Erani

She had come to the border of the Field, out of sight, downwind. Cael had left late, and Surreal had come home, giving her the entire rundown of what had happened. She could see the wolves, as Isardis fell, and she had been disgusted at Gideon?s antics, from what Surreal had told her. Valhalla did not throw insults like this. The fact that Chrysanthe had ignored the male?s antics saddened her. As the sounds from the fight were carried to sensitive ears, her lips pulled back slightly, eyes narrowing to icy slits. The break in Argent?s last words, as the figure of Gideon charged her, not waiting to hear if she would remove her challenge, told her enough.

Rising, she padded toward the fight, as Chrysanthe charged the female that resembled Taurig, who was there as well. Deep blue pools had stilled into frozen shards of rage, face set in a calm mask. A glacial command was given out. ?Attend!? There were winds that rushed over a glaciers expanse that could bite through fur and chill the very bone to the marrow. Her voice was like those winds at this moment, so cold as to seemingly burn. Erani had passed fury well before this moment. That insults had been allowed to be thrown from Valhallan mouths in a situation that was already bad enough?

Silently, she stalked forward.

Cormalin

The situation was falling apart. At first, he felt a spark of hope as Chrysanthe gave Argent the option of backing down from the challenge. Argent had raised Taurig to the rank of Overseer, which Cormalin supposed must be like Beta. Then she seemed to consider the words Chrysanthe spoke. And at the last second, when she began speaking, Gideon, the bloody fool, charged her, and she was forced to break off and fight back. ?Luna Damn it all! Control your mate, Chrysanthe! We might have just had a chance for no further bloodshed!? The command was bellowed at the young Alpha female. Gideon was ruining an already horrible situation. But it was already too late. Sapphire and Gold gems watched the events. Chrysanthe seemingly ignoring him, and taking on Sendoa.

Taurig was speaking to him, and he forced himself to listen. ?Any ideas?? Then, her voice rapped out. Protocol. Cormalin?s face took on a look of what could have been terror, before his legs crumpled under him, belly flattening to the ground, tail pined beneath him. Erani was here, and she was beyond enraged. She came forward, and none of that icy fury or feral look in her eyes was held back. That look was one fit to cut the legs out from under even the bravest warrior, and right now, it didn?t look as though he was exempt from that anger. ?Lady.? Protocol. He?d seen his mother this furious before. When Blackmoon pack had taken a dear friend, and that friend had come back, mangled, and died later that night. Erani had inherited every bit of that trait. That terrifying fury. It had developed over time, as she had grown in Valhalla. Those eyes landed on him, and he felt his heart tremble. Oh gods? He?d never seen her this furious.

Sendoa was not certain how this would go down. Though she very much intended to take the girl to Glaciem with her, there would be almost certain retribution for doing so. Likewise if by some act of the gods she managed to lose and be taken to Valhalla unwillingly. Oh she would be a thorn in their very side, and she would fight again and be freed, or perhaps be fought for if her brother thought her valuable enough - and she sincerely hoped that he did. However, the tables turned as - with a last pleading word to Chrysanthe to think about what she was doing - the alpha of Valhalla seemed to think she would be a better match for Sendoa who was 'of rank'. Funny, the Overseer mentioned nothing, and gave nothing off in her stance, to be assumed as of rank. It seemed the Valhallan was keen on calling all of the shots today.

?I still fight for the girl.? Sendoa had been against taking the girl (Azalea) from Valhalla for worry of retribution while her brother was still injured, but now she didn't care. If this woman thought she could call every shot that was made, then Sendoa would call one of her own. If she lost she would go to Valhalla and proceed to make a nuisance of herself, if she succeeded, the girl would come to Glaciem. It seemed fair enough, as Sendoa knew better than to take an alpha away from her post. She vaguely knew the numbers of Valhalla and she knew that was a fight they couldn't win.

As the woman neared, slowly at first, Sendoa would take time to roll her shoulders forward in further attempt to protect her neck, whilst keeping her chin tucked down. Her eyes would now narrow to emerald slits, keen on watching Chrysanthe while simultaneously keeping the emerald pools from immediate harm. It seemed a frontal assault was the intent, as Chrysanthe picked up speed and rocketed her form toward the Overseer. A growl would rumble in the pit of her stomach as her heart raced and sent her barelling forward in attempt to meet her attacker half-way.

The sting of pain awakened her adrenaline-filled bodice as Chrysanthe's fangs sunk into her left shoulder. The canine teeth sunk in about half an inch each, drawing blood and piercing into muscle. Instinctively Sendoa's head would snap to the left, with intent to delve her own incisors into the flesh of Chrysanthe's face. She had a particular interest in blinding the Valhallan queen in the left eye, but any damage to the surrounding area would be acceptable - so long as she tasted the woman's blood. As this was happening she would lean in toward Chrysanthe, hoping to shove her left shoulder farther down the Valhallan's throat and hopefully keep Chrysanthe from tearing too much flesh off. If, by the off chance the attacker had already released her shoulder (it was hard to tell due to the gentle ebbing of pain) the move would be intended to butt her shoulder up against her muzzle to bruise it or break a few teeth. Her tail swept to the right as her head went left and her body followed suit, counterbalancing her in case she needed the protection. She would bend her legs slightly to keep her stature sure, unwilling to topple should Chrysanthe deem it necessary to bump into her in retaliation. The fur along her spine and shoulder blades would stand on end in effort to puff her up even larger and to protect her flesh from the attacker's wandering jaws.

Sendoa v Chrysanthe for Freedom and Azalea

Round I of III

Attacks ~ Biting toward Chrysanthe's face in attempt to blind her in her left eye. Also leaning to the left to shove her shoulder farther into Chrysanthe's mouth, or (in the event that Chrysanthe releases her shoulder immediately) butt into Chrys' muzzle and bruise it or break a few teeth.

Defenses ~ Chin tucked, ears back, eyes narrowed, tail out, legs bent slightly for balance, shoulders rolled, fur raised, jaws agape

Injuries ~ Four half-inch puncture wounds on her shoulder, more damage to be considered depending on Chrysanthe's next move

OOC; Edited to strikethrough parts referring to Azalea. Sendoa is fighting only for her freedom.

No! This wasn't how things were supposed to be done! Damn it all! Taurig was beyond furious. He was enraged. Why couldn't his father just have left well enough alone?! Why did he have to go trying to take females who were already integrated into packs! He was sure that there were plenty of rogue females out there that he could claim for himself. Why the hell did he have to go and start trouble? The newly promoted Overseer had thought that the challenge would be simple. His father was just supposed to fight the red queen and that was it. But no. Valhalla just couldn't follow the damn rules. They were so simple. Don't bring more than the allotted number of wolves. Clearly, it was far too much to ask from them. Argent had warned them before, when Isardis had gone to ask for the girl Liberty, that if any more valhallans came than the number allotted then she would challenge for someone. He just never thought that she would be ballsy enough to challenge for the red King. Then again, the bastard had a big mouth and certainly didn't know how to use it properly, so he had been kind of asking for it. But damn it all, this wasn't how things were supposed to go.

To his relief, some wandering healer that apparently was acquainted with red faced queen Chrysanthe wandered into the seen, checking her first for injuries before heading to his father to attend the fallen pale ghost. The titan would bristle as the unfamiliar brute attended to his father, but when of their own healers Eris came to help, he would relax, knowing that his father was in good paws. Or so he hoped. He would have to check up on the fallen ghost after all this of this was said and done. But as far as when that would happen he had no idea because things just kept spiraling downwards at an incredible rate. His aunt had given the red faced girl the chance to back down and had tried to talk some sense into Chrysanthe, but the queen wasn't hearing it. He could sense that he and Chrysanthe were the same age, but she might as well have been a tantrum throwing pup for all he cared. He had more sense than her and he wasn't even in charge of a pack! Did she really want one of her members to not go home that day? He was trying to minimize the amount of bloodshed that was spilled but it seemed things were quickly spiraling out of his control and the gargantuan didn't like any of it.

Chrysanthe would turn the tables on Sendoa, switching the challenge to one of the freedom of his aunt. Inky lips would peel back against ivory daggers, ears flattening against his skull, frame tensing with rage. Over his dead body they would take his aunt or any member of this pack! His plea would reach Cormalin's ears and he would ask if he had any suggestions, but before the grey-blue brute could answer, a familiar figure came to the scene, one he had hoped he wouldn't see in these types of circumstances. Erani had told him that she had been trained as a warrior and he could now see why that was. The woman was completely enraged. The one word that burst from her pale lips had her brother quaking where he stood, dropping to the ground without hesitation. He had never seen Erani so enraged and he hoped that the rage wasn't directed at him. Despite how intimidating she looked, Taurig would show no sign of being affected by her presence. Was she here to stop Chrysanthe and her madness? He severely hoped so because if this didn't stop soon, the titan wouldn't be able to hold himself much longer.

Steely icy gaze would move away from Erani's enraged form, focusing on his aunt and Chrysanthe, watching as the red-faced woman would sink her teeth into Sendoa's shoulder, trickles of crimson oozing from the slight punctures. The red wench had hurt his aunt. She would forever be hated by Taurig. He didn't care if he met her later on and found out that she wasn't so bad of a wolf, just the mere fact that she had laid tooth on his aunt would forever bran her as a hated one in his mind. A snarl of frustration would burst from his agape jaws, ivory weapons gleaming, salmon tongue lashing out to brush them, frame lowering into a fighting stance. His aunt had to win. She had to! He wouldn't let them take her. They had already wounded his father, they wouldn't do the same to his aunt. Not if he had anything to say about it.

Ah, the heat of battle, the rush of adrenaline! In such a state Argent felt very much invincible and she dared anybody to tell her otherwise. Victory rushed through her at the connection of her shoulder and the way her foot slammed upon his, but for some reason or another she did not achieve the grasp she had hoped upon his neck. No matter; killing the fool would result in more trouble than it was worth. There was another prize Argent sought, one much closer to his posterior than his front. She had not tried to move away from his neck (OOC: I never mentioned her trying to rip her head away from him?), but nonetheless she would find that she?d ripped his fur out. Perhaps this was the way the gods of war were telling her an attack on the front was not appropriate; no, she needed to move.
Argent?s middle chest had not been aligned with Gideon?s right shoulder at all. Because her hit had aimed just to his left of his right shoulder, his right shoulder had been aligned just to her left of her right shoulder. This would have still hit somewhat, had she not begun to move upon realizing the strangely failed attempt of her jaws to harm his neck. She started moving to her own left as soon as her neck attack was less than fruitful, hoping to push beyond the male?s front. His right shoulder would knock against the outside of her right shoulder, biting moderate bruising into the area. His jaws, which had ungripped after obtaining a grip (OOC: I said Gideon obtained a grip in my last post, and I was confused because there was no mention of him releasing his jaws in your post but then he bit again? ;_; Hopefully this is okay), sought her shoulder once more. Argent would be long out of his gripping range now; instead his teeth merely clipped along her right shoulder, light lacerations adding to the damage in the area.

As she moved her right paw lifted up, relieving Gideon?s paw of her pressure, her hind quarters pivoting to her own left as she sought to move forwards and towards the Valhallan leader at an angle. She wanted to approach his right side ribs with a crushing force, seeking to slam her right shoulder into the part of his ribs that was closer to his head (about the middle of his torso height wise, but about where ?withers? is labeled length wise), whilst her ankle bent down and moved upwards, hoping to drive underneath the bottom his chest (about where ?chest? is) with a crushing force. Head twisted to her right, jaws attempting to bite into Gideon?s ribs and hoping to break one, the efforts of her shoulder and ankle seeking to assist her in this goal. At the same time her hips kept pivoting to her own left, tail lowering and tucking to hopefully offer protection to her unborn children.
She would hope that these movements would only be assisted by Gideon?s movements. Her paw lifting up had prevented her from being knocked off balance; she?d been adjusting her weight to pick it up at the time she?d done it, anyways. Her movements to her left helped her to avoid his use of weight, a lucky happening indeed. Gideon had a good amount of bulk, more so than the Duchess, and she did not wish to hold a shoving match with him. No, she needed to find his vulnerabilities, and she needed to break him.

Defenses stayed in place the entire time, never dropping, merely adjusting when necessary. Three grounded limbs spread apart equally, bending and lowering her body so that she might have a better center of gravity, weight evenly distributed across all grounded legs, toes spread slightly, claws trying to tickle the soil for traction, shoulders rolled as best as possible, head lowered to align with her spine, neck scrunched, hackles raised, chin tucked as closely as possible, face contorted into a snarl, jaws parted when possible, ears pinned back, and eyes narrowed.

DEFENSES tail tucked, three grounded limbs spread apart equally, bending and lowering her body so that she might have a better center of gravity, weight evenly distributed across all grounded legs, toes spread slightly, claws trying to tickle the soil for traction, shoulders rolled as best as possible, head lowered to align with her spine, neck scrunched, hackles raised, chin tucked as closely as possible, face contorted into a snarl, jaws parted when possible, ears pinned back, and eyes narrowed.

ATTACKS hoping to move to her left and pivot her hips to her left so that she might have a shot at Gideon?s side; seeking to slam her right shoulder into Gideon?s right ribs and seeking to slam her right ankle into his chest. Seeking to twist her head to the right and bite into Gideon?s right side so that she might break some ribs.
INURIES: moderate bruising to outside of right shoulder, light lacerations to right shoulder four deep punctures to her right shoulder

OOC: I'm just going to provide my opinion on the whole rolled shoulders thing. x3 Rolled shoulders do not protect the back of the neck. They protect the sides of the neck. Rolling the shoulders may, in some instances scrunch the neck, thus producing a protective layer of fur and skin, but this was not mentioned in Gideon?s last post. Hackles produce a raised layer of fur, also effective for protecting the back of the neck, but this also was not mentioned in Gideon?s post. I don?t think we?re going to agree on this issue, so it's v. much up to the judge, but I don?t think it?s fair to say his rolled shoulders protected the back of his neck, nonetheless I worked with it as best I could xD Just explaining my side of things.

And so the dance would begin, and the fight would start. Her opponent came at her as she ran toward her, meeting her halfway opposed to taking the defensive and reacting at a stand still. It was to be expected in a real fight - you had to judge your opponent's movements without sacrificing your own tactics. No one was going to stand still and let you lay her mark upon them. The alpha had aimed the best that she could despite the slightly changed circumstances, and had pushed herself to meet the left side of the other's neck - but had somehow missed her mark. The miscalculation was a disappointment, but would not be dwelled upon. Despite her narrowed eyes not being taken off of her opponent, and her spring toward her target - her teeth instead met the other at a lower angle, and she bit into the other's shoulder. The alpha snapped wildly, attempting to do as much damage as possible without latching to the other female. It wasn't an ideal place to try and obtain a grip, and so she wouldn't spend long there - the taste of blood was not something that she would relish in, she wanted to end this fight, to win, the destruction that came with it was not something that she strove for.

With her grip on the other's shoulder released, she had a single moment to react to the other's movement toward her face. Her eyes were narrowed into slits, instinctively squinting more as the other closed in on her target. The king's soldiers were much like him in tactic it seemed, because her eyes were aimed for once more. The alpha's pinned ears and raised hackles would tense with the movement, but the alpha's reaction would flow with the motion of battle. Quickly she would pull herself back and to her right as the other was aiming for her left eye, the snap back into a defensive position would save her the loss of her eyesight - but not from pain all together. Her front legs were bent and her body slightly lowered - but while pulling away her enemy would wrap her teeth around the topside her muzzle, leaving Chrysanthe yanking herself away before the other could obtain a grip. The pain was not like the pulsating thrum in her thigh, but white and hot and sudden. The other's teeth would leave wounds in the tender flesh, and a snarl was released from the Adravendi's throat and gaping jaws as the damage was done, leaving bleeding lacerations where the Glaciem's teeth had been.

Turning her head to her own right, she would immediately release the weight that had been placed on her front legs, pushing herself toward the other's middle in a partial spring aimed just behind her shoulder and above her elbow. This was where her gaping jaws would be aimed, the prize being damage that would hurt and a possible grip where her eyesight would not be threatened once again. Sendoa's shoulder would collide with the alpha's left side as she pushed forward, but it was more friction of their left sides and rolled left shoulders colliding than any sort of bruising move. It would come with a thrumming pain, but a pain that she could bear to ignore in the middle of battle. With adrenaline coursing through her, she was focused on little else but the dark woman before her. Her movement would bring her forward, her front legs staggered with her right foot forward and her weight pushed downward to keep her balanced. Her toes dug into the ground to create as much traction as possible to keep her from being pushed or bowled over. The alpha's back legs were squared for balance behind her, and her tail tucked to remain out of the way.

attacks: biting at Sendoa's left side behind her shoulder and above her elbow
defenses: narrowed eyes, pinned ears, jaws agape, raised hackles, front legs bent, right foot forward, weight centered, back legs squared for balance, tail tucked, shoulders rolled, toes digging into earth for traction
injuries: (bite wound above her eye, bite wound to right outer thigh) bite wounds around her muzzle, minor bruising along left shoulder

(OOC: I just meant the pulling motion. if you snap your teeth together and clench your jaw you'll feel your teeth come back a bit ^^ & yes the mention of what you had him bite for is fineeee dollface) The king upheld his defenses by keeping his shoulders rolled forward, his neck slightly coiled back, his chin tucked (as much as it could be), his jaws open, eyes narrowed, and ears pinned. It was only natural that his tail was struck out to act as a rudder, his weight were evenly balanced between four grounded limbs (though weight was slightly off of the damaged left toes) and his knees were bent to supply him with a firm base. Paws gripped the soil in a flexing motion and he made sure to maintain readiness by staying ever vigilant regardless of the breathy and immense exertion of the battle.

It would only rage on.

As they moved and turned and twisted some of his attacks would find their mark while others would casually glance off her body. That was fine, he had his wills and wits about him and he wasn't going to simply back down. This was, after all, a fight for his sexy body. She wanted him. Clearly. Argent would move her body to her left and she would also pivot her hips more so to her left so that she could throw her fangs at his face, and when this happened, he was quick with his own onrush and counter. His own hips would pivot to his own left, making him slightly more in line with her versus off to the side, but not completely. Still, his attack came and it came with fervor. His front limbs would lift off the ground and his weight would immediately transfer to his back legs, his right shoulder (closest to her) would attempt to slam into the right side of her mid-shoulder (right shoulder o'course) while her teeth clashed with the side of his muzzle leaving long (though approximately 1/4 inch deep) lacerations that stemmed from the proboscis down through his right (and upper) lip. His teeth would seek to move past this (which created the longer gashes) and gain a hold of the area where her jaw bone curved up and was near the groove of her neck. Top set of Gideon's teeth would seek to get around the front part of the jaw bone, while bottom set would seek to get into the groove just in front of her neck. It would seem he had a personal ven'detta against the right side of her body. Still, thoughts of the whelps in her womb did not plague him any longer, now here merely wanted to win himself.

Simultaneously, and since, he had hoisted himself up, he would charge his body forward and slightly to the right of himself (into her mostly right side. Front/Right at a diagonal perhaps,) and attempt to force his weight down onto her. left limb, though not as effective due to the possible breakage/fractured bones, would attempt to move towards her left eye, though at an odd and curved angle. Getting to the region would be difficult, and though he was no cat it would hardly do any damage to anything with fur, but if he could just touch that left eye, she would at least feel stunned. Hopefully, successful, he would have tilted his tail slightly to the left of him to keep himself well protected at all times.

The cream and cherry alphess' jowls released her shoulder in just moments, leaving a throbbing pain in their wake. Sendoa felt the woman recoil from her attempt at a half-blinding. It was a pity, really, but to be expected. Ruby droplets emerged on the top of Chrysanthe's muzzle as the Glaciem's weapons delved in to the thin flesh. However, she had no opportunity to take a firmer grip, as she would have wanted, and so she would seek a fresher target. It was not uncommon for one to recoil and then spring back, and the young queen seemed to have decided that was her best move. As she launched herself quickly and precisely, there was little for Sendoa to do but shift her own weight back and away - hoping to dull or nullify the damage being created. However, her own movement was just a half a second late as Chrysanthe's incisors blazed a trail in a sensitive and awkward area.

Their shoulders collided, but as the pale woman had moved back and forth much quicker than Sendoa could have anticipated, it did nothing more than cause a slight friction between the two titans. Through slitted eyes she would note Chrysanthe's positioning and her current hold on the flesh behind her shoulder. Head would snap to the left and shift downward, arching in such a manner as to keep as much security on her throat as possible. Jaws spread wide, her mark being the scruff of the Alpha's neck, though she wouldn't mind a blow as far down as between the shoulder blades. If she succeeded it would be a hold she wouldn't soon give up, though should the little devil queen choose to move again as she had done before and wrench her own flesh from the Glaciem's jaws she wouldn't protest much. Ears remained tucked to her skull tightly, almost seeming to not exist at all. Her tail swept to the right, as far away from Chrysanthe as she could manage to get it while still keeping her balance sure. Her weight would shift forward slightly and to the left, hoping to bump into Chrysanthe's cheekbone or the side of her neck in attempt to get her to loosen her grip. Her front left paw would move forward as she did so, hoping to keep her balance steady. Each leg bent slightly in effort to lower her center of gravity. Shoulders remained rolled forward, one still ebbing from the four puncture wounds left behind.

The searing pain on her side was more than she expected, but it wasn't something she couldn't handle. Still, a groan left her trachea, whilst a grimace painted across her face. It wouldn't be long now, one of them would have to give up soon - she just hoped it wouldn't be her.

Sendoa v Chrysanthe for Freedom

Round II of III

Attacks ~ Jaws aiming for Chrysanthe's scruff, weight shifting in attempt to bump into Chrysanthe and encourage her to release her grip

Defenses were extremely important in this situation; tail tucked in close to her stomach, legs spread equally apart, limbs bent, center of gravity lowered, weight evenly distributed across three grounded limbs, toes spread, claws slightly attempting to curve into the soil for better traction, shoulders rolled, head lowered to align with her spine, neck scrunching, chin tucking as much as possible, jaws parting, eyes narrowing and ears pinning back. This was it. Their struggle would be over in a few moments, decided by who had fought the best, and who had been given the best opportunity for success.
Argent?s movements had been continuous, and his mere reposition wasn?t going to stop her. She continued pivoting to her own left, stepping forwards as she did so, even as her jaws clipped into his snout. No, her goal was not his face, it was another head that she wanted. Whether or not she could reach it was another story entirely. She was only mortal after all; skilled, yet still mortal. His right shoulder collided with the outside of her own, the impact somewhat lessened due to her constant movement. The bruising was moderate, but still unpleasant, still a burden upon her. However, her movements would help her avoid the wrath of his jaws. Well, not entirely. They would clip along the outside of her jaw, biting moderate, inch-long lacerations but not attaining a grip and not giving her much pause.
By the time he sought to land upon her, she was out of his reach, dodging his heavy weight and his claw?s attempt to slash into her eye. Argent, too, would rise up from her hind legs, seeking to bring herself perpendicular, hoping to find Gideon?s center and charge. Her hind legs bent, weight transferring into them to adjust for the loss of balance from her front, although not for long. Her front limbs sought to slam down onto Gideon?s back, her jaws hoping to bite into his spine, unprotected for he had neglected to raise his hackles in order to layer the spine with defense. She wanted to make him come crashing down beneath her in submission. She wanted to make him her bitch. Maybe a shot to the balls hadn?t been achievable because of realistic reasons, but she had plenty of time for that if she won.

She was an Avenger, a defender of her pack, and Chrysanthe had bothered to endanger that pack by trying to outnumber them. If she could take Gideon prisoner, then that would help her protect her loved ones. It would give her a bartering chip to bring the russet-kissed alpha into line. Her determination was set, her jaws hoping to deliver a blow that would cripple him enough to knock him out and label him Glaciem property. Her shoulder throbbed with pain, having received most of the hits, but adrenaline took it away. No muscular or tendon damage had been obtained, and thus the area was still fully functional, although once the heat of battle faded Argent would certainly be sore for a few weeks.

ARGENT vs. GIDEON for GIDEON

ATTACKS continuing her pivoting to her left/motions forwards, she attempts to bring herself to his right side perpendicularly, and raising up onto her hind legs, hoping to slam her weight onto the middle of his back and seeking to bite into his spine.
INURIES: worsened bruising to outside of right shoulder, moderate lacerations to outside of right jaw, moderate bruising to outside of right shoulder, light lacerations to right shoulder, four deep punctures to her right shoulder

10 for powerplaying. I?m just making a note here, as you didn?t technically powerplay. Please be aware that stating things about the other character as you did frequently in this post can sometimes be mistaken as powerplaying. I read it carefully and realized that you werne?t powerplaying, but just be careful in the future. Generally people don?t like things being stated as fact about what their character is or isn?t doing.

9 for defenses. legs spread, weight distributed, legs bent, toes spread, tail tucked, hackles raised, shoulders rolled, head lowered, chin tucked, neck scrunched, jaws parted, eyes narrowed, ears pinned. Wonderful defenses, one point off for raising a paw and thereby mildly compromising balance.

10 for attack. right shoulder into gideon?s far right chest, slamming her paw down on his toes trying to break them, seeking to bite Gideon?s neck bone.

10 for injuries.First round

Round one ARGENT Total: 49/50

Round 2

GIDEON:

10 for clarity- Notes

9 for powerplaying. When did Argent pull away from him and rip out his fur?

9 for defenses. head tucked, jaws open, limbs bent and distributed, tail out, eyes narrowed, ears back, claws out, still on three legs for part of the post.

9 for attack. Driving his right shoulder into the base of her neck, center of her chest. Teeth aiming for her right shoulder (previously injured). Entire bodice moving forward to force his weight into her. Should he not be favoring his injured paw?

5 for injuries. Two fractured bones in his left paw, four 1/8 inch cuts, moderate fur loss.

Round two GIDEON Total: 42/50

ARGENT:

10 for powerplaying. Notes

9 for defenses. three grounded limbs, body bent, weight distributed, toes spread, claws out, shoulders rolled, head lowered, neck scrunched, hackles raised, chin tucked, jaws parted, ears pinned, eyes narrowed. Docked for one raised limb.

7 for attack. slamming her shoulder into his ribs, ankle bending down and moving upwards at the underside of his chest. I am confused as to how her ankle is supposed to crush his ribs? Perhaps you meant to mention her shoulder in here too?

6 for injuries. Moderate bruising on her right shoulder, lacerations on her right shoulder. The injures are adding up on this shoulder.

Round two ARGENT Total: 42/50

Round 3
GIDEON:

10 for clarity- Notes

9 for powerplaying. Her fangs didn?t bite at his face?

7 for defenses. shoulders rolled, neck coiled, chin tucked, jaws open, eyes narrowed, ears pinned, tail out, weight balanced, legs bent, paws gripping. Good compensation for the injured toes. Took both paws off of the ground for an attack.

10 for attack. Sacrificing balance to make a powerful attempt at bashing her right shoulder while biting at her jawbone, weight attempting to force down on her, injured left limb seeking her left eye

6 for injuries. Long gashes on muzzle

Round three GIDEON Total: 42/50

ARGENT:

10 for clarity- Notes

10 for powerplaying. Notes

7 for defenses. tail tucked, legs spread, limbs bent, center of gravity low, weight distributed on three limbs, toes spread, claws curved, shoulders rolled, head lowered, neck scrunched, chin tucked, jaws parted, eyes narrowed, ears pinned. Docked for limb still in the air. Rising up on two legs.

8 for attack. Going for his spine while casting her weight into his back

4 for injuries. Moderate bruising on her right injured shoulder, inch long lacerations on the outside of her jaw. She?s got to be really hurting in this shoulder now.

Round three ARGENT Total: 39/50

Totals:

GIDEON: 131/150

ARGENT: 130/150

And the winner is...

GIDEON! ARGENT must give up by either submitting, fleeing, or passing out.

Damage:

GIDEON- Most serious damage done to his two fractured toes, which will take two OOC weeks to heal and will possibly cause a mild limp.

ARGENT- Most serious damage done to mobility of her right front shoulder, which will take two OOC weeks to heal and will possibly make mobility difficult.

There was nothing substantial to suggest an abortion or castration could have taken place, therefore neither of them occurred during the battle or will occur post-battle. Gideon has won his freedom, and Argent may not challenge for it again during this thread or in the immediate future.

Notes:

Tips for both writing, and some suggestions. (no points are deducted here)
You guys did really well. Try to avoid stating facts about the other character (even though you weren?t technically powerplaying). This was a REALLY close fight and I?m super stressed about it but I hope I did it justice. Wonderful job ladies <3

Gideon vs. Argent

Round 1

Gideon:

CLARITY: 8 / 10
I'm a bit skeptical of having Gideon hold on to Argent's left shoulder and then also using his own left shoulder to bump her chest. The positioning is weird.

POWERPLAYING: 10 / 10 No powerplaying found.

DEFENSES: 8 / 10

Pinned ears, balanced tail/stance, protected throat, ready stance, open jaws.

ATTACK: 8 / 10

Multiple move attack. Bite to shoulder, slam into chest, paw to Argent's limb. Minus points for weird positioning.

INJURIES: 10 / 10

First round. No injuries.

Round one Gideon Total: 44 / 50

Argent:

CLARITY: 10 / 10 Your post was clear.

POWERPLAYING: 10 / 10 No powerplaying found.

DEFENSES: 10 / 10

Balanced stance, ready stance, tucked tail, protected throat, narrowed eyes, pinned ears, jaws parted, toes spread.

ATTACK: 10 / 10

Multiple move attack. Meets Gideon's attack by charging, attempts to break toes, attacks neck aiming for bone.

INJURIES: 8/ 10

Deep bite wound to shoulder.

Round one Argent Total: 48 / 50

Round 2

Gideon:

CLARITY: 7 / 10
There were a ton of issues with your post. Confusion with what shoulder Gideon attacked "Teeth would again attempt to snap into the shoulder he had attacked before (her right)" in the last round he had bitten her left shoulder? The statement regarding what shoulder he was using to bump Argent with was confusing "His right shoulder would then attempt to take his right shoulder", left toes that were crushed yet not on the ground? And then lowered to the ground?

POWERPLAYING: 8 / 10
Argent did not mention releasing Gideon.

DEFENSES: 10 / 10

Protected neck, open jaws, ready stance, balanced stance/tail, pinned ears, narrowed eyes, spread toes.

ATTACK: 6 / 10

Two move attack. Bumps into chest, pushing forward and bites at right shoulder.

INJURIES: 7 / 10

Fractured toes. Minor bite wound to neck.

Round two Gideon Total: 38 / 50

Argent:

CLARITY: 10 / 10 Your post was clear.

POWERPLAYING: 10 / 10 No powerplaying found.

DEFENSES: 10 / 10

Tucked tail, balanced stance, ready stance, spread toes, protected throat, jaws parted, face bunched, ears pinned, eyes narrowed.

ATTACK: 8 / 10

Multiple move attack. Slams shoulder into ribs, ankle against chest, bites at ribcage.

INJURIES: 8/ 10

Bruised shoulder. Light lacerations to right shoulder.

Round two Argent Total: 46 / 50

Round 3

Gideon:

CLARITY: 7 / 10
Argent didn't try to bite Gideon's face.

POWERPLAYING: 6 / 10
Again, Argent didn't try to bite Gideon's face. You also completely disregard Argent's attack to his ribcage.

DEFENSES: 9 / 10

Protected throat, jaws open, narrowed eyes, pinned ears, balanced tail/stance, ready stance, spread toes but some damaged.

ATTACK: 7 / 10

Multi-move attack. Bites at jaw bone, attempts to push body down on Argent aiming limbs at her left eye. (Even though this isn't the eye facing him?)

INJURIES: 8 / 10

Imagined gashes on muzzle?

Round three Gideon Total: 37 / 50

Argent:

CLARITY: 10 / 10 Your post was clear.

POWERPLAYING: 10 / 10 No powerplaying found.

DEFENSES: 10 / 10

Tucked tail, balanced stance, ready stance, toes spread, protected throat, jaws parted, eyes narrowed, ears pinned.

ATTACK: 7 / 10

Multiple move attack. Pulls away, raises on front limbs and attempts to push down on center of Gideon's back, also attempts to bite his spine.

INJURIES: 7/ 10

Worsened bruising to right shoulder, lacerations to right jaw.

Round three Argent Total: 44 / 50

Totals:

Gideon: 119 /200

Argent: 138 /200

And the winner is...

Argent! Gideon must give up by either submitting, fleeing, or passing out.

Damage:

Gideon- most serious damage done to his two fractured toes, which will take two ooc weeks to heal and will possibly cause a mild limp.

Player2- most serious damage done to mobility of her right front shoulder, which will take two ooc weeks to heal and will possibly make mobility difficult.

Notes:
I would say that you both did really well listing your defenses and planning intricate and effective attacks. Lu, you would have scored much higher if there hadn't been so many problems with clarity which in result caused me to deduct points from you for powerplaying. I also think it would have helped make your posts more clear if you had listed your attacks, defenses, etc at the end of your post as is the fashion on Alacritis. This fight would have been close without the problems with confusion.

Fight awarded to ARGENT.

Having been discussed, the fight is being awarded to Argent. Gideon is now claimed by Glaciem. The ruling of no castration/abortion still stands.

All of this fighting was starting to get to the alpha - starting with Isardis and it just kept on going with this female - but she would keep moving. This female would be important, if she could win this fight she might be able to avoid someone in Valhalla being claimed by Glaciem, or avoid impending conflict in the near future. A bartering chip was more important than her precious beta seemed to understand as he ignored her orders to challenge for the Glaciem boy thinking he was doing anyone a favor in the long run. It was important for her to win, even more so thanks to him, and for that reason she would carry on despite her pounding heart and quickening breaths. Tiring out wasn't an option - not yet.

Narrowed eyes held an inner fire as she attempted to hold on to her grip, twisting her head and attempting to do more damage to the woman. She had pulled a groan from her opponent, and that was all that she needed to keep pushing. It would come at a price of as nearly every grip did, and her opponent grabbed her by the scruff with an incredible harshness between the back of her neck and shoulders. The only protection that she had from the woman's jowls were her own set defenses - which could very well be the only reason that she didn't end up submitting at this point in the fight. Her shoulders were rolled to protect the sides of her neck, and her hackles raised to protect the back of her neck. Instead of sensitive muscle and flesh and quite possibly her spine, the other would grab the thick raised hair along her spine. Her teeth would make shallow marks where she bit down - drawing blood as she gripped at the alpha but doing little lasting damage.

The damage that she did do hurt like a bitch though!

Chrysanthe held back a growl, choosing to instead try and bite down harder on the area she had come in contact with and twist her head just enough to pull another groan or perhaps a yowl of pain from the woman that she was fighting - to make her bleed and possibly submit before this had to drag on any further. Her tail was level behind her in an attempt to keep her balanced, and her squared back legs lowered slightly as she reacted to the other pushing against her. Pulling back, the woman's toes dug into the ground to create as much traction as possible and make it harder for her to be bowled over. Her bent front legs stretched out, and she pulled herself back thanks to her staggered front legs. Before she had her right foot forward, but that gave her leverage to pull backward against the other woman pushing against her, nullifying much of the other's movement at the cost of the grip on her scruff possibly tightening depending on the other's reaction. She also hoped that with her new partially squatting positioning, that she would be able to keep herself from being pushed down by the other female's grip on her neck.

Her defenses were kept in mind, her ears pulled back and her head was lowered over her throat as much as it could be, and her weight was evenly balanced, although she paid extra mind to her right side. As it was opposite to her opponent it could be the only thing that held her up if the other decided to push against Chrysanthe any harder.

attacks: attempting to worsen the pressure of her grip and pull back on whatever flesh she's managed to grab
defenses: ears pinned, eyes narrowed, raised hackles, rolled shoulders, squared back legs, tail level, toes digging into the ground, head lowered somewhat over throat, weight evenly balanced, front legs tense and straight to keep from being pushed down
Injuries: (bite wound above her eye, bite wound to right outer thigh) bite wounds around her muzzle, minor bruising along left shoulder, shallow wounds between neck and shoulders from Sendoa's teeth
ooc: last round! Chrys kept sentry rules (one attack per round, most defenses), so +5 at the end of this fight. Also i figure it's important to add in what's being fought for with what happened with the castration / abortion scenario so I edited to stick that at the end.

Chrysanthe seemed keen on keeping the rather awkward grip she had, but Sendoa had expected that. So frequently wolf fights were about tug of war, it was rare that a bite should land and pull away in an instant. Sendoa continued to grumble as the sensitive area was clamped down upon even tighter. The flesh just in front of her ribcage was thin and didn't have much fur for protection, making it an incredibly easy target. However, Chrysanthe's scruff was anything but easy. Sendoa's grumbles turned to vibrations as her throat was choked of all sound by the Valhallan's thick fur and skin. She had known it would not be a deadly strike, but it would be one that could eventually cause the Alpha to submit, if she just tried hard enough! As jowls delved in Sendoa would attempt to ravage the frame of the Alpha, shaking her head roughly as if she were attempting to tear a limb from a recent kill. If anything it would certainly worsen the damage, though Sendoa hoped for a drastic change of pace - like Chrysanthe giving up her insane claim. As she did this, she felt Chrysanthe's jaws recoiling back and away from their target, whilst still holding fast to the flesh she'd managed to get a hold on. Instinctively Sendoa's frame would move with her as best as she could, though she could feel the skin being ripped away ever so slowly and excruciatingly. She would lean just a bit further, hoping to bump into the woman and force her to release her grip. As the pain ripped through her she knew that she couldn't give up now, defenses were as key as offensive moves were. Ears remained tucked protectively to her skull, whilst her eyes were narrowed to minuscule slits. All four paws wrestled with the earth, intent upon keeping her balance even as she leaned slightly into Chrysanthe to hopefully lessen the pain and injury to her side. Tail swept away from Chrysanthe for added balance, while her hackles raised and her shoulders remained rolled forward. Even as she held onto the Alpha's scruff she managed to keep her chin slightly tucked toward her bosom, even though it was only a slight inclination it still felt as if it might protect her throat - which was most important. Her claws gripped the earth as if her life depended upon it, if there was anything she knew - it was that she would not be bowled over by Chrysanthe Adravendi.

Sendoa v Chrysanthe for Freedom

Round III of III

Attacks ~ Shaking her head violently in attempt to do more damage or possibly even cause Chrysanthe to submit, leaning into Chrysanthe to try to get her to release her grip.

Defenses ~ Ears tucked, eyes narrowed, hackles raised, shoulders rolled, chin tucked slightly, claws gripping the earth, tail flagged for balance, weight distributed on four paws.

Injuries ~ RI: four half-inch puncture wounds to the front of her left shoulder, R2: medium depth lacerations/puncture wounds on her side behind her shoulder and above her elbow, mild bruising on her shoulder where it met Chrysanthe's. R3: Puncture wounds on her side worsened to lacerations/tears in the flesh.

OOC ~ Yay for a fight being done! Great job as always, Seren. <3 As for the judge.. you can determine if you think that Sen should be awarded the Avenger points (+7) or not. I realize that this fight was primarily to protect herself, but there could be some arguments for avenger status in there somewhere so I'll leave it up to you :3.

CHRYSANTHE VS. SENDOA FOR SENDOA

Round 1

Chrysanthe:

CLARITY: 10/10
Clear post!

POWERPLAYING: 0/ 10
?coming at her in a frontal assult? don?t assume Chrys was able to do this. Sendoa could easily move out of the way of Chrys?s attack. ?Yet as she approached her her target? once again, don?t assume she could close the distance. ?yank once she tasted any sort of blood in her mouth? conditional, doesn?t allow Sendoa time to reply to attack. If you were going to word this, I would suggest wording it along the lines of her attempting to do this motion anyways. By saying she?s tasted blood, you?ve one squeezed in an extra move into this post by assuming that Chrys?s jaws would even taste blood. ?It was more to thrust herself into the other? I didn?t deduct for this, but be careful. It sounds like you are assuming Chrys was able to thrust herself into Sendoa, even though you said in hopes of her grip, it really assumes Chrys has been able to get closer to Sendoa.

DEFENSES: 10/10

Eyes narrowed, ears pinned, head lowered, hackles raised, balance, legs squared, shoulders rolled, legs bent, jaws parted, tail tucked, toes biting into ground

ATTACK: 4/10

It feels like she could have done more; she had the first move. It?s very singular in aim, and it also exposes Chrys?s own side neck to Sendoa.

INJURIES: 10/10

First round. No injuries.

Round One Chrysanthe Total: 34/50

Sendoa:

CLARITY: 4/10
I am not entirely certain how Chrysanthe?s bite managed to get into Sendoa?s shoulder. Chrysanthe was aiming for the upper neck of Sendoa, so even if Sendoa moved, Chrysanthe?s jaws wouldn?t lower. Where on Chrysanthe?s face is she aiming to attack? You mention it in her OOC tags as the eye, but ICly it is not clear at all that she was aiming for the eye.

POWERPLAYING: 8/10
?If, by the off chance the attacker had already released her shoulder? minor conditional (as Sendoa?s doing the same movement regardless); don?t assume what Chrysanthe would do in any sense.

DEFENSES: 6/10

Shoulders rolled, chin tucked, eyes narrowed, tail swept to one side, legs spread, hackles raised

ATTACK: 6/10

Attempt at maim (blinding in left eye) and trying to slam shoulder into Chrysanthe?s teeth. This attack exposes her throat (vital area), as Chrysanthe?s head is currently lower than Sendoa?s and Sendoa?s attack would place her throat above Chrysanthe?s jaws.

INJURIES: 10/ 10

Deep punctures to shoulder (no deduction, first round)

Round One Sendoa Total: 34/50

Round 2

Chrysanthe:

CLARITY: 2/10
How deep were the lacerations to her muzzle? ?Turning her head to her own right? Would this not turn her head away from Sendoa, because Sendoa is to her left? Her movements in this post are difficult to understand, particularly her attack sequence.

POWERPLAYING: 0/10
Chrys had a bit too much movement in my opinion, and her dodge of Sendoa?s attack wasn?t all that realistic. I do not feel like she would have enough time to fully avoid all the moves. I also don?t feel like it?s fair to assume that she was quick enough to avoid a grip on her muzzle. Sendoa?s shoulder attack was timed at the same time as her jaw attack; therefore, I don?t see how it?s possible for Sendoa?s attacks to reposition like this? It also seems a bit unfair, as it practically forces Sendoa to take damage from Chrysanthe?s jaw attack.

DEFENSES: 10/10

Eyes narrowed, ears pinned, hackles, front legs bent, jaws, shoulders, body lowered, weight balanced, toes biting into soil, tail tucked

ATTACK: 4/ 10

Once again, a very singular attack. It?s not aimed anywhere vital, and leaves her entire side open to Sendoa?s jaws. It was very confusing as well; I had to read over it a few times to get that she was aiming for the armpit and not a part of the leg (deducted this from clarity).

INJURIES: 7/10

Moderate (?) lacerations to muzzle, bruising to side

Round Two Chrysanthe Total: 23/50

Sendoa:

CLARITY: 5/10
How deep were the wounds that the bite wound delivered? The bruising to her shoulder wasn?t mentioned in the post, but it should have been, and the level of damage should have been specified.

POWERPLAYING: 10/ 10

Just a general note to be careful about if statements. Yours didn?t really dictate Chrys?s actions or give Sendoa an unfair move, it mores seemed like a figure of speech so I just left it, but just beware of conditionals as some judges consider them power play.

DEFENSES: 8/10

Jaws, chin tucked, ears pinned, eyes slitted, tail swiped to one side, balanced stance, legs bent, shoulders rolled

ATTACK: 5/ 10

Her attempt to grip Chrysanthe?s scruff isn?t realistic; Sendoa would really have to stretch and twist her head to get any effect from this attack. The shoulder attack also is not likely to be effective; if Chrysanthe has a grip on Sendoa?s armpit, and their shoulders just brushed past each other, how could she manage to slam her shoulder against anything of Chrysanthe?s?

INJURIES: 7/10

Moderate (?) punctures to armpit area, bruising to shoulder (?)

Round Two Sendoa Total: 35/50

Round 3

Chrysanthe:

CLARITY: 7/ 10
Did Sendoa?s shoulder do any damage? You said Chrysanthe pulled back, but never specified if Chrysanthe definitely didn?t receive damage.

POWERPLAYING: 5/10
?twist her head just enough to pull another groan or perhaps a yowl of pain from the woman that she was fighting? Don?t assume that Chrysanthe would be able to do this; Sendoa could quickly pull away, and this wording makes it sound like Chrys is automatically going to pull a groan from Sendoa.

DEFENSES: 10/10

Eyes narrowed, shoulders rolled, hackles raised, tail level, balanced stance, bent legs, ears pulled back, head lowered, weight balanced, toes

ATTACK: 3/10

Once again, a singular attack. I wouldn?t really count this as an attack more than I would a continued previous attack. Not only would more attacks have earned her more points, but attacks in more vital areas would have certainly earned her a few more points.

INJURIES: 8/ 10

Slight, but painful lacerations to neck

Round Three Chrysanthe Total: 33/ 50

Sendoa:

CLARITY: 8/10
Exactly what damage was taken to her armpit?

POWERPLAYING: 1/10
?If anything it would certainly worsen the damage? Don?t assume this. It is up to Chrysanthe to determine if the damage will even worsen. ?As she did this, she felt Chrysanthe's jaws recoiling back and away from their target, whilst still holding fast to the flesh she'd managed to get a hold on? Chrysanthe?s jaws didn?t recoil; her body pulled back. There was nothing in her post about her releasing her jaws at all. ?even as she leaned slightly into Chrysanthe to hopefully lessen the pain and injury to her side? be careful with this; you used an attempt phrase earlier, so no deductions, but be aware. Every time you state how your attack affects another, you should use ?attempt? or an equivalent.

DEFENSES: 8/10

Ears tucked, eyes narrowed, balance even, tail, hackles raised, shoulders rolled, chin tucked, claws in ground

ATTACK: 5/10

She does two attacks, but I?m not entirely certain how leaning into Chrysanthe causes any damage unless she?s aiming a shoulder at her? Similar to Chrysanthe, her attack isn?t exactly a new attack in my opinion, but it is in a vital area.

INJURIES: 7/ 10

Severe bite wound to armpit

Round Three Sendoa Total: 29/50

Totals:

Chrysanthe: 90 + 5 for sentry = 95/150

Sendoa: 98 + 0 (duty not applicable) = 98/150

And the winner is...

Sendoa! Chrysanthe must give up by either submitting, fleeing, or passing out.

Damage:

Chrysanthe- most serious damage done to her face, with lacerations that will take 2 ooc weeks to heal.

Sendoa - most serious damage done to her armpit, with a bite wound that will take 3 ooc weeks to heal.

Notes:
I am a stricter judge, so please do not feel that these scores mean that you guys were terrible or anything. My scores tend to be lower in general, so these were rather high! The fight was enjoyable! There were issues with powerplay; you both obviously are good fighters and know what it is, but sometimes it catches you unintentionally (see the notes for specific examples). Also, your wordings were not always clear, so please be mindful of this. Wording things simply (even using funny comparisons can help) as possible would be good. Seren, your defenses were amazing! I understand you were going for Sentinel, but you could have even picked up a few more attack points if Chrysanthe had gone for areas that were more vital (i.e. eyes, arteries, the top of the neck or the throat). Andy, you could have used a few more defenses; in general I look for ten a post. You both did well with taking damage, however, and overall it was an enjoyable, close fight!

She had fought, but lost - and that was that.

Except for the pain in her leg and face multiplying opposed to ebbing away. As the adrenaline wore down, it allowed everything to sink in properly. She had lost - Gideon had lost as well. Although she was upset with Cormalin, and beyond such with Erani, she didn't blame them for their losses - not at all. Being separated from her mate seared, and although that flame that kept her going throughout the fighting she did dithered with disappointment it didn't go out.

She would train, and she would do anything that she could get her mate back.

"Valhalla - head home." She gave the order, looking to the members of her pack that were still here. If Glaciem wanted any more of them, she had only an unwilling beta to defend them - there was nothing else that the woman could do here for anyone else.

It was finished. Incisors released Chrysanthe rather unwillingly, knowing it would not be wise to kill the queen with so many Valhallans still present. Glaciem had prevailed - though just barely - and for now that was all the reward she needed. Well, that and the freedom she had just won. Sendoa removed herself from Chrysanthe's company, limping slightly due to the pain in her left armpit. She would be sore for weeks, she was sure, but the pain was nothing compared to the joy she felt. Despite her brother king falling, she had prevailed and proven that Glaciem was not to be reckoned with. To Taurig's side she would go, happy that he had not fought, but at the same time perplexed that he had chosen not to. She understood, though, she too had tried to get out of this without any bloodshed.

?Glaciem, let us go.? It was an order she would enforce strictly. If they didn't assemble and head home she would personally tear into them. The Overseer was in no mood to injure their current winning streak. It was then that she remembered Gideon and Argent, though she supposed that Argent could handle him herself. If not surely she would call for help. Sendoa leaned her uninjured side into Taurig's powerful shoulder, favoring her front left limb. ?We should find Isardis, I am not pleased that the stranger left with he and Eris.? She was most displeased in Vixe, who had not bothered to help the king at all. Eris had helped, but had taken forever to do so. It was time a sensible wolf ensured that Isardis was safe and well.

He would watch with baited breath and barely controlled anger as Sendoa would battle against the red-faced queen. The two were nearly evenly matched and the titan knew that the fight would be a close call. Chrysanthe managed to nick his aunt pretty good, but of course Sendoa would issue more damaging wounds. In the end, he wasn't sure if it was by sheer luck or because his aunt was the superior warrior, but Sendoa came out on top. Glaciem had redeemed itself. Argent too had won and now the red king was in the hands of Glaciem. Though their King had been disgraced, his pack had come through for him. Relief would flood his system as he watched his aunt limp away from the injured queen, immediately coming back to his side. A relieved smile would curl his ebony kissers as he welcomed his aunt into his embrace, allowing his massive frame to become a crutch for her. A steely gaze would flash to rest of the glaciems who had accompanied them and had all stood by and done nothing. Surely they would all be in for some severe punishment or reprimand.

We should find Isardis, I am not pleased that the stranger left with he and Eris Taurig would nod in agreement, beginning the slow trek back to Glaciem beside his aunt. We will, but we must tend to you first. Concerned baritones would be spoken softly into her ear, glad that they hadn't lost anyone that day.

he knew when he was down and out and this was one of those occasions. As her final blows landed the man would pull back and bow his head down. He belonged to Glaciem, and he would accept that with fervent notice. How could he not? The beast would rumble a sigh and turn his head to the side. He had failed. Still, he wanted to get back to Glaciem and see what was to be done. Chrysanthe was already off in the distance a ways...leaving him so quickly? That actually hurt....and it came down to the fact, clearly, he wasn't good enough for her. If he wasn't a strong enough warrior to win she just left? He would pretend that wasn't what he was thinking, but it was prominent on his mind. A heavy snarl was issued to Argent and he went to his new home.
