Kismet was thankful when the howling noises finally faded away once more. His ears still hurt a little from the noise but at last they could hear other things beyond the monkeys. His gaze no longer needed to watch the trees either, out of earshot they were definitely out of sight and instead mismatched eyes would turn their attention to Warja.
"I'd like that very much." She would accept his offer and Kismet found himself smiling slightly and with a slight nod of his head he motioned for Warja to lead on when she was ready. "After you." He offered. He could have lead the way back to where they had met, though from that point he wasn't really sure where to go, it made sense for her to lead really. As for making his own way home, he would be fine he was sure, he was just more concerned about Warja than himself at the moment.
He noticed her glance at her leg and caught sight of the strange stick bug still clinging on. The worries of it possibly biting had faded now, surely it would have done so already if it had intended upon it. Was apparently either deaf or a rather brave thing to have lingered around when the monkey was present.
"It's this way." Kismet moved to her side, walking along as she led the way. It was a little sad that the day had already come to an end, he would have hoped their adventure was more fun and longer than it had been, though the horrid howler monkeys had apparently decided to ruin that. On they continued with far less enthusiasm than before, and quieter especially once Warja had collected the feather. Eventually nearing her den though, they would bid their goodbyes for today and Kismet would make his own way home, though determined to see Warja again soon.
