It never failed to amaze her how permanent the fog that hung around the moore was. Even on this warm Spring day with the sun high in the sky the ground was still cloaked in a good layer of mist. She padded carefully through the fog, making sure the pay attention to her surroundings. She was out here looking for the herbs that didn't grow as well in the plains near her den, the ones that preferred this swampy soil. However, she knew the wildlife in this area wasn't the most pleasant at times so she wouldn't let herself relax too much. She kept her two-toned eyes peeled for any signs of said wildlife while still looking closely for any hidden herbs and plants. She paused to shake out her fur from nose to tail, her necklace swinging briefly around her neck. "Hmm... where could they be..." she mused quietly to herself as she began her search again.

He'd wandered not far from his moor this time, into the swampland that bordered it. Aiden was flying now, short flights to stretch the still-healing muscles since she was still without many of her flight feathers so couldn't do much more than that. They could probably have left Druid's Moor, but he'd grown really fond of the solemn, misty land. It suited him, even if others might have taken it as dreary rather than pleasant. There were plants that weren't really found in the moor though, and thanks to his recent encounters with foreign healers he'd begun to learn some - he'd spent a lot of time in the estuary where he'd met Aiden and learned from Lyndvarr, collecting the plants he'd learned then, but with the noise of the birds there he'd decided to see what the swamp had to offer instead.

On his shoulders, Aiden made a faint noise of warning, and he froze. Moments later, a shape swirled in the fog, and he peered at it. A wolf, not a cougar. That didn't make them that much less dangerous, though - harsh experience had taught him that wolves could hide a deceitful and cruel soul within their familiar forms. But then the scent, masked by the fog and the scents of the bog around them, finally tickled his senses, and his blue eyes widened. "Zuriel." There was no sense in turning and walking away, pretending he didn't see her - if he could smell her doubtless they were quite close enough for her to have already noticed him. He couldn't avoid all his family forever, and Baine had already found him. But neither could he help the mixed feelings that churned in his chest when he was around them. He sighed, and steeled himself. "What are you looking for?" She was a healer, though they'd never talked much about it he had no doubt that she was looking for herbs of some kind. Why else would someone walk into a swamp?

She had been searching for herbs, but a movement in the mist caught her attention instead. Her ears perked and she watched closely, ready to bolt if need be. However, a few moments later a scent reached her nose that told her she had nothing to worry about, at least not any kind of danger. She continued on and soon enough Tornach appeared out of the mist in front of her. He simply said her name and she moved toward him uncertainly. The last time she had seen her younger brother he walked away from their mother's pack in the middle of their first meeting while Baine called after him. It wasn't like she personally had any hard feelings toward him. If anything it was good to see that her younger brother was okay. "Hey, Tornach," she replied with a small smile. He didn't seem excited to see her, but she couldn't imagine that he would be with how he left. "I'm just looking for some herbs to restock my store with. I feel like I've been going through herbs like crazy lately. Perhaps some watercress and valerian root. Mother and Regulus have been burning through mine and Kavdaya's cough cures like crazy. I wouldn't mind finding some horsetail as well while I'm out here." It was probably much more information than he wanted, but it was hard to keep herself from talking to hide the awkwardness she was feeling.
