The young man was restless. The other members of Abaven had marched off to war, and though they were successful it left Féli feeling a bit down and well, rather on the useless side. The youth would lay on his side at the den, letting out a little huff. Perhaps he could find someone to spar with or something... or maybe he could find something to do with Novella and Frith's youngest litter. No matter what he did thought, he had to do something or it was going to eat at his mind and soul. The young man wandered to the edge of Abaven territory, eventually passing through and leaving it behind. His pawsteps were light, thoughts heavily wagging on his mind. Tac had left. She was seeking her siblings, and, torn between duty and his promise to Novella’s pups he had let her leave. He was alone again... And that knowledge weighed heavily on his heart. Perhaps what he needed was a friend. Someone who could help reboost his confidence. Someone whom he could make smile and laugh. Well... What was he doing outside pack lands then? Were they not supposed to be a family? Be together? He’d come to a stop, letting his bi-colored eyes wander the old Threar lands with a heavy heart. Yes... A family. But... Little by little... The alabaster and ebony woman walked onto the landscape, her heart seeming to be weighing her down. It seemed that life always had a way of pushing her down and making her feel left alone and useless. First her mother died from illness, and only one of her brother's survived. Father was a depressed mess, and he had every right to be since her mother's death. She and Hypnos had gone and he went to try and run away together, resulting in something she wished that hadn't happened, and then she didn't have any pups to begin with as well even though she was showing signs of being pregnant. She felt useless and alone.

Her crimson eyes would shift around until she happened to see a figure before her. Another wolf it would seem, and he smelled like a pack wolf; however, it was not from the pack she hated so much. She walked down the hill that was keeping her a safe distance from him and her, but, she would walk onward and sit down a couple yards from her, her eyes still closed and tail wrapped around her bodice. Her stomach would growl, and she would close her eyes tightly from the pain of no food in her belly, bones beginning to protrude from her body to due hunger and lack of nourishment. Ever since her world turned upside down, she was feeling like she couldn't even help herself anymore.

Féli would breathe in, the lands around him hold familiar yet stale scents. How his heart ached. He wanted to know why, why Threar had been taken. What right did Hellstrom believe that they had? But now Hellstrom was gone. The male was thankful for that, but nothing could bring back his missing family. Would they ever reunite? Would he ever see his twin again? Félicien would slide his rear to the ground, heaving a sigh. As his gaze traveled, it would soon land on a white and ebony fae. She was a unique creature... And the young man would eye her curiously. She looked so broken... Starved. Curiosity would quickly fade to worry. His kind-hearted nature would cause him to rise, crossing towards the femme. He would stop a couple feet away, speaking in a soft tone. “Miss? You look awfully thin... Do you need help catching a meal? Perhaps a pack?” Félicien would offer her a small smile. “I could help with the first... And Abaven has room for members... If you’re interested.” "Listen to me talk," 'but read my thoughts.'

Mystic would keep her eyes closed, anger and frustration was etched inside her mind and voice. A pack? She had a father and a brother, and little siblings that he had worry about as well. Ever since Hypnos being gone, the last thing she wished was to have a lover taken away once again...if she would ever think of having another mate in the first place. The litter that she thought that she would have never came to be, and this saddened her along with her mother's death, as well as with Hypnos being on a hiatus forever. She hung her head, looking over to the bi-colored orbs of the brute who was now standing a couple feet from her. His voice was kind and gentle, and she would keep the sad expression on her face as she kept her head hung low.

"I have been hurt so much in my two years of life...I don't know if I even deserve life anymore...It is as if everything was taken away from me...And most of it has been..." She lied down, her right front paw crossing over her left. Whoever this male was, he seemed friendly enough, but, first meetings can always cause things to go out of wack if they were to ever meet again. "Life has taken my mate away...my mother away...and it mocked and teased me when I thought I had pups..." she explained, a single tear falling to the ground as she tried to keep from bursting into tears in front of this stranger.

"As for a pack, I will have to consider it...My little siblings and father need me..." She explained, thinking about her father hurt and depressed over their mother made her feel sick. Her stomach growled once again as she closed her eyes tightly, teeth noticeable as she clenched them due to keep from trying to scream, the pain was tremendous and she felt even worse now.

The young male would listen to the femme as she spoke. So much pain was in her voice. It seemed that she had been through a lot, despite being so young. Sometimes that sadly happened to the best of people. Félicien would frown deeply, brow furrowing with worry for the femme. “I’m truly sorry... You’ve been through a lot.” Féli would close the distance between them, setting a paw over her own. “I can understand wanting to be there for your family. You should stand with them.” He struggled to give the right words. “I can not give you what life has taken away... But... I can give you a meal, miss. If you would accept it.” He would try to offer a smile. “Perhaps a bit of positive company would help too?” "Listen to me talk," 'but read my thoughts.'

Mystic would sigh, closing her eyes as she would feel pain continue to move throughout her body. She missed the positive feelings her mother and father gave to her, her older siblings and the safety of her family. She did not blame Naoise for leaving for it was his life and his life alone. But, ever since he left and Amaterasu had gone missing, it felt as if her entire world went upside down with losing most of her family. She missed her father being the happy wolf that he was, and, ever since her mother's death, it made her sad to think that Kar wouldn't be happy as much anymore. He still had Mako, and and her, however, she did not know if her other siblings would even be staying with them anymore.

Her thoughts would soon be cut off when she felt the brute place his paw over her own, comforting her it would seem. The crimson optics that were the femme's eyes shifted to meet the man's dual colored audets, and she would sigh. She was starving and needed food desperately. It would take her a little while to get back to her father's den, even if she were to go there, there would be a chance that she could die.

"I appreciate the hospitality, Sir, and I will take the food...Hopefully we will meet again someday for you seem like a kind wolf," she would give a pained smile, however, there was a small shimmer of light in her eyes now.

Félicien would breathe in, doing his best to comfort the fae. He knew she desperately needed food, but he wouldn’t force her to take it if she didn’t want it. He wasn’t quite sure if his help would even be enough either... But he wanted to at least try. To try and fail was better than not trying at all. The golden male would give a small smile as she answered, his words soft when he spoke again. “It is my pleasure, madam.”

With that said, he’d step back, looking around. He knew this area like the back of his paw, and if he was right there would be a warren of rabbits not far from here. Perhaps if he was lucky they would be feeding.

“Be back soon. You just rest until then.”


--Slight Timeskip--

His hunch had been correct, and the male would return victoriously with the rabbit hanging from his jaws. He would cross back to the black and white femme, setting the rabbit down for her with a gentle grin on his face.

“Here you are, miss. Eat up, miss. You’ll need your strength.” He’d feel better if she was coming back to Abaven, which was just a stone’s throw away... but some things couldn't be helped.

Mystic would rest when the male had left to go and hunt. Her crimson optics would shift to the sky, sighing before she hung her head, thinking about her Mother and her Father and what he was doing. She would perk her ears up, however, when the brute would return with the kill hanging from his jaw. Her tail would sway upon the ground as he placed the rabbit down in front of her, a small smille on her maw as she spoke, "Thank you..." She would munch away on the rabbit, her lips being stained with the blood of the carcass. She would leave half and pushed the rest to him.

"This little bit of food will help me out. Also, you deserve something to eat too, so please, finish it," she kept her eyes focused on his own. They were rather beautiful to the eye, and she would feel heat rising to her cheeks. Though, she was not ready for a relationship just yet since she was still thinking about Hypnos. Though, she would stand up and give him a thankful nudge under the chin before closing her eyes and sighing, looking at the land as the sunset glistened off her eyes and across her alabaster and ebony pelt.

The brute would give a small nod, watching her as she ate. How could someone allow themselves to get to such a state, he wondered? But judging by the tragedy she had been through, he supposed that would do it. She could have given up hope and died after the sort of tragedy she had undergone. To lose family... A mate... Potential pups... Félicien would patiently sit, waiting for her to finish her meal. Much to his surprise, however, shed offer him the leftovers.

“No no miss I honestly couldn’t. You need it far more than I, and, if need be, I’d be more than happy to go catch another rabbit.” He felt his throat tighten as she gave him the nudge under the chin. Though it had been meant as a sign of thanks, it made him think a bit of Tac. He’d shake his head, dismissing the thoughts of her and coming to stand with Mystic. He’d breathe in, deciding to offer aid a little longer. He knew not where this fae’s family was... But... Surely it was only right to make sure the poor dame got there safely?

“I could take you to where your family is waiting... If you’d like.” The young man would say gently. “You’re really in no condition to be traveling by yourself after all.”

The alabster femme smiled kindly. Though she did expect him to refuse the leftovers, she always thought that if someone gave something to her; she would give more back. Her crimson optics shimmered before wrapping her tail around her bodice, looking to the sky. To think her mother was gone, but, her father did have Mako to look after as well as Annette and Zenkai. But, she would focus back on the golden brute with a kind smile across her maw.

"I may need it, but, I always thought if someone helped me then I should help them," she spoke; eyes focused on his blue and gold optics. He was rather nice, and she did enjoy his company. "I would like an escort. If you ever need assistance, I will be in your debt so come find me if you need anything. Hunting and healing are my specialities, even though I haven't hunted in a while, " she gave an embarrassed grin.

What a stubborn femme she was! Though her words were kind, her stubbornness about eating the whole meal herself showed through. She would even offer to repay the debt, and though ‘licien would not hear of it, he thought better about telling her so. She would likely just insist again, and besides, it never hurt to have additional allies besides your pack, right? He would offer a gentle smile and then laid down before the leftover rabbit. “Alright alright, fair enough. I’ll be sure to keep those skills in mind.” The young man would quickly devour what was left of the meal. He was sure that she wanted to get home to her family as soon as possible, so he’d focus on doing that right now. “Shall we?” He asked, waiting for her to start in the direction of her home. -Exit Feli.- "Listen to me talk," 'but read my thoughts.'
