Okay just a few things you need to fix.
Since the last time you rp'd him Julius has aged two years so he should be 6.
Build options are: Emaciated, Light, Medium, Heavy, and Obese
You need to link to your Odd Colored Markings Purchase and fix your link to your old application with
Also you've mentioned a bunch of accessories in his appearance - all of those need to be purchased so I would write those down somewhere else and save up for them icly. Until that time they'll have to be removed from your profile. I'd also make a note in your profile that his art isn't fully accurate in terms of the hair and the jewelry just so people don't get confused.
