This was the last thing that he had to do. Say his goodbyes to his sister and uncle. While he didn't know them well, they were more family than his parents ever would be. That was enough to hold a place in his heart. As the young male trekked across the plains he stopped and let out a howl for the two. He would not force his sister to come either. After all as long as she felt okay then that would be enough. He also trusted that Kakashi could look after her. Perhaps if she felt up to it Qualm could take her on a walk every now and again and meet her at the borders.

The male would sit there as he waited for both or one to show their faces. Hoping secretly in his heart they wouldn't be angry with him. He'd be going with a fellow pack mate to her new pack. He'd be a healer there and could offer his services to hopefully find a place for himself. Carve out a brand new path; that was what he wanted.

He knew when there would be a time that Qualm and Quake would find their own path. Qualm, evidently, would go first. The man lumbered towards nephew, Quake reluctantly following behind. He had talked to her about trying to make things right with her brother, but ultimately it was her decision. He didn't blame her feeling like she'd been abandoned, first by her parents, and the disappearance and reappearance of her brother. And now, he was leaving again. He turned to look at her, the girl just staring at the floor and saying nothing. He wouldn't say anything about it, this was how life went.

When he reached the Plains, he spotted his nephew and made his way over. He couldn't say he was attached to the boy, he hardly spent time with him after all. He'd been more focused on Quake, though he wasn't really sure how to deal with kids to begin with. "You sure you're ready?" He questioned him as he came to a stop, crimson eyes showing a bit of curiosity. He wasn't dumb, and in his age, he knew when something was going to happen, when someone decided they were going to leave the pack. And this was no different.

Speech,

He was sad to go in a sense. After all he wanted to make things right with Quake. She was just a wonderful girl, she had a lot going for her and he wanted her to know that. After all, Qualm was certain that he was no help if he had been gone this whole time. As Kakashi would ask him a simple question, a nod came to the man's head. "I'm positive uncle. Besides in some way I feel like I over stayed my welcome." he looked at his sister. Smiling towards her in a kind tone. Perhaps he should tell her what Bass told him?

"Quake. I'm sorry to be leaving again, but at least this time I'm saying goodbye. I won't be far off either - I'm joining Karabela's pack. So, I'd love to hang out. Keep your mind off things. Maybe we can hunt for herbs." he smiled as he told her this. He left out the thing about their parents. He also had been hurt by it, they were the reason he went to find them. They were the reason he had gotten hurt and took so much time to recover. He looked at Kakashi. "I'm extremely lucky that you're here uncle. Thank you for taking care of my sister." he tilted his head to the side.
