There was not so much anxiety anymore when it came to letting her daughters explore. They new the boundaries, and they knew mom and dad would know if they crossed those boundaries. Thankfully most days they seemed more interested in what was within their borders than out so the star spangled girl was able to have a quiet evening to herself. Mithras was going to collect them that night, and when she was ready they'd be in the den waiting for her to cuddle up with them. She'd smile at the thought, but it would be overtaken with a bit of sadness. Their cuddling days were coming to an end. Her babies were growing up fast and she hated it, she wanted them to be cute little fluffy balls of fur forever. She knew that wasn't the way the world worked though. These thoughts would occupy her mind as she lay comfortably on the new grass. Her brilliant blue form was perched up on a hill top, her eyes on the horizon as the sun started its descent beyond. It was quiet except for the sounds of crickets and slowly the fireflies would come out to light up where the sun had left. She found herself signing softly, tail flopping contentedly behind her as solitude made itself her friend. ""

These were beautiful lands, albeit very hot. The female missed the coolness of her childhood home; the snow, and the ice, and the frozen lakes. It was so much fun to play, to train, in the cold. She got to taste it with a wonderfully beautiful woman who was the most spectacular shade of crimson, which was satisfying. But alas, they parted ways.

Curiosity bid her answer the call of Mithras, and quite honestly it was the woman by his side that drew her attention and interest to the pack. Yes, it was shallow. No, she didn't care. She lived for beauty, and seeing such a woman to have the appearance of the night sky was... more than worth it.

Ainia was just simply walking through the territory - heading to the river, where she could cool off and swim - when she spotted that same midnight female. With no hesitation, the ebony female would change course. The sun was shrinking, and the last of its rays glimmered in the fur of Faria, something that would cause Ainia to smile.

"You look comfortable, my night queen," she called softly, tail wagging in greeting.

Her breathing was soft and even, similar to a wolf on the verge of sleep. Faria was quite relaxed, she felt refreshed in this new home, like a giant load had been taken off of her shoulders the moment she had accepted Mithras's offer. This was a safe place for her children, a real somewhere to call home. It felt good. Of course, there were parts of her life she still felt needed work she was content here. Eventually her weird relationships would sort themselves out. For better or worse all would work out in the end. So Ria would meditate there on the hill, her loneliness insignificant until the presence of another would become apparent. Brilliant blue gaze would shift from the heavens to the earth at the sound of another woman's voice. Curiously Ria's ears would swivel in her direction, recognizing the gilded she wolf from the recent claiming. Not that she'd gotten her name or anything. The galactic wolf would find a soft smile settling over her dark features in echo of her pack mate's. "I can not deny it." She'd affirm, shifting slightly onto her side to better look at this midnight female. ""

Ainia would chuckle, head tilting to get a better look at Faria. The shades of blue, the stars. Yes; Faria personified the night. It was then she realized - she had disturbed Faria, and interriupted the other's solitude. There was a chance she did not want any companionship, though Faria's answering smile and soft response did not give the indication that she was annoyed. "Would you mind company?" she asked softly. She'd not want to intrude - nevermind the fact she already did, sort of - if the woman did not desire any company; she knew the galaxy-furred wolf had children, and Ainia would not be surprised if she wanted to have complete solitude.

The little pixie did not miss the other wolf's eyes on her. At one time she'd adored the feeting glances of strangers and at the meeting the feeling of all of those eyes on her and her family.. it brought back an eager excitement within her. She liked being looked at. Subtly the starry creature would shift herself to offer this other woman the best view possible. "Of course." She'd nod her head and offer a seat in the fresh grass. "I'm Faria Ardelle, by the way. I never caught your name." Her head would tilt curiously as she look the other over speculatively. ""

A smirk would arise on Ainia's face as she saw Faria shift, and Ainia would drink in the view. Whether it was intentional or not, she was going to take advantage of it. When she spoke, though, the ebony female's monochrome eyes would flicker back to Faria's blue, moon-like orbs. She'd smile her thanks and would slip towards the blue female, sitting herself down besides the shorter woman. "Faria Ardelle," she repeated after the galactic wolf. "Beautiful name. I am Ainia Thalestris." Curiosity would make her tilt her head at the other female. "Where are you from?" Were there a lot of starlit beauties?

Ria's bright gaze would linger on her gold and silver gilded company as se moved to take a seat much closer. The smile that lingered on the starry beauty's face would brighten with a friendly glint, it was good of her to get to know the members right? Especially one as flattering as Ainia. Dark ears would perk at the soft syllables of her name slipping from midnight lips. "Thank you," she'd say, more than pleased to hear the compliments. "We're from across the ocean. I don't like to think about how far away it is or how I survived the journey.." She'd trail off and shake out her thoughts a bit before continuing. "Yes, everyone." It was hard to talk about those that had been left behind. The reason Mithras and Caia were forced to flee... She knew that her children made this place seem more at him for the simple fact that they looked like her and Mith. Faria was obviously distracted by her thoughts as her bright eyes and attention had shifted from what she was saying to the far horizon. Before she realized she was looking down at her paws, one lifted to expose the scarring of her pads. ""
