Today was the day. Today was the day that she and Cherokee would be united in marriage. She could hardly contain herself, it looked like it would only be she, Cherokee and Silent attending but that was all she needed. Her little family together celebrating the love that they shared. She would be able to forever call Cherokee her very own. She would be forever claimed by the midnight colored man, and she would not have it any other way. She was completely convinced she had been made for him, and now she could proclaim that to the world. Cherokee was hers forever.
She had left the man that morning to make sure she knew where Silent was. It would be easy enough to find her, she knew the day was coming and had been listening for her. Her ivory paws carried her down a embankment to find herself surrounded by giant stone sculptures. This was where they would become husband and wife, and join their lives forever.
She couldn't help but smile in the early morning light, the rest of the day would be absolutely amazing. She needed to see Silent before they actually started exchanging their vows. She felt butterflies rustle around in her stomach. They shouldn't have been there, she was just going to be with the two wolves she was closest to how could she be nervous. She took comfort in knowing that Silent would give her comfort. She was good at calming her nerves.
Her muzzle slipped back and was lifted into the air. She let her lips part and slowly let out a call for the older she wolf, The excitement was obvious in her voice as the song was thrust into the air. Today was going to be amazing.

Their day had finally arrived. Cherokee and Song were to be wed, husband and wife for all their lives. Silent, who had been sleeping inside her temporary den, awoke to the brilliant sunshine that morning. Her den was located in a small grove of trees, yet the sun still found breaks in between the branches to make its entrances. As the warmth from the new day spread from the ground to her paws, she slowly yawned and rose to all fours.
Sleep quickly left her body as she heard the soft, lone howl of Song from far off. Her head and ears perked towards the direction it came from and she stretched all four legs before heading out. Silent peeked from that small grove of trees and immediately shaded her eyes from the bright sun. Retreating her head, she shook it and got rid of the flashing lights that consumed the darkness of her eyelids. After a minute, she stepped out from her hiding place. Her slender, black form stood out against the bare branches of the shrubbery that would normally consume her. With a brief yawn and shake over, she walked.
Silent increased her pace when she got enough energy running through her body. Muscles lean and well built carried her at a brisk jog and she took that time to enjoy the cold wind that swept right across her body. Winter was one of her favorite seasons and one of the reasons why was the snow that she touched with her gentle paws. The soft crunching noises she made brought the first smile of the day to her face and she couldn't help but laugh at the thoughts of little pup paws doing the same thing. Those days seemed to be long gone, but she didn't know what the future would hold..
After what seemed like only a pawful of blinks, Silent sent back her howl of greeting to Song. From where she stood, the sight of their chosen wedding place was a beautiful one. Silent took a second to take it all in before she padded towards where Song stood. A gentle nuzzle to the white female was given as a morning greeting. "Good morning, my white dove," Silent cooed lovingly. "How are you feeling? Today is the day!"

Her delicate white paws carried her slowly towards the formation, her bicolored eyes taking in every detail. She wanted every detail memorized so she would be able to recall the details of the day with ease. It was starting well enough, the morning was gorgeous all seemed to be in such perfect order. Even how quickly Silent made it back to her. The sweet sound of her voice echoed to Song's ivory ears. A pleased smile found its way to her maw, her teeth glinted in the early sunlight.
Before she knew it the she wolf had found her way upon the appropriate spot She assumed she had no trouble following her call. She nodded in a form of greeting before they were close enough to nuzzle each other affectionately. She basked in the love Silent beamed upon her with happiness the smile that was reflected how incredibly happy she was. "Good morning, Silent!" her melodic voice graced the morning, "I know! And I'm so excited, I'm afraid these butterflies will burst from my stomach." She glanced at her stomach as if they really would rupture her middle. "So if I can calm them I'll be okay." There was an amount of humour in her voice, she would have been okay with out the nerves.

"They won't be hard to get rid of, darling," Silent happily reassured her. She remembered the first time of her young adulthood when she confessed her love to Bronze. "Believe me, they will help with remembering the details of your special day. If they are a problem now, they won't be in the future." Her smile widened as she took note of the radiant look upon the young bride's maw. Silent leaned in and lovingly licked Song's cheek before pulling back to pad closer to the rocks.
"However did you find such a place?" she asked. Silent hadn't been on Alacritis long enough to see the wonders it possessed, so anything worth seeing was new and a wonderful surprise. She stopped walking when she was close enough to touch the first stone that created the crescent moon. Compared to her height, the large stone seemed to reach for the sky. Her front paw touched the surface and its cold top met her warm pad. Silent's smile revealed white canines as she murmured, "Beautiful..." and lowered her paw to the snow-ridden ground. "It is all lovely," she said to Song as she turned her gaze and body to face the soon-to-be bride.

They had been talking about this for weeks. Maybe even a month or so. The time with his wife-to-be flew by, he could hardly keep track of it. Each day by her side was beyond incredible. He would never been able to picture himself in this kind of situation, soon to be married to the woman who had capture his heart upon their very first meeting. How many couples could say that, that they fell in love the moment they ran into each other? He guessed not many, if only a few. He wanted to be one of those couples that lasted through the years and when they told others how long they'd been together, people would be surprised that they'd been together for so long. He'd just met Song, but this was where he was meant to be. At her side, as her husband and she at his side, as his wife.

Today was the big day. The day that the pair hadn't been able to stop talking about for who knows how long. They had curled up the night before in their make-shift den, wrapped up in each other's embrace as always, loving even in their sleep, until the next morning. Cherokee being the heavy sleeper that he was never noticed how his little dove was able to tip-toe her way out of their den and head towards their pre-determined wedding destination. It wasn't until his unconscious mind finally released him back into conscious that he realized she'd gone. Panic set in for a moment, but as he blinked and stretched himself awake, he remembered what day it was. His wedding day. The way he would officially tie himself to Song for the rest of his life. His stomach twisted into knots, shooting itself up his throat, making it hard for him to swallow. Nerves racked his frame as he stepped out into the brilliant shine of the morning sun, dual-hued gems taking a moment to adjust to the brighter light. Nostrils flared, catching his angel's scent, directing him in which direction to go. With a twisted gut, the obsidian knight made the trek to his wedding destination, heart fluttering sporadically inside his chest, unable to contain his excitement.

He moved swiftly, eager to reach his wife-to-be and greet her and shower her with the love that she deserved. But he was brought to a slowing halt as another scent registered with him. It was female, but rogue. A friend of Song's? He vaguely remembered her mentioning something about having met a new friend, but right now he couldn't quite think straight or focus on anything that wasn't Song. Cherokee stopped within a cluster of foliage, lowering his large frame towards the earth, ivory jade and silver gems focused on the figure of his little dove and of the strange woman he'd scented, watching as the two conversed. Was it time for him to step in? He decided to wait and see if he was noticed before making an entrance. He had never been a wedding before, so he was unfamiliar with the customs and wasn't sure if Song needed to do something before the ceremony that he wasn't allowed to see.

Song didn't have to wait long for Silent's comforting presence to take over, just a few words and she could feel herself calming down. She loved that Silent could so easily, her motherly kiss just helped things along. Already the anxiety level she felt was lowering considerably, her butterflies swiftly becoming a memory. Silent took in the scenery around them, indeed it was a beautiful place. The perfect place. Song's bicolored eyes looked the stones over, it was wonderful that they'd found the place.
Song let the smile on her face part to divulge her story, "We just kind of happened upon it. As we were looking at it I had the idea to have the wedding here." It was an amazing monument, and Song knew this place would hold a special place in her heart forever. "It's going to be amazing." She smiled and closed her eyes to savor the moment as it passed, she took in a deep breath and became completely calm. Suddenly a faint scent drifted into her nose. It was a familiar one, her ear twitched and her head moved to look in the direction it had wafted from.
She forgot about Silent for a moment, her mind suddenly focused on finding her love. Her body followed her nose as she pawed forward to the underbrush a souple of steps, was he headed this way? "Cherokee..?" She called, her sweet voice carried into the distance. Her ears perked forward to catch any sound of him. She could feel the light flutter of butterflies becoming aroused at the thought of him. She had only left him earlier in the morning, but this would be his first meeting with Silent.

"It's amazing how different places just speak to you," she said thoughtfully. Her memories of her first wedding day with Bronze made her heart skip a beat. Their place had been at the old packgrounds, in a secluded area where no one could bother them. Ohhhh, how time had flown by. And today, her young Song was getting married to her own love. They had years to spend together..a lovely thought indeed.
Song's distracted attention drew Silent's to her actions. The ebony fae watched as Song walked across the way to the nearby shrubbery. Emerald green gaze roved around the bushes, searching for the scent's source. When her eyes stopped at a pair of bi-colored gems peeking from the greenery, she had a silent intake of breath. A look of surprise appeared on her face and a smile quickly returned. 'Ahh, so that's where he's hiding,' she thought to herself. Her nostrils flared and she took in his scent to remember it. 'Cherokee...all right.' Silent reclined to her haunches and quietly waited, wondering what would happen next.

He wasn't trying very hard to keep himself concealed; he was sure he was visible from where he was attempting to hide, or if not at least they would catch his scent. For the first few minutes of his arrival, Song seemed completely unaware, continuing to talk to the elder woman with whom he could only assume his wife-to-be was friends with. He couldn't remember her name for the life of him at the moment, but he figured he would either remember it or find out soon enough. For now he lied in the cover of the nearby shrubbery, mismatched gaze intent on his little dove as she chatted away, explaining how they had happened upon the beautiful place and settled upon it becoming the ideal location for them to be wed. A loving smile curled his lips, his heart stuttering in his chest as the realization that in a little bit, he would officially call Song his wife sunk in. His wife. She would become his wife, and maybe later on, the mother to his children. If only his parents could see him now.

Of course, his little spying session didn't last long, his little angel ever the attentive one. She'd caught his scent and was now coming towards his general direction, bi-colored eyes running over his hiding spot, trying to find him as she called out to him. He took a deep breath in an attempt to calm his racing heart before allowing himself to stretch to his full height, easily towering over the shrubbery. Cherokee cleared his throat, audits pinning themselves against his skull as a self-conscious smile curled his ebon lips. Guilty as charged. He managed to cough out, mismatched gaze falling on Song's beautiful frame, unable to help but admire her. He was surely the luckiest man in the world to be able to marry such an amazing woman.

Her ears perked forward a bit more as she finally placed his form loosely concealed in the underbrush. His handsome face suddenly encompassing her whole thoughts, a bright smile erupted on her maw as she let her ivory paws dance a bit in the snow. The joy in her actions was obvious, she was overly happy to see her future mate. Hardly being able to contain herself she bolted forward to greet him properly, her tail flying like a banner behind her as she galloped to his side. Whines of excitement escaped her lips as she looked about him, remembering why they were all gathering in the first place.
Once she was close enough she showered him with loving kisses, her pretty tongue licked the side of his face ad maw. Actions spoke louder than words and her happiness was unmasked. She couldn't hardly believe what she was about to go through, "Today is the day my love!" She squealed happily, "But first! You must meet my dear friend, Silent. She has agreed to perform the ceremony for us." She turned back around to search for her older friend, fully meaning to walk back over where she was sitting.
A nuzzle was given to Cherokee before she let herself start walking back to the other black wolf, her eyes alight with excitement, "Cherokee, this is Silent. She's the most wonderful wolf you'll ever meet." She smiled lovingly at him, "Silent, this is Cherokee, my true love." Her gaze then rested on Silent, she introduced them, she only hoped Cherokee liked her as much as she did.

Her emerald green eyes continued to twinkle at the lovely couple. Amorous gazes shared between the two wolves made Silent's heart lightly patter with excitement. She could feel the warmth from their euphoric states of mind, enjoying each other's company and being jittery about the big day. Silent didn't blame them; their wedding day would be the most important day of their young lives...until pups and grandpups came along. She silently imagined little balls of white and black fluff racing everywhere around their ankles and laughed gently.
Song carried on with the introductions and she paid attention as Cherokee was brought to it. She watched the male as Song informed her of who he was, but she had already guessed that he was 'the one'. Now, as it was confirmed, she nodded as a response to Song's words. "Tis a pleasure to finally meet you, Cherokee. I was wondering when I would get to." Silent let her head lean out, stretching her neck and sniffed the air around Cherokee's face. She took in his scent, held onto it for her memory's sake, then retracted her head. "Congratulations on finding her, dear. I'm happy that your paths crossed."

He couldn't help the full blown smile that curled across his kissers at the sight of his beloved Song. A chuckle of amusement rumbled in his massive chest as his little ivory dove rushed to his side, whining with excitement as she fawned over him with kisses, causing hot fire to rise to his dark cheeks, though clearly unseen by anyone. Only he could feel the hot blush that was creeping over his face as he reached out to kiss Song in returned, bathing her pale lips in kisses before pulling back to allowed her to talk.Today is the day my love! But first! You must meet my dear friend, Silent. She has agreed to perform the ceremony for us. She was so excited that she made up for his lack of excitement. It wasn't that he wasn't excited, he just didn't express it in the same way she did. And so it is my little dove. Your wish is my command. He rumbled quietly, returning her loving nuzzle as he followed his wife-to-be over the elder woman she'd been speaking to moments ago.

A nod of greeting was presented to the older woman Silent as Song introduced him to her, a gentle smile presented to her in accompaniment to his bow. Audits twitched forward with attention as Silent spoke, glad to have met him, as well as congratulating him on having found Song. Cherokee allowed himself to stand just a little bit taller, pride leaking into his words as he spoke. The pleasure is all mine Silent. I have heard many great things about you. I deeply appreciate you taking time out of your day to do this for us, it means so much to me to be able to call my little dove here officially mine. It felt natural to call her his before others, as if that was how it was supposed to be all along.

She sat patiently with ears perked and eyes on each of her companions, a smile sitting nicely on her pearl maw. Both seemed quite pleased to meet the other and for that she was quite happy. She had grown to love them both quite a bit. Each in a different way, there were so many different types of love out there. Her eyes shifted from one individual to the other, her affectionate gaze resting on each of them in turn as they spoke. She felt her ears turn a bit red at the kind words spoke about her by both of them. She moved herself to stand closer to the one she loved the most and nuzzled him.
Once they had exchanged their greetings she let her own voice softly dance into the air, "You're both wonderful to me." She smiled as she leaned into Cherokee's side. "You're going to be mine. Absolutely no one will be able to take you away from me." Her pretty bicolored eyes found themselves back on Silent's charming face. Her heart was full of appreciation towards her adopted mother. "This means so much to both of us."
She felt so at home next to her coal-colored Knight, his comfort, protection and love was all she needed the rest of her days. As long as he stayed by her side she didn't have to worry about anything life decided to throw at her. She was thrilled to be able to start her very own family with him.

Love was evidently in the air as Silent watched the other two speak. She gazed lovingly at her adopted daughter, taking in the radiance that glowed from Song's eyes and voice. The young and excited fae couldn't help but remind Silent of her own days, and that made their wedding day all the more special. After having both of them say how they were eager to be mates, Silent nodded and cleared her throat.
"It seems that both of you are more than ready to share everything - life, love, and the obstacles that you may face." She then turned towards the beautiful stone structures that rose high behind and around them. "If you are both ready for it, I will be more than happy to start the ceremony." Emerald eyes twinkled once more, exposing more of Silent's happy heart for the young lovers.

She was pressed up against him, soothing the erratic beating of his heart, or at least that's what he trying to tell himself. Every time she moved, or breathed against him, his heart leapt into his throat and he struggled to keep his composure about him. Song was just so beautiful, so breath-taking and in the company of her friend, it made Cherokee ten times more nervous that he would've ever been. The butterflies were flying rampant inside his gut, his
heart slamming inside his ribcage, as if trying to force its way out his body. Damn he'd never been so nervous in his life. Was this how he was supposed to feel on his wedding day? He sure hoped so because he'd never felt like this before.

You're both wonderful to me. You're going to be mine. Absolutely no one will be able to take you away from me. This means so much to both of us. There went his crazy heart again, thumping against the confines of his chest as his little dove pushed against him, causing an idiotic grin to spread across his kissers as he turned down towards her, presenting the crown of her head with a gentle lick. We every reason to be my little angel. He crooned gently, turning towards Silent as she remarked that she was ready to start the ceremony. Ready when you are my little dove. He whispered lovingly into her ear, giving it a playful nip as he glanced back towards the elder woman, wanting to start the ceremony already.

The excitement in the air was hard to ignore, or at least Song was sure she would not be able to. She could feel the extravagant pounding of her heart in her chest as the minutes went on. The moment that they would join themselves together was quickly drawing near, everything just felt right. She was meant to be here with Cherokee and Silent, their comforting presences filled her with joy. Her family was together, they would remember these moments for the rest of their lives. This was the beginning of just that.
She was surely ready for everything to happen. The morning was beautiful, the sun's young rays played gently on the thick snow banks. A choir of song birds provided all the music she wanted, their sweet voices graced her ivory ears. It seemed like they were performing just for her on this special day. Her teeth glittered in the bright light as she smiled, she was astounded at how perfect everything had turned out. She was never so lucky as to have everything go how she wished, but she was thankful. She would cherish these thoughts forever more.
Silent seemed so happy to be there with them, she was glad of it too. Novel would never know Cherokee or their future children. Novel would never be able to see them today exchange vows of eternal commitment, this brought feelings of regret to her mind. Her eyes fell on SIlent, and they were gone. She would stand in for Novel today, Novel never wished this future upon her daughter. Silent did.
She inhaled a steady breath and looked up at the incredible monument. Her bicolored eyes took its grandness in as she readied herself for Silent to start their ceremony. She was more ready than she ever thought herself possible. Her heart continued it's erratic beating, but she was glad of it. The nerves were part of the package and she wanted it all. Along with her smile her tail was wagging, but instead of letting it beat up against his own Song entwined them together. She looked into his beautifully colored eyes, ready to be his wife. "I'm ready."

She found a spot right smack in the middle of Cherokee and Song. Taking a few paces back to give them space, she made sure she wasn't too far to either side before she began. Looking at the surroundings and taking in the details beforehand, she closed her eyes and inhaled deeply. It had been a long time since she had done anything like this for anyone else, other than her and Bronze. Now, as she lowered her head, she exhaled and opened her eyes with a calmness that could be read. Her emerald eyes gently twinkled as she began to speak.
"Today is a day that will be remembered for the rest of our days," she said. "Two souls will become one, surrounded by love, faith, honesty and trust. It is not everyday that a lady like Song-" she looked to the white fae, "and a gentleman like Cherokee-" she then turned her gaze to Ro, "can say they have found their one and only by first chance. Who knew that one day on a beautiful beach, these two would be fortunate to find each other?" A smile appeared on Silent's face and she continued. "These two lovely wolves are here today to bequeath their love and lives to one another, prepared to spend every day as husband and wife from this day forward."
Silent's tail lightly swept behind her as she then asked Song and Cherokee if they took each other as husband and wife, intending on being there for the good and bad, the hardships and trails, sicknesses and healthy days. Both said, "I do," and Silent's smile became a beaming grin. "Then, with the power invested by Alacritis and everything sacred, I officially proclaim Song and Cherokee husband and wife!" Once they exchanged kisses and nuzzles, Silent tossed back her majestic head and howled. A cry of happiness and joy rang from her vocals and spread far and wide to any set of ears that could hear her. Pretty soon, the newlyweds joined in and a chorus was sent to the heavens for the world to know of their joyous union.
Silent was the first to cease her howl, and when she lowered her head, she nuzzled Song and then her new husband. "Congratulations to both you, my dears," she softly praised, tail now swaying behind her at a gentle pace. "Today is the day of your lives. I can't wait to see what you two will bring for each other!"

He could feel his heart drumming steadily inside his chest, acutely aware of each beat that pounded against the confines of his chest. It was like suddenly, everything became clearer, sharper. As if his sense suddenly zeroed in on everything around him but most importantly his wife-to-be, the lovely little dove standing at his side, waiting for her friend to announce the start of the ceremony. Mismatched gems were steady on the elder ebony woman as she began the ceremony, going through what he assumed were the standard procedures before getting to the part where she asked the couple if they took each other in holy matrimony. I do. He spoke confidently, allowing a glance towards Song as she repeated the phrase before allowing his gaze to fall back on Silent, his heart lurching into his throat as Silent officially announced them husband and wife. An uncontrollable grin broke across his fa?ade, crown tipping back towards the heavens, a joyous song erupting from his inky lips to join the voices of his new wife and her friend. Song was his wife!

Cherokee allowed his call to echo out into the lands, dropping his head back nearly at the same time the two girls did, mismatched gems affectionate as they looked to Silent, who presented him with a nuzzle after Song. Thank you so much Silent. I will forever be grateful that you were able to do this for us. Salmon tongue caressed the elder woman's cheek in a gentle kiss as he turned to his new wife, tucking her lovingly under his chin, unable to believe that she was officially his now

A pure ivory giantess sprinted into view, worried silver eyes glancing about the clearing and the wolves within it. She had heard 'I do' and hoped to all the God's and Goddess' that she was not too late. It was a very quiet wedding, no wolves there to witness the cherished moment, or party to track down. She slowed immediately, in no way out of breath, and sat a distance from the trio to await a proper time to congradulate the pair.

A smile curved up her ebony lips, revealing her beautiful pearl razors as she watched them. What was between the woman she knew and the man she had yet to meet was true love, and she could see it from even the distance at which she sat. Just looking at the joy in Song's eyes, the snowy temptress knew she would have someone to trust to care for the cream coloured fae she had come to care about. The she wolf who was preforming the ceremony was new to the surprise guest as well, but from the aura surrounding the ebony dame and the pearl bride, she knew they were close. So she settled down, sitting regally many strides behind them and watching, waiting. Her tail wrapped around her powerful paws, twin raven feathers dancing in the breeze, long silky strands joining their ballet. Pure ivory coat fell perfectly over a lean, but well muscled and feminine frame like a waterfall, defining her every curve beautifully.

Her gaze was cast to Song, who looked like an angel sent from heaven, fur perfectly groomed, darker markings along her sides hinting at her true past, and unique, bi coloured orbs shining with more happiness than the ghostly she wolf had ever felt in her life. It did her good to see her friend so happy, she felt her own burdens leave her conscience, disappear until the wedding was over, she guessed. Then her eerie stare was turned to the groom, who looked equally primped, and just as happy as his to-be wife. She wondered many things about their future, but shook them away like troublesome bugs, loaning her full attention to the wedding before her. She waited there, a smile on her face and joy in her heart for her friend.

The happiness that showed in the eyes of the newlyweds made Silent's smile widen even more. She watched as they shared nuzzles and kisses, howls and giggles of laughter and happiness. If this didn't melt the heart of the most evil roughian in the world, she didn't know what would.
Her ears perked to the thank you's she received from Cherokee and she gave an elegant nod. "It was my pleasure to be here and help you and Song make this officia, Ro. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here with you both." She took his nuzzle with a gentle yip and a younger look appeared on her face. "If you will ever need anything else, don't hesitate to ask...I am here for Song...and now for you as well." Truth rang in her words and her eyes then moved to a white form that was seen from far off. Curiosity became obvious in the older fae's eyes, but she merely nodded to the female and smiled. If the other fae intended to congratulate the couple as well, she was more than welcome to do so.

Silent's words were perfection as her maw let the words leave their fortress. Her incantations brought joy to Song's heart as she officially became the wife of Cherokee. Her eyes found his quick glance as his lips uttered his "I do" their lifelong commitment started now. The rest of their lives were right ahead of them. She was willing to take him no matter what life threw in their way. She was ready to prove it as well, "Absolutely I do!" Her voice an excited tone as the words left her mouth. This was all she had been dreaming about. As Silent pronounced them officially wed Song took a moment to kiss her husband, their first together.
With her affection show to Cherokee she let her head fall back softly, letting her jaws lay open for the elated sound of her howl. As the triumphant call erupted from her, Aurora caught her eye. The ivory she wolf smiling at Song's own happiness. She was glad to get to spend this event with her Ludicael friend. She finished and was tucked into her favorite spot, under Cherokee's chin. She whined happily as her tail beat the ground with ferocity. "Cherokee, I love you." her voice was carried from his neck fur and to his ears, the first time the words had left her mouth. She snuggled him again before turning her attention to Aurora.
"I didn't even know you remember me saying I was getting married Aurora, it's so wonderful to see you here!" Her tail thumped on the ground harder, her head dipping in a respectful nod to the large she wolf. Such a wonderful surprise her presence turned out to be. "I believe the festivities demand that we go for a hunt!" She was ready to enjoy her first hunt as a married couple.
