighting an opponent of different size. Gods, no, she didn't want to be the example! Gritting her teeth and growling, Ember continued to struggle with all her might, wanting to get free to prove she was capable of handling herself.

Andy moved on with her lesson, leaving the Carpathian siblings still locked in a battle of wills. With a defeated huff, Ember deflated and pouted on the ground beneath Solaire, flopping her head down with a grumpy expression. "Okay okay, you made your point, Sol. Now can you please get your big butt off of me?"

Slightly to his surprise his slightly silly threat of sitting on his sister to get her to stop actually worked! It wasn't exactly comfortable having Ember squirm and paw at him like this as she struggled to get out from under him, but it was certainly effective! He grinned proudly as their aunt came around and pointed out the perfect example they had become of what to do and not do for a fight between a bigger and smaller opponent. When he looked down at Ember he could tell she was none to pleased by it all, but it made him chuckle and his tail wagged proudly at his quick thinking. As Andy moved on with the lesson and Ember asked him to finally get off of her he relented with a laugh. "Alright, alright..." he said as he got up and hopped to the side so she could get up as well, giving himself a shake before looking back at his sister with a wide grin. "That was fun!" he said quietly so he wouldn't interrupt what their aunt was saying, his tail wagging wildly behind him before he tried to focus in on the rest of the lesson, oblivious to his sister's grumpiness.
