you cannot lie to the soul

Even that things were going good in the conversation in group the grayish female didn’t know for sure if she was truly accepted inside the pack of Regulus. Later that day, when the sun was giving space to the stars to shine, she found very close to the place she met the alpha male, a place with some hills, where the scent of large prey was coming from. Even that a bit hungry, Jorrvaskr was not crazy to hunt alone large animals.

She approached the area of tall green grass, sitting in top of one of the hills, keeping the pale golden eyes in the buffalo herd, which was a good distance from her. This way, the animals would not feel agitated with presence of a predator, and the she-wolf didn’t have to worry about those large animals coming after her. Sitting over her own tail, the quiet outsider could watch the sky, now in tans of orange and pink, starting to give space slowly to dark blue colors. The sunset was one of the most beautiful things to Jorrvaskr.

The summer heat was unbearable for Jaelle, so much so that she had to tuck away her precious scarf for a little while. Her neck felt bare without the pressure of her scarf wrapped around her, she almost felt like she were naked somehow. It was unsettling, but it would have to be something that she had to get used to if the summer remained this hot. As she walked through the grass, her bells sang out a soft song. She spotted the herd of buffalo not too far off, and was careful to give the large creatures some room. At the sound of her bells, some raised their head and snorted at her, making her skirt up one of the hills. Now that was something she wanted to avoid, a stampede that large would be hard to get out of. Keeping her mismatched eyes on them, she hardly noticed that she had begun to make her way up a knoll that someone else was occupying. It took her several more heartbeats to look up and see the silver creature, taking a pause with one paw still raised in the air. Oh, well good thing she didn't just walk into the poor girl! Letting out a small laugh, she wagged her tail behind her, her strand of bells calling out with the movement.

Jaelle took a few more steps towards the other female, an easy smile on her maw. She was a rather plain looking creature, although she was no better. Clearing her throat to get the others attention, she glanced up to see what she was looking at. Ah, the sky? It was rather pretty, and with the setting sun the temperature was becoming more bearable. "Beautiful view, is it not?" she asked in a soft voice, sitting beside the stranger and looking up as well. Stars had begun to shine above them, coming out one by one. Saying nothing else, she waited for the other wolf to speak up first. Wouldn't want to scare her off so soon, it would be nice to have some new company for a little while. It had been a long time since she had spoken to another woman, there had been a lot of men in her life lately.

For sure, a voice comming from nothing indeed surprised the grayish wolf. Her head quicly moved dowm from the sky to the place around her, noticing the approach of another female, sitting by her side. She actually said something to Jorr. "Yes... It is." The she-wolf forced her english, since she didn't know this stranger, she could probably get confused by the words of Jorrvaskr in a unknown language. Looks like the wolves of here have never even know of the existence of Dovahzul. But that was no problem at all for the silver she-wolf.

Her head turned up to the stars, once she gave a quick look to the other girl's face. The view of the pure sky was something that Jorr could not take her pale eyes of. "I'm Jorrvaskr." SHe said in the end, but this time without turning her look to the, for now, unnamed fmale.

The female made no comment on her bells, and Jaelle was quite surprised. It wasn't often that she ran into someone who didn't say something, or at least even stare. It was... a bit odd. It threw her off a bit, but it didn't take too long for her to get back on track. What really excited her was the accent that coated the woman's voice when she spoke, and she turned to look at the silver stranger. It was something that she wasn't familiar with, and it made her tail wag behind her. "Your accent... this is not your native tongue. What language do you call your own?" she asked, unable to hide the growing excitement in her tone. It wasn't every day that she came across someone who spoke a language that she hadn't added to her inventory, and the fact that she might be able to learn another was almost too much. The woman introduced herself as Jorrvaskr, and she dipped her head in greeting. "I'm Jaelle, it's a pleasure to meet you," she paused, looking back up at the stars above them. "If it's not too much to ask... would you mind teaching me some of your language? I speak quite a few, and I am always eager to learn more." she asked, trying not to get herself too excited.

well, she knew it was pretty easy to notice her accent. But her question of what was her tongue made the grayish female turn her head to the other girl, watchi ng her with a neutral look. "Dovahzul... Dragon Tongue. She answered, looking the interesting and curiosity in the female's eyes. Now that Jorr took another look into her, she noticed the scarf Jaelle had in her neck. She have never saw anyone using such a thing, but since she wears a necklace herself, she could complain about others.

"I'm Jorrvaskr." She replied to the girl, with a shy smile in the lips."It would be a Zin... Pleasure, to help." And also, this looked a very nice opportunity to pratice her english. "Uhm... Some Rot, words, do not exist in Grohiikzul... Your tongue." It looked better to already advertise the she-wolf. Thats why sometimes it was so hard for Jorrvaskr to speak. Some dragon's words had no meaning for english, and some english words means nothing in Dovahzul.

Dragon tongue? Jaelle blinked, she had heard fables and tales of the large lizard like creatures, but she didn't know that they existed or even had a language based around them. It was interesting for sure, and she grew more and more eager to learn a little more about it. It would seem that the female -- who introduced herself as Jorrvaskr -- was more than pleased to teach her. A grin spread on her face as her tail beat on the ground, her bells chiming along with the movement. Jorr mixed in words of her language with her own, and it was interesting to hear, like a little tease of what was in store. Jaelle pieced the little bits together that she was offered, quickly squirreling it away. After learning so many languages, it was pretty easy to add more to her inventory. Apparently there were a lot of words that the English language didn't have, and she nodded in understanding. That was always the most frustrating about it all, when there was something that you just couldn't express. And it would seem that she was learning the more common tongue here, it had to get on her nerves. "I can see how that would be a bother. It must be difficult to express yourself sometimes. I've never heard of such a language before, but I would be more than happy to teach you more of the common language here in trade to learn some of yours?" she offered. It wouldn't be the first time that she acted of a guide of sorts, and honestly it was quite fun. Plus, if she could get a few lessons out of it she wouldn't complain.

Jorrvaskr couldn't do much but smile, feeling thankful by the help offered by this other she-wolf. Looked like the ones natives from this lands were very curious about strange languages, but also wanted to learn it. Sothing that the grayish female had never seen. In her way to this lands, most wolves that she met never liked her language, always avoiding her beucase they never undestood what she was saying.

Here was very different. She felt that she could actually trust them, even that she was just an new soul. "Thank you." She said at least, thinking of how would she start this. Jorr never taught Dovahzul to anyone, not even young kids, and never thought this would become a thing in her life. Well, there is always a first time for everything. " I undestand Grohiikzul very well... It's just Hevno... Hard to speak." The wolf was used to listen to this language, but using it was a trouble for her. She didn't know why, actually. If it was so easy to undestand, why talking was such a problem?

She sighed, trying to avoid this thoughts in her mind and focus on her conversation with Jealle. Jorr had the idea of telling her where this language came from, but for that she'd have to force her voice to form the words in english. If anything was wrong, the other girl could help her. "Uhm... Dovahzul is ancient. Owned by the dov... Dragons. They ruled the Lein... World. Grohiik now shame the blood and tongue of the dov." It was a very simple way to start the whole story behind it, but looked enough, by now.

The dame listened intently as the other spoke, her ears fully straining forward. She said that she understood her language well enough, but the actual speaking of it was difficult. Jaelle nodded in understanding, she was born speaking this tongue but even she had blunders at times. After learning other languages, she came to understand just how difficult English was and gained more of an appreciation for being born into it. A lot of wolves were not that fortunate, like the one before her. What really got her going was when Jorr started to speak about the origins of her Dovahzul. She had heard tales of dragons before, but they were often few and far between on her travels. But to hear that they had ruled the world at one point... well she didn't have a hard time believing it. They were pretty much giant flying lizards, she wouldn't want to be near something like that. She shuddered at the thought, she could hardly handle normal sized lizards. She blinked slightly when she said Grohiik, was that the same as Grohiikzul? So the common wolves would shame the language of the dragons? Huh... was that why she came here? There were so many questions on the tip of her tongue but she didn't want to overwhelm the poor girl. "Is that why you came here, because you were shamed by the way you speak?" There was obvious disgust in her voice if that was true. To judge someone on what they spoke was just plain rude.
