Echo is enjoying herself. It's a newfound sort of freedom, one that brings her young heart joy. Being outside of the den, the summer breeze in the air... how could someone not enjoy that. It's silly, playful, the way she plays in the tall grasses. She moves to pounce at the tall flowers, searching for toads or frogs or something. The rolling thunder is little more than a storm cloud today, but she's bitten off more than she can chew. From one of the tall plants, a bee rises. Curious as ever, Derecho bounds toward it. Faster of course, and high above her head, but the pup leaps toward it. She leaps up into the air, head cocking to the side. What was that? Barking, of course. That's how she copes, of course. Barking. Bark at everything. For now, that's how Derecho copes. heroes get remembered DERECHO WRECKAGE bad bitches never die

Tyranis “What are you doing?” he asked indignantly, almost offended, from his place behind her. Tyranis, always nosey and overly critical, had followed her, not that he would admit it. To anyone who asked he was simply minding his own business outside of the den now that he was strong enough to wander out on his own when she decided to make a fool of herself. “It’s a bee dummy, if you get too close it’ll sting you…Everyone knows that.” He said with a wicked grin, knowing full well that she had no clue what the small insect was capable of. In truth he had only learned about bees yesterday after watching their hive from a safe distance, but then she didn’t need to know that. Tyranis was cruel to his siblings whenever there were no adults around, because he could be. He was bigger than them after all and although they didn’t know it he always would be. text Speech

She trailed behind the ashen brother. His colours were gray and stormy; akin to the three sisters. But he was nearly as dark as Aella herself; although she couldn't be sure. She had seen her reflection for the first time recently and stared longinly into the waters. She was cute for a pup! Yet she had a pique of envy of the white atop Tyranis' ear. Thus she loped after him, her large paws tripping over each other. But it seemed he was following someone else. Her eyes widened. Derecho! What was she doing here? She let out a playful snarl and jumped after her, not seeing the bee at first. Then she saw it and yelped, jumping back. What was that thing?! By now the pup had no idea that the insect was likely agitated; and her eyes studied its buzzing path.
