Miharu Rokujo

It would be rude to come around in the middle of the night, when the beast was awake. So for this once he was trying to change his habits, for what reason he wasn't entirely sure. The phantom had plenty of world experience now. He was much more than just a boy with a hard past to back up his pack behaviors. Miharu was six years of age, and had grown some since coming to Tortuga when he was merely two and half years old. After the volcano eruption, he used it as a slight excuse to leave, when he had been losing interest in a pack he felt useless in anyway. Now he was here, hoping that a new pack would do him some good. The others were far too same for his tastes, besides perhaps the kingdom who wouldn't tolerate his viscous nature during the night hours. Miharu was hoping to control the urge's, what made him think this pack would help him, he wasn't sure himself and he didn't quiet care. The slimmer wolf with glowing turquoise eyes felt the flakes of snow falling on his pelt. This would be a test of the patience he had with him for years. It was the pain that he considered in the back of his mind. Rejection, well then he would turn around and simply go on and find a different life. Though it wouldn't help him in the hopes of changing who he was and how he acted. The only time he had shown an interest in doing so in the first place. With so much blood on his paws, there was no doubt in the back of his mind that he almost found himself to be mentally unstable.

The cold forest was his friend in the little hope it gave off. As he searched over the borders of these pack lands. The terrain was suitable for a pack that seemed to hide in the shadows. So what was that ate away at them, was it corruption, or did this pack have a connection that was strange. Miharu hoped he could become part of that life connection, if it were even possible for him to make the effort to not be apathetic. As he was he did not care, nor wondered why he should care. He took kindness as a threat to him, because of the confusion of him being unable to save a past lover. Then with the betrayal he felt from a woman in Tortuga, vanishing without another word. It had grown to make him hate the world rather than ignore it. Miharu was still trying his best though. The lost prince did not wish to burden others, as the same he did not wish to burden himself.

After finding a suitable spot, the male sat down, his red ears perked forward. As his red tail still curled up at his side. Those odd cloudy turquoise eyes of his looking into the territory. Illuminating the outside of his gray splotches on his face. His coat had grown into a full layered armor. In which it looked like he had more muscle than was actually there. Miharu was meant for speed not strength. As he waited with his head dropped at a respectful level, he wondered about the outcome. How they would judge him, and if they could even possibly comprehend the attitude that his eyes easily concealed. Where as they looked as if they held no emotion. That was under a dark and hard shell, he never wanted to release it down again, unless he felt comfortable with it as he had not for many years. Where he had never really grown up from his endeavors.

Someone was at his borders. Powerful legs drove the man forward as he pushed the snow out of his away. He was a rather large man, so even the deepest snow rarely touched his underbelly. The depths weren't too bad right now, but then again it was the beginning of winter. Who knows how much snow the earth will sprinkle across the land? He hated the goddamn cold though, it had never pleased him the slightest bit. It was annoying, clung to his glorious pelt, and made him hella cold, especially when the wind was blowing. Thick skinned or not he couldn't stop the bitterness from biting him here and there, and when it did, he hated it. As he approached his destination an unmistakable man came into view; Miharu. He remembered seeing flashes of him in Tortuga, but Kaios never forgot a face, or a name. He had unmistakable markings, from his crimson ears to his crimson tipped tail, and from his icy blue eyes to his multicolored body. Lips curled into a devilish smile as he slowed his pace, slithering up to the man before him. As usual he was much larger than this male. "Fancy seeing you here, Miharu. Looking for a deal with the devil? Or a noose around your neck? We may have an alliance with Tortuga, but that's my wife's doings. I personally want to maul everyone in that pack, including you if you still reside there." He stopped, muscles tensing beneath his ebony pelt. What did he want anyways? Acceptance or trouble? Head cocked to the side, lips curled into a psychotic smile.

The face fit well into his mind as he had spent his months in Tortuga studying them to see if they needed to be avoided or not. This one however, he had never come in contact with besides for the few appearances. Miharu had always stayed distantly on the side lines, it just went to show a wolf who was once an omega could become a king if they were strong enough. This large male definitely had the makings of a ruler, but Miharu had not spoken of Tortuga in two years. Nor did he have any wishes to return to such a place where he was no longer needed. His services were not needed there, and even the mentioning that Kaois wanted to tear out their throat made his eyes quiver with the delight of blood that was mentioned. Blood lust was still strong within his mind as his muscles contracted. He wanted to laugh but he stayed apathetic, this was the king of these lands. Any ill will would have a noose around his neck in minutes. As the experienced killer simply dipped his head but gave no smirk. His eyes returning to normal as he reminded himself of what he was here for.

"I have not heard Tortuga's name for two years, nor do I want anything to do with them unless it's their hearts being crushed between my teeth my lord. I am here seeking entry into Amenti." He was a truthful male if not for the secrets he held. More talkative then he was as well. Miharu in the last two years not only had lost his interest in Tortuga, but in all sense of happiness. While his grudges still stood, the lost prince simply wanted to feel the taste of blood if he were to be allowed it. Since by the looks of it this pack would not be withholding his blood lust that leaked from the crevices of his bright turquoise eyes shining against the gray markings on his face. Miharu waited to be judged, he would be a waste if killed, but if her were to die the blood would be taken with him. Miharu simply lived to murder at this point in time unless someone decided to try and break down the heavy cloak that sat over his heart.

He seemed respectable, which was a good thing, especially when the king was already on edge. He listened to him speak, and he was more than pleased. So, he ditched that godforsaken pack as well? And he wanted to crush their hearts between his teeth? Well good! They had that much in common, he wondered if he knew Kylar, the bastard who would soon come after him. Probably not. He looked like he barley remembered Kaios's face, let alone his name. "Good, because I feel the same about that bunch of pussies. Ever since Kaien took over I bailed." He paused for a moment, inky lips curling into an ere smile. "Anyone willing to leave Tortuga to serve under my rule is more than welcome here. But you realize we are far darker than Tortuga had ever dreamt of being. We kill for the pleasure, but it comes with a price; we only destroy those who deserve it. If someone were to come to us with a job, would you be able to risk your life to complete the task? We are a league of assassins, and if you're up for the challenge, you will be accepted as one, unless you see another rank fit." He waited for a reply, tail raised to level his spine. If he rejected, he would shun him away, if not, he was welcome with open arms.

He had nearly been waiting, his entire life to hear these words. The delight in it was almost too much for him to handle. Miharu didn't care about the restriction, and it gave his killing more purpose instead of leaving bodies of the unknown out on the street. Those who escaped him merely had memory loss if anything. Yet, that had happened only once and the wolf had gone and committed suicide soon after. Assassin, much darker then Tortuga, Miharu was like the idol of this. He had spent the last two years training himself even farther in the art of killing. While he put down his senseless killings at this point. Now, he was wanted, this, this was what he had wanted and longed for. He was no longer a selfish boy who was stuck in the past. He pushed his past lover to the back of his mind and raised his head slightly. Showing the simplest of resolve for Kaios his new lord.

"Those are some terms my bones have been aching to hear for the past two years. Tortuga was too soft compared to who I am now. I vow to finish any job given to me, because sometimes it is far harder to find a target on my own anyway. And with orders to follow, I seek to be loyal to them. Lord I thank you for being my right choice in my search." Miharu's monotone voice turned into something more, blood lustful. As a small smile stretched across his face. There was no containing his passion anymore. He was not beyond logic either, which was why the restriction was there. This would be a fun job. The shadowy wolf, well, he even had the color of red on him. This was where he belonged.

He could tell the man was very pleased, and so was he. Another member had been added to the ranks today, one he already saw as very valuable. "You look very pleased with this decision, and I welcome that. Who doesn't enjoy the blood of another on their paws?" He took a step forward, ears flicker forward, tail flicking behind him. Now that he thought of it, he actually had a job for him. He needed to set things straight with Jupiter, the alpha female of Ludicael. They had a rough past, and he knew for sure she would be coming after him, along with Kylar, and a few others. Might as well attempt a treaty right? Then he wouldn't have to deal with so much on his plate. A heavy sigh split the silence. "Actually, I have a task for you. I need to visit an... old friend in Ludicael, but I cannot go alone. I need you to come with me, just in case she decides to pull some funny business. We will leave as soon as possible. I need to get this over with." He waited for an answer. If Miharu's loyalty truly belonged to Amenti he would follow without question, and the lord would be most pleased.

A guard? That was fine, Miharu was not an idiot, plus he had no desire to lead himself on a path that would lead to death now. Not unless it was in action at least. His composure changed back to it's apathetic state as he flicked his tail. He didn't respond in words, but gave a simple nod of his head. Yes he would be the protector, if there was the slightest chance of his lord being hurt. He would simply dispose of what he could and that would be the end of it right? If Kaios let him at least, in which Miharu hoped he wouldn't be restrained to much, risk turning on his master. In which he knew he needed some training, where he could pull back quickly and not get worked up as much as he was right now. That was the task his mind had put him to in the first place anyway.

"I'm ready to leave whenever you wish sir." Miharu responded, time was not an item after all. It wasn't like Miharu was going to do anything else. Perhaps he would even earn the leaders favor, and get the more exciting jobs rather than the small fish in the river. Miharu was definitely skilled enough since he had trained since he was a young pup for this kind of stuff. His body count was enough to back it up as well.

He nodded his head back and turned, eyes fixed on the direction Jupiter's pack was in. He sighed. What was going to happen? Would her pack come down on the two, or would she actually speak to him civilly? He thought for a moment. Maybe he needed to bring another wolf... No. Them two would be fine, and if anything, they could always bail out if things got heated. "We need to be stealthy about this. I don't want my wife to know we're leaving, or she will want to follow us. She's my partner in crime." His tail licked his heals behind him as he turned his head to face Miharu. "Let's go" He flicked his head, motioning him to follow. Then he took off toward what might be a sudden death.
