ooc: This is for any loners looking for a home/interested in joining Lirim once it's created.

This was one of her last stops. She wasn't particularly fond of the battlefield. More than enough blood had been spilled here, some serious, some as simple as a spar. The stench of it seemed to forever coat the ground and the terrain had little to offer in terms of interest. It's flat expanse offered the perfect battle ground and lived up to it's namesake. She had no intentions of using it as such today.

While fights seemed to be the most common things here, she had a different plan in mind. She'd come across a few loners here before. There were always wolves looking for homes and if she wanted to have a pack she needed to find wolves she could eventually consider her brethren. She wanted to prove herself worthy of being a leader, but she needed followers to be able to do that. So with that in mind she crossed into the battlefield to see what lonely vagabonds she could discover. She wasn't sure if she'd be successful, but she sure as hell would try.

She strode into the field with an air of confidence, despite already having an idea of what this place was used for. There was a stench in the air, one the girl wasn't too familiar with but could identify. Many have battled to the point where their blood sank into the earth, changing it from what was possibly once a beautiful field of green. Dotted with wildflowers and even a spot for gatherings.

The original plan was to keep on the outskirts of this place, observe and decide from there what she would do next. Maybe find an opponent to face off against, test her strength against those that were native to this land. Or simply find someone that ould possibly share information about it, give some tips of places to be wary of because of a pack occupying the land.

That was when she spotted a wolf in particular, a tri-colored women who did not seem to be here for a fight. Could it be the person of knowledge? "You there!" She would bark, trying to catch the woman's attention. Paws carried her forward swiftly, closing the distance between the two until Aeru was just a few feet away. A smile and small dip of her skll in greeting. "You don't seem to be looking for an opponent. May I ask what it may be you're here for instead?"

Friendly in meetings, the girl would break the awkward silence between any she was with. Taking the task of the entertainer if she must, if it meant prolonging a meet up.

It was dangerous, coming to a place like this. If she wasn't careful, she could get snagged away without any choice in the matter, or perhaps involved in a fight in the same way. Neither of which were what she wanted, though the little female would be the first to admit that she needed to find a home for herself. Her attempts thus far hadn't worked, and so in desperation she found herself in this place.

Two females seemed safe enough to approach, especially since one of them at least seemed quite friendly. Whether or not that was actually the case, Faelyn didn't know, but it seemed safe to assume given her body language. Still, she didn't openly approach, keeping to the edges of the area and peering in at the pair as they began to converse. She too wanted to know what the woman was doing there, especially if the second was correct that she wasn't there to fight. Was she looking for a home too? Faelyn wasn't in a good place to pick up on any scents coming from the two, so she was at a loss.

It seemed safer to keep away from them until she knew exactly what was going on, so she made herself small and kept a watchful gaze not only on the two women but also on their surroundings, ready to run at a moment's notice should anyone potentially threatening appear or if a fight broke out. Neither of those was she willing to deal with.

It almost seemed as though she'd go home empty handed. Well, not that she'd be bringing them home just yet anyways. Celestial was nearly full as it was and she had no intention of overfilling the pack. Instead she'd make friends, bide her time until she had enough followers, and then stake a claim in a new territory that she liked. She'd tell the wolves interested to wait patiently until such a time came, but until then... well she wasn't having much luck it seemed. She was almost tempted to leave the miserable place.

The sound of paw steps caused her ear to flick and she turned her head just as another woman addressed her. Faite stopped in her tracks to to look at the other woman and a small smile tugged at her features. This was a good start at least. The other girl smiled as well and offered a dip of her head and Faite bowed her own in a polite greeting. She was more surprised by the question that was thrown at her. Normally wolves weren't so forward.

"I'm looking for loners to recruit." She admitted.

She certainly hadn't come for a fight with such an important agenda on her plate. She also didn't happen to immediately notice the other woman zeroed in on their conversation. Faite wasn't always the most vigilant, it was very rare she came across more than one wolf at a time in her travels, so she was far more focused on the closer wolf.

Ears perked up when the stranger spoke, stating that she was looking for loners to recruit and not much more. That wasn't enough to really go off of but it would be fine, Aeru would be willing to sit and hear the woman out. See what she had in mind, well, what exactly she was recruiting for. It could be for a pack, a small group, a mission of some sort, maybe even a hunting party that everyone could benefit from.

"You're in luck, I happen to be one." With a plaful grin the woman would sit back on haunches and hold her head high like a pup prepared for their first hunting or fighting lesson. "Lay it on me!" With a mock paw smack on the grounnd she would sit straight and wait for whatever information the woman had to share. Not quite saying she would be a participate, it would all depend on what was said.

And since a majority of her attention was on the one she engaged, the quiet female to the side would go unnoticed. For the moment. sitting there however, Aeru would not expect the woman to dive right into it, probably wanting to wait a bit longer for more to show up so she didn't have to repeat herself.

Loners to recruit? At that, Faelyn's ears lifted curiously. Recruit for what, she wondered. She didn't think the woman was going for anything dangerous, and therefore she slowly crept forward, moving into their field of vision (she hoped) in order to include herself more solidly in the conversation now that she had determined it was safe enough to do so. Perhaps she was making a pack, which Faelyn very much wanted to get into since she still had no home for herself. It was a curious thing, that no one had answered her call at the borders of her chosen pack, but that was all right. Now she had another chance to find herself a home.

She took a seat nearby, distant from the conversation since she hadn't initially been part of it and wanted to respect that, but she did want to show her interest. Faelyn didn't think she had heard of a woman taking charge of a pack, even though she saw no reason for it to happen, so she was already incredibly curious about it and what it would be like, if that was the case. She couldn't think of what else someone would look for loners for, but she supposed she could be wrong.

At least the other woman was talkative enough to seek the information that Faelyn was looking for but was still slightly too timid to ask for herself.

Arsenal hadn't come along for a fight, instead seeing if there were any wolves that potentially may have a pack of sorts that he would like. So, when he saw the wolf he had met not too long ago, he walked over with a small smile. Well, until the thought that she may be about to fight hit him, and he stopped in his tracks, instead choosing to call out before moving closer. If it was a fight, it didn't exactly seem like one, as the two females weren't seeming aggressive towards each other. Better safe than sorry, right? "This...Isn't a fight, is it?"

For the time being, until one or both answered, he stood in the same spot, shifting from side to side uneasily.

speech.

The woman flashed her a playful grin and Faite mimicked it. She realized she hadn't been very specific, but it seemed to only further the other's curiosity to know what she was recruiting for. She seemed to be sticking around for a little while as she plopped her rump to the ground. "Lay it on me!" The other said before smacking her paw to the ground. A laugh escaped from her larynx. She already found herself liking this woman. She had an intriguing personality that was quite captivating. She'd never seen anyone behave in such a manner.

She held off on starting her explanation as another figure drew near. This one was quiet and seemed to stay on the fringes of the now small gathering. Regardless Faite flashed the other woman a friendly smile. "Hello." She greeted kindly. She wasn't sure if she'd been listening in, but she hoped not to have to repeat her name just yet. She didn't get the chance to anyways as a more familiar figure joined their little meeting. It was Arsenal! She flashed the younger wolf a smile before he asked his question.

"No fighting today I'm afraid. I was just about to explain to my friend here about what I'm recruiting for if you'd care to join us."

She wasn't sure what else to call Aeru other than friend so she went with it. Either way it seemed she had a nice little gathering here. It was nice to have one familiar face and two curious ones. Maybe they'd all be interested? It was worth a shot.

"I have hopes to branch away from my brother's pack and create one of my own. I've already got a basic idea for it. I've decided to call it Lirim and it'll be a home for free spirits." That was the basic gist of it at least. She was still trying to flesh out all of the details, but it was getting there. In the mean time she was searching for those interested. What was the point of coming up with all the minuscule things if no one would join.
