And speaking of cats; it was then Farrym noticed the snake, not really caring about the wolf beyond it. He was focused on his prey, his desires; the slithering green thing that was visible through the mud and the wetness of the plains.. though it wasn't nearly as wet as near the river. It was distracted, and in that time Farrym would strike - sharp claws slamming its head down and slicing into its neck, his other paw slicing into the back of the snake. It was the small cat was batted - and being as small as he was, he was struck off the snake. The cat hissed, claws swiping at the nose of the thing that batted him.
Lillianna would follow much more slowly, smiling as Farrym scampered off; it was then she noticed Arkay... and heard the hiss. "What?" she muttered to herself, somewhat startled as she tried to see what was happening

You know that sound that pissed cats made? That was the sound Farrym made - low and long as he stared with the ultimate look of kitty hatred. It was, of course, more intimidating and scary than any look a wolf could give; he was a cat, after all, and had long perfected such arts of hatred and anger. "It was my prey first," he hissed, glaring.
it was thenLillianna intervened, looking between the taller wolf and her cat. "Wait - what's going on here? Farrym?" she paused a second, trying to recall the other's name. "Arkay?"

Farrym let out an annoyed hiss. "I've been stalking that snake since yesterday. I clawed it on its belly yesterday, but it go away!" And not very hard, either, much to the cat's annoyance. This was going to be his first real prey, and he was going to give it to Lillianna, but then this knucklehead stole it and started playing with it. You didn't play with prey. His tail lashed, another short growl bursting from him as his ears laid flat against his head.
Lillianna just stood there bewildered, looking from the sandcat to the yearling and back again. They were fighting... over a snake? What? "Uhhmm... how about we try to find another snake?" she asked awkwardly
