Myriad
Founded by Rivaxorus II.
Myriad is a pack of many things as its name stands for. They strive to strengthen their members and protect each other along with what they hold dear. Their founder envisioned a pack like a giant wall that is constantly fortifying each other. Whatever skill a wolf may have, it's important to dive into it and seek out what will make your quality of life better. While encouraging individuality they also encourage being able to prove yourself more than what others see you as.

Tier 1 |
— Kosetsu (1) - The King of the pack - his word is law above all over. Making all major decisions for the pack, the Koset is the guide among all wolves. They deny and accept members among all other alpha duties. |
— Tsubasa (1) - The Queen, usually the Koset’s mate, though doesn’t always have to be. The Tsubasa has as much authority as the Koset does. |
— Daiza (1) - The heir to the pack. They must be born in the pack though does not have to be one of the Koset’s children (but most likely will be). The Koset decides at a year old who will become the Daiza. |
Tier 2 |
— Kiba (1) - The Beta of the pack, the most trusted wolf other than the King and Queen. This rank may not be challenged for and requires an assessment prepared by the Tier 1 wolves. They are advisors and help manage internal affairs and decision-making with the Koset. |
— Iwa (2) - Secondary Beta(s). The Iwa can be challenged for, only if a wolf feels they can suffice the assessment and are ready to take on such a role. They can accept and deny members. Most of the time they are considered the commander(s) of those in the main forces. |
Tier 3 |
— Tatakai (1) - Lead warrior - this wolf is the most trusted among the troops who are not an Iwa. They are in charge of handling training, and are expected to be seasoned fighters. This position can be challenged for. They must hold regular training sessions for adults and pups alike. |
— Doku (1) - Lead healer, the herb advisor and the most trusted to deal with illness and injury within the pack. Their knowledge on medicinal flora and healing procedures is exceptional. They are responsible for finding a cure to any outbreaks in the pack, and can advise the Koset in times of such strife. They must hold regular healing lessons to discuss new herbs and remedies. This position cannot be challenged for. |
— Suta (1) - Lead hunter and gatherer. The Suta is in charge of patrols and keeping the pack safe. They are allowed to send out wolves to scout areas and are trusted with such a role. They are expected to hold trainings to teach lower-ranking hunters efficient techniques in scouting and gathering. This position may be challenged for, however the challenger won't be assessed on their fighting ability. |
Tier 4 |
— Shinpei (∞) - Second level warriors - intermediate fighters and young ones alike. The Shinpei are entrusted with patrolling the borders and protecting their fellow pack-mates. In times of war, they are called upon to fight, and must keep their skills in check at all times. This position can be challenged for. |
— Naosu (∞) - Second level healers of the pack. They have proven their sufficient knowledge in first-aid using medicinal herbs. Answering directly to the lead healer. Naosu are in charge of often babysitting pups when nursing parents require it. |
— Kariudo (∞) - Hunters and spies just starting out within the pack. They keep the pack fed and are allowed to deliver messages. At this point a Kariudo can go on scouting missions. |
— Saishi (∞) - Saishi are spiritual leaders or teachers. These wolves are few but are just as important as any other. Wise and intelligent their job is to make sure the pack remains calm. They also often hold lessons for those who want to learn about the gods. Though like many things - it is a choice. The Snowlit religion does not dictate a wolf’s life. In some cases, some Saishi are not religious at all; they are also known as peacekeepers. |
Tier 5 |
— Ken (∞) - Warriors who are just starting out in the pack. They can hold patrols when they like and are expected to attend all fight trainings. |
— Habu (∞) - Beginner healers of the pack. They know at least basic herb knowledge and wish to improve their knowledge in the field. They are expected to attend all healing trainings. |
— Daba (∞) - Entry level hunters and spies. They can only hold scouting missions if told specifically by the lead hunter/spy. They can also safely relay messages to other packs. They are expected to attend appropriate trainings. |
— Hitomi (∞) - Youths in training and pups starting their training at a young age. However, when pups turn a year old they are assigned specific teachers to the skill they wish to learn. |
— Sutikku (∞) - New wolves in the pack who do not yet know their place within the pack. They still must pull their own weight and decide which entry rank they would like to start at. |
— Wakamono (∞) - Pups under a year old. They can attend pup trainings, though aren't expected to. |
Tier 6 |
— Chen (∞) - Chen is a temporary rank for travelers who have been granted asylum within Myriad from the Koset's word. |
— Rinku (∞) - Rinku count as prisoners, either for war or wolves who have broken the law and are under severe punishment. There are no rules as to what happens to the Rinku, though no life threatening injuries may be inflicted. If this doesn’t sit well with a wolf within the pack they don’t have to be around the Rinku, as they are kept in a specific portion of the territory. |
— Masuku (∞) - Banished wolves. Those who come into their territory must be maimed on sight. |
02. - Pull your own weight and more, pulling your own weight will definitely signify you a low rank within the pack. However we expect you to work, show up for meetings and be proactive. Otherwise you will be punished, and it is never taken lightly.
03. - Intruders are to be attacked on sight - no matter their intentions they’ve instantly lost all respect. There is strength in numbers, if a foreigner is found with paws in our lands call and make them a prisoner. The same goes for other packs, if a wolf belongs to a pack and comes across the border they are susceptible for maiming and either being thrown out or presented to their alpha’s as a failure in this pack’s eyes.
04. - Disputes can be settled among yourself, there’s nothing going against fighting out your differences. However teamwork is important among the pack, do not let it cloud your judgement.
05. - Potential wolves to join the pack will be tested, asylum is not given out freely either. You must earn trust, nothing is given in a hand out.
06. - Constantly be training, don’t wait for something to happen. Train your mind and body and be prepared, the world is our enemy.
07. - Allied packs are to be treated like friends. During an alliance for however long any wolves found belittling or breaking laws will be punished. The alpha of the other pack has a right to report any mischievous acts by our members. Alliances are not taken lightly - they are important.
08. - Notify the alpha before having pups, population control is important. We cannot have our members starving, nor those pups running a higher risk of dying from lack of room.
09. - Loners taken as mates have a choice - join the pack or surrender the pups to the pack. This applies to females within the pack that become pregnant from a male loner.
10. - Pups resulting in a other pack wolf affair will be treated depending on the other packs rules. Though the pack believes that whatever pack the female is in is where the pups belong. There will be a civil dispute among the alpha’s and after there may be opposing punishment to the parents - it simply advised to keep mates within the pack.
Customs:
Seasonal meetings: Meetings are called by the Koset seasonally, to bring the pack up on any issue's the pack may have or any other announcements. It is also a chance for the members to speak up about what they may want to say.
Festivals: Myriad may be a pack mainly for itself, but the koset tries to make it where he can give an opportunity for his members to interact with other packs. Organizing a festival when he feels its right is not uncommon.
