Valor was beginning to doubt himself. In what instance could he beat an alpha who was not only older, but most likely had more experience with this than he had? Valor wouldn't have been so nervous about the fight if he hadn't been attacked by Dragon himself. The fact he was also family was off putting now that he thought about it. In fact this whole fight seemed stupid. Why was family attacking his family? It wasn't as though giving up was an option either, so no matter the odds, he was going to do his best to help drive out the invaders.

The white and black marked male's eyes caught Dragon's own gaze and he could practically see the reluctance that the brown alpha had towards fighting him. While a tiny part of him deep, deep, down was glad that Dragon didn't want to hurt him, a large part of him was angry. Dragon was the one who had attacked him and yet it was almost as though the other male wasn't taking it seriously - like he was holding back or something. A growl escaped him - as inexperienced as Valor was, he wasn't useless and he wasn't a child anymore. He could fight too and he'd prove it.

His left paw found purchase on Dragon's shoulder, and yet he didn't quite accomplish the grip he'd wanted. Regardless, Valor found stability for a brief moment as he used Dragon's body to help keep himself upright while the toes of his hind paws splayed and dug into the ground for traction. His hind legs extended slightly past hip width for balance and his muscles were taut. His ears were still pinned flat against his skull while the skin on his muzzle wrinkled into a snarl and bunched up around his eyes to offer some protection. His tail was still flagged out, parallel with the earth, and was ready to move at a moment's notice should he need to shift his weight or go back down on the ground completely. His right leg still felt quite useless as he let it dangle, but he couldn't find a place to put it, so instead he kept it dangling towards the earth in hopes that it'd help him later should he either find a use for it or if he needed to get back to the ground quickly.

Unfortunately for him, Dragon managed to avoid his bite to the ear after letting go of Valor's scruff, and instead Valor's teeth grated against Dragon's right cheek beneath his eyes, tearing away fur and skin, before closing shut with an audible click. Dammit! And yet now the underside of Dragon's neck was exposed. Valor wasted no time and his jaws opened once more as he aimed to put as much force behind his bite that he could muster. His attack was aimed towards the underside of Dragon's throat on the right side beneath the cheek bone and the underside of Dragon's jaw. His top jaw sought purchase up close toward's dragon's cheek, while the bottom jaw aimed to wreak havoc on the underside of the right side of the other male's neck. Typically Valor would have felt bad about going for such a crippling blow, but he was hoping that, in by doing so, he could try and injure the male enough to knock him out of the fight so the Talis wolves could all go home.

What he wasn't expecting was a mixture of things. He wasn't prepared when Dragon rose up on his own hind legs and extended his own left foreleg to grip the right side of his neck in a hug. Due to his positioning, Valor couldn't get away from the grip and instead helplessly let the other male's left leg wrap around his neck. What was he supposed to do now that Dragon was in practically the same position he was in?

That wasn't Dragon's only movements though and Dragon's right leg locked underneath Valor's left leg keeping him from being able to place it back on the ground. Valor was beginning to realize his mistake now with Dragon being larger than himself. He could feel Dragon's left leg/elbow digging into him as the male tightened his grip and Valor was at a loss of how to rectify the situation. Before he knew it Dragon was also trying to shove him towards the left (Valor's left).

Valor leaned in to the right and put most of his weight on his right hind leg in an attempt to keep his balance. His tail shifted towards the right at an angle as well to try and make up for the slightly larger male shoving him. Too late for him to notice that simultaneously that Dragon had made yet another move. He felt Dragon's top teeth bite harshly into the top of his muzzle, and yet it was Dragon's bottom teeth that hurt more as the male's bottom jaw bit deeply into the sensitive flesh of his under-jaw. A small whimper of pain escaped him and he was beginning to feel less and less confident about finding a suitable way out of this tough situation. He hadn't exactly had an abundance of training in battle tactics. In fact he hadn't really had any at all - no one had ever told him what to do in certain instances like this one and so far he'd been lucky enough to go off of the first thing that came to his brain.

Well he couldn't just do nothing, that wasn't an option. His left leg couldn't move down, so instead he tried to shove his weight forward some in an attempt to further wrap his front left leg so it could hook tightly around the right side of Dragon's neck. His paw aimed to tightly grip the back of the other male's neck and lock around the natural curves of Dragon's shoulder. His right limb came upwards in an attempt to try the same maneuver Dragon had made as he tried to lock his right front limb underneath Dragon's left leg using the front of his (Valor's) leg to try and lock Dragon's leg between the front of his shoulder/chest and his (Valor's) limb in a tight grip.

His next move would have been figuring out how to get his muzzle free from Dragon's bite, as the wounds were rather deep and hurt almost as much as his neck wound from Vianni had, but he'd completely forgotten about the companion that had been following the Talis male. Seemingly out of nowhere, the cat rushed towards his right side and Valor didn't notice until the feline's chest slammed into the right side of Valor's rib cage. He felt his breath forcibly removed from his lungs and he felt his balance give way. Seeing that he was going to the ground now with two large creatures toppling him, Valor threw himself to the left hoping that the extra momentum would be enough to at least drag the brown colored male with him. If he was going to the ground then so was he!

ooc:  After talking with Bri I've confirmed that when Regulus turns it is a tight turn and he is aiming to stay on her right side, thus his jaws are going for her right eye, chest and shoulder to her right shoulder, etc.  Val, of course, is going to do her best to screw it up.  Read on fearless reader!

As Valdís neared Regulus he would spring forward out of the way of her attacks and she swiftly planted her left forepaw to give her more leverage as she twisted her upper body to her right, letting the rest of her body follow, so that she was facing his retreating rear.  That was, until he started turning around to face her.  Oh boy, she'd disturbed the hornet's nest now!  Valdís wasn't going to stand still, she was relying on her speed in this fight against a larger and heavier opponent.  Just as he was about to finish the turn she leapt into action.  Side-stepping quickly to her right her hind legs coiled and launched her forward and slightly in toward Regulus' left flank.

The movement displaced Regulus' attacks but did not spare her from them.  His upper fangs tore light lacerations to the left side of her face a few inches back from her left eye while his lower fangs cut light lacerations at the left corner of her jaw.  His chest would miss her altogether as she sought to keep on his left side and the shoulder throw and leg wrap would miss as well for the same reason.  Valdís sought to keep her body low but agile.  Her weight spread evenly across her limbs which coiled to lower her center of gravity.

Fangs parting, she attempted to dive under the hulking male her head rotating to her left as she sought to sheer his sheath between her jaws, in a brutal grip that would shred the genetalia.  Simultaneously she threw her weight behind the front of her right shoulder as she drove it forward, hoping to crash it into Regulus' left knee.  She wanted to jar the patella and cause the ligaments there to shift and sprain.  With her weight off her left foreleg Valdís sought to force the sharp point of her left shoulder forward and up into the tender flesh of Regulus belly, on the lower left side closer toward the thigh than the ribs.  She didn't have much momentum to work with but she hoped to cause some decent bruising that would make his gut feel uncomfortable.  This was a risky move and she knew it.  She was trying to be right under the belly of the beast.  Her ears remained pinned to her skull, her hackles raised as her tail tucked between her legs.  She didn't want to make it to easy for him to bite it off.  The toes of her grounded limbs were spread, claws digging into the earth.

They collided, but not in the way he had intended. The left side of his chest hit the left side of her chest. The male would growl as the point of her left shoulder would strike his left shoulder. Bone would strike bone, a moderate bruise forming there but it wouldn't stop him one bit from his onslaught. The woman had moved, her head tucking downwards which caused him to miss his intended target and instead, teeth gripped her scruff and his teeth sliced through skin and fur. Immediately, he'd release and tuck his head back, lowering his head and tucking his chin to protect his throat. His hackles remained raised along his body, tail flagged, eyes narrowed and fangs glinting in the moonlight as he bared his teeth in a fierce snarl for both a threatening effect, and to protect his face with his jaws should she decide to attack his visage.

She would strive to push into him with her left shoulder, threatening to keep his own attempt at getting at her paw from happening. Instead of continuing to try and slam her toes, he would replace his forepaw onto the ground, weight distributing evenly among all four legs to keep himself stabilized. They were now at a very close proximity, nearly chest to chest. In this position, he found it useless to try and push and shove her, so instead, the male would rock back onto his heels and rise upon hind legs. He sought to wrap his forelegs firmly around her neck with his left foreleg seeking to wrap around the right side of her neck and right foreleg sough to wrap around the opposite side. The male would spread his hind legs then to hip width apart, weight redistributing evenly upon his hind legs as his toes splayed and claws bit the earth for better balance and traction. He sought to bear hug her, to keep her close to him and to prevent her from moving. Due to this, her paw would miss his and her attempted bite would hit the fatty part of his left foreleg close to his chest, moderate puncture wounds gained as he then strove to shove his body into her face while attempting to pull her head in. His goal was to try and smother her with flesh and fur as well as to try and strain her jaws by attempting to push them open as wide as he could. Perhaps he could also bruise her delicate nose in the process...

Tilting his head downward, Greed would open his jaws wide as he once again, sought to drive his fangs into her eyes once more. His head twisted to his left, the male seeking to drive his upper fangs into her right eye socket and bottom fangs into her left eye socket. Should he succeed, then he sought to deliver a crushing grip, to prevent her from moving her head away as well as mutilating her face. But his main goal, was to pluck her eyes straight from her head and render her completely sightless (and eyeball-less). Simultaneously with his attempted assault, Greed would strive to push his right elbow into the left side of her neck, while attempting to apply pressure in an attempt to push her to her right (his left) and make an effort to unbalance her by toppling her head first into the ground.

He would get his legs around her just as she tried to bite him, forcing her own attack to land in the fatty part of his leg. This was no good and she quickly released her grip. He was trying to get height advantage and she had the feeling he was looking to aim for her face again. She wouldn't let this happen. Snarling she bared her fangs, peeling her skin back to protect her eyes and face. Rocking back onto her own back legs she raised up with him just as he attempted to smother her. Her idea for this move would help her to not let him get advantage. She was not about to let this male overpower her. As she raised up she lashed out with her front paws, looking to gain a grip and put her paws onto his chest. If unable to do this she would at least to hopefully get some scratches into his chest. She quickly made sure her weight was distributed properly on her back legs, her eyes.

Eyes caught the movement of his face and she quickly tilted her face towards the left then backward to try and keep away from his bite. They were at vary close proximity now and she saw her opportunity. He was slightly larger then her and since his legs were around her shoulders there wouldn't be a way to assault the upper part of his face, but she would settle for the lower part. She then opened her jaws snarling again before moving her face forward and tilting her jaws upward slightly, looking to grab a hold of flesh and fur on the lower part of the right side of his face, while pushing her upper half of her body forward into his chest attempting to throw more weight into him she also moved her left hind leg forward to give herself more force and more momentum. She wanted to knock him off balance, push him backward onto his back. Hopefully in doing this he would let his legs go and she could free herself from his bear hug, if not she was prepared to land on top of him. She also attempted to try and hook her left hind leg around his right hind leg to attempt to further throw him off balance. Him pinching his elbow into the left side of her neck made her eye twitch, but she refused to let him push her towards the right. Being that she was already throwing her weight into him and her weight was off her left hind leg she allowed her body to relax slightly towards the left so that he couldn't push her towards her right (putting more of her weight towards her left to counter his push to her right).

Hopefully she could knock him to the ground, keep him from getting to her eyes and win this fight. She had to, she had to avenge what the male had done to Marina and she refused to buckle.

~This post is a bit graphic! Read with caution.~

Fern was pleased when she felt her tooth meet flesh. A thrill shot through her, setting her nerves alight with the adrenaline and bloodlust from battle. The wound would probably scar, and oh did Fern hope it would. She wanted to leave an ugly mark on the youth's face that would forever remind her of Fern.
The thrill didn't last long, though. When Fern tried to get her leg up over Justice, the girl slammed into her chest with her shoulder, leaving Fern careening backwards, chest throbbing. A growl ripped through her throat before she felt blinding pain-- quite literally. Long canines sliced through the thin skin just above her right brow, and another pair below her jaw, piercing the skin there and getting a grip.
Shit.
Fern knew what was going to happen then. Everything seemed to hover and still as Fern gazed into the maw of the yearling just before her teeth came down.
The amethyst-eyed wolf's teeth slid down Fern's face, not only gouging her skin but grinding along her skull. She tried to jerk away, before they hit her eye, but she was trapped. Teeth raked down her eyeball, pain slamming into her like a boulder. Things were a deep red in that eye, nearly black. The youth's jaws finally pinched her skin between them, and Fern was finally able to yank her head away, leaving a chunk of blood, flesh, and fur in her opponent's mouth. She barked, in rage and pain, before tossing her head, right eye clenched shut, blood pouring like tears down her face which stung like every thorn in the world was embedded in it.
"You may have won this time, bitch," she ground out, "but someday I'll come back at you tenfold." With a final bark of agony, she turned and fled. Not out of cowardice, but because she wasn't of use half-blind. Fern hoped to the stars the blinding wasn't permanent.
Everything was a haze as she stumbled away, leaving tracks of blood, the scent of torment following her like a familiar. The brush-- she had to get to the brush.
Rustling echoed around her as she was suddenly there, inside a shrub of some sort, before she stopped. The urge to howl in pain was only suppressed by pure willpower as she lay, panting, half-blind and bleeding everywhere.
She turned her good eye towards the battlefield to watch the remaining matches, waiting for them to end so she could head back with Talis. Perhaps there was a healer around who could help, but in the daze of pain and confusion she knew not where. It was hard for her to smell; it was like her nose was clogged with blood. Her eye hurt like hell.
She lay, aching in the bushes like a rat, but kept her eyes open and watching, for despite her physical state she was able to keep some shreds of intelligence. Her eyes were clouded with blood. but she could still see the battles going on.
She'd done her part. She'd kept the bitch off Dragon. And hopefully he would view that as enough.

Regulus Anatolii Adravendi

There was a mild sense of satisfaction as his canines carved into Valdis’ cheek, even as his two pronged ramming of chest and shoulder failed to meet their marks, and his right front paw returned to the earth, weight shifting back to all four legs as she lunged in at his left flank.

Regulus calculated swiftly, allowing her to dive under, but seeking to hop a half stride forward, tail flicking down to shield his more sensitive parts as he felt a rather discomfiting burst of hot breath in his area. A thought occurred, and in a snapping, bizarre turn of decision, he decided to see just how dirty the Talisian female liked things.

Her teeth tangled in the fluffy hair of his tail, the front teeth snapping shut on the bone, causing a wince that helped his own unorthodox attack along as he released control of his bladder and sent a stream of urine toward what he hoped was her face and eyes. And if he was really lucky, her mouth.

He’d never had the misfortune of getting urine in his eyes, but he hoped to blind her temporarily with it, and that it would burn and cause a monumental amount of discomfort… Not to mention the high-level gross-out factor.

His hop forward had displaced her jaws, but sent him barging right into her shoulders’ attacks. He felt the shift of her weight beneath him and dropped his rear down hard with all his weight behind it, hoping to squash Valdis’ head to the ground with his weight and bigger butt, and the bending of his hocks saved him the straining they might have gotten had he still been bearing weight, leaving him with a moderate bruise on the front of his left hind hock.

However, her left shoulder caught him squarely in the gut, several inches further down than her intended location, but still squarely, and it was indeed uncomfortable. In more ways than just the severe bruise that flowered there. It jarred his intestines, rattling the pipes, and the contents of his innards did not approve of the rough treatment.

He felt the unhappy bubbling even as the grunt left his jaws, and made another one of those snap decisions, bearing down on his gut. May as well let some pressure go. Turned out eggs eaten earlier in the day made a lot more gas than was comfortable in a fight. Since she’d caught his tail in her teeth instead of his more important bits, he hoped that the angle of his tail would help to funnel the foul-smelling wind attack straight to her nostrils.

It wouldn’t give her lacerations, but perhaps the fart would override her nose and distract her severely as he sought to angle his head sharply to his left and his parted jaws downward at her rump, just at the base of her tail. He sought to sink his upper canines into the flesh at the left side of her spine, and his lower canines into the flesh of the right side of her spine, hoping to gain a savage grip to use in short order, and at the very least to leave severe lacerations behind for her to think about.

His hackles remained raised, bristling down his spine from the base of his skull, to the base of his tail, and his eyes remained narrowed to protective slits, ears flat to his skull and nestled into his fur. He wasn’t going to let himself think too much about the craziness about his decisions in this particular fight, but he has a feeling that later, when he had time to reflect upon this one… he’d either start laughing himself to helpless tears… or start questioning his sanity.

Valdís was so close, her fangs just about to seize her target when Regulus hopped forward displacing her attack as his tail flipped up between his legs.  As such her fangs latched onto Regulus' tail about a half foot from the base.  Powerful jaws that were meant to rip flesh from flesh dug into the meat of the alpha's delicate tail leaving severe punctures and, to Valdis' immense satisfaction, the sound of cracking bone.  The pain was enough to cause the other to start urinating and Valdís wrinkled her nose at the stench.  She hadn't thought the old man to be that incontinent already but thankfully she was out of the way of the smelly assault.  By hopping forward to displace her jaws from his sheath his penis was past her, that in conjunction with the sharp angle she'd originally attacked him at meant she didn't need to worry about getting sprayed.  However, with his tail tucking the urine could soak into his fur and probably make its way back to her.  Major ew!  She swiftly released his tail and scrunched her neck back, it wasn't the target that she wanted anyway, though after that display she decided to pass on shredding his genitals. There were other ways she could hurt this old fool.  His tactics stank of either weakness or desperation and she didn't care which.

Her shoulder attacks had been more or less successful.  Her right shoulder missed Regulus left knee when he crouched down but it did strike satisfyingly on his left thigh just above the knee.  As he dropped he brought his gut right onto the point of her left shoulder.  She swiftly planted her left forepaw, her shoulders rolling forward. Widening her stance slightly she spread her weight evenly among all four limbs, her toes spread and claws digging into the earth before she took several steps back, slipping out from underneath him.  Pain shook down her left foreleg from the bruising she'd taken in her fight with Castiel.  She needed to finish this quickly, she was almost spent.

Valdís lowered her whole body sharply, her limbs coiling as she twisted her neck to her right and dove her head down as her jaws opened wide.  She attempted to seize Regulus' left hind leg just below the hock.  Her upper fangs sought the flesh on the inside of the limb while her lower fangs sought to rest on the outside.  She wanted to seize the limb between her jaws in a brutal bite with the goal of fracturing the metatarsal bones.  Simultaneously, her weight shifted to her right foreleg and hind legs she sought both to relieve the weight of her body on her left foreleg but to also put it to work.  Reaching forward she attempted to wrap her left forepaw behind Regulus left hock in an effort to pull it forward into her gaping jaws.

Her stepping backward had displaced Regulus jaw attack but she still paid the price for it.  His jaws landed about a foot higher up her back than he'd originally planned.  His upper fangs to the left of her spine, his lower fangs to the right but he would fail to get a grip for she was already crouching down sharply.  Instead his fangs would leave moderate lacerations in her flesh.

The fart had gone mostly unnoticed.  When she'd released his tail and stepped back she'd missed the brunt of it though now that it had started to filter through the air she could smell it.  She didn't fuss over it though.  She was a wolf!  She'd sniffed butts before, he had nothing that would phase her, especially not when she was trying to make a name for herself.  Valdís kept her hackles raised and her ears pinned tight to her head, eyes narrowed.  She felt she had some measure of this man and his pack.  A band of the weak and desperate lead by a spoiled little golden child who never had to crawl out of the muck like she had.  If anything the bodily excretions meant nothing more to her than a weakening body.  The alpha's body would fail him.  She would pick him apart piece by piece until he was laying in the muck and his own blood and urine and stink.  Then perhaps he could pull himself out of it and prove he really was worthy of the title 'alpha' because right now she didn't see how anyone could follow him.  Valdis was going to bring him crashing into the earth, face down in his flaws.  What happened then would be up to him.

Regulus Anatolii Adravendi

Yes, the pain was great, but he had honestly felt worse, and he knew injuries could heal, particularly with the skill level Paladin possessed for such a young healer. He knew his more unorthodox attacks had missed, but at least she’d released his tail. He’d already shut off the water-works, so to say, and was calculating quickly, moving with the flow.

Even as his teeth slashed into her back, he sought to thrust his hind end away, pivoting on his front paws as he threw his hind end around to his own right, seeking to bring himself at a 90-degree angle with her right hip, paws settling into a balanced stance. Her jaws would find nothing but air to bite, her right foreleg also missing its desired wrap about his left hind limb.

Regulus’ eyes slanted a glance toward hers, lids narrowed protectively, but calm. No desperation lay in his fathomless sapphires, just calculation, and perhaps a glint of mild understanding of her ambitious nature. His ears were still flattened to his skull, hackles raised and tail, throbbing though it was, held once again level with his spine. He dug his claws into the ground as he thrust himself forward and sought to slam the center of his chest into her right hip, just below the edge of her pelvis, seeking to stagger her with his larger weight.

Simultaneously, his left foreleg snapped up, weight shifting neatly onto his other three legs – the toes of each supporting paw spreading to add to his balance – and he sought to wrap his left front paw across to her left hind leg, wishing to snag his left front paw around the outside of Valdis’ left hind hock and drag it toward himself, hoping to unbalance her with that and the shove combined.

His left shoulder thrust forward, aiming for the soft part of her flank, aiming for a point just ahead of her right thigh as his head angled to his left, jaws parting as he sought to once again gain a grip on her back, this time aiming to rake his canines into the lacerations he’d left already, wanting to worsen the injuries and gain a savage hold that might sink deep enough to damage her spine and render her hind legs useless.

Justice's mouth writhed into a snarl of disgust as her opponent backed away, whining some drivel about revenge. The yearling tossed her head tauntingly to the female. "Interfere with me again, bitch," she mocked the older female's tone, "and I'll make sure you won't be walking away next time. Now crawl off like a good little worm and let us real fighters get back to kicking your pack's asses."

Making a rude gesture before turning her attention away from the woman slinking off into the brush, Justice pressed her face firmly against her foreleg despite the pain in her wound, letting the pressure stop the bleeding so the wound could begin to seal itself. She ignored the chaos swirling around her for the moment - after all, she couldn't do much good in another fight blinded by blood. So she missed Regulus' ironic gestures toward Dragon, missed her asshole of a cousin going after Valor. Hell she didn't even see Valor show up. She could feel the bloodflow slow, and took the moment as she waited for it to stop to check herself over for other injuries, but found nothing more than a very minor ache in her youthful muscles from the unaccustomed violence of movement. Other than the facial wound, she had escaped unscathed from her fight with the older woman.

Finally the bleeding stopped. Justice knew, though, that if she wasn't careful it would simply break open again as soon as she tried to fight again, and fight she must. The sounds of battle still continued unabated around her, and she knew that Talis hadn't yet been driven off. Dragon had not yet paid for his treachery. She had no bandages to coat the wound with, no honey or pine sap to keep it closed, and even if she had she could not properly wrap the wound with anything without blinding that eye. She knew she would probably regret it later when she had to clean it out... but desperate times called for desperate measures. She didn't have the experience to know if it would work, but the ground had been churned to mud where she stood as claws exposed the dirt and blood was shed on it so she pressed her face carefully into the mud, packing it in and around the wound as an artificial scab. She blinked cautiously as she raised her face again, but it seemed to be working reasonably well. It wouldn't hold up completely once she started a fight, but it would hold the wound together ok for now and still let her see.

Now that her head was up, she scanned over the embattled wolves to seek out Dragon. She wasn't done with him yet, not by a long shot. His bitch's interference had only kept her occupied temporarily, but her blood was still running hot through her chest. There - there he was.

Fury flared bright in her again as she watched him take down Valor, her distance too great from them to stop it. She didn't know what the stakes had been in the fight, didn't know that her brother's loss meant he was a prisoner of Talis now - but she did know that here despite all of Dragon's attempts to protest his innocence, here was obvious, glaring proof of his treachery against his own family. He knew Valor was his cousin, knew all that had happened to him and what he was going through, yet he attacked him and fought anyway. Some loyalty.

A snarl ripped free from her chest. She knew she should be more cautious - he was after all six inches taller than her - but she would not sit back and let anyone else try to take the Talis alpha down, not again. Regulus had been larger than Dragon, and he'd already failed. She would not.

****

Without a thought, she leaped forward.

At a sprint, her path curved slightly in an attempt to bring her completely behind Dragon, so that she would be squarely facing his rump. Perhaps not the most pleasant of places to face, but it would be an advantage for her as the smaller wolf if he could not see her attack or ward it off. As she ran she dropped naturally into a fight stance. Her ears pinned back to her skull, and her eyes narrowed (and the tug on her recent wound certainly served as a reminder of why she should do that) and with every step her head bobbed and tail swept out near the level of her spine for balance. Every step saw her wide-spread paws flexing to dig her claws in, propelling her forward with greater power. Her body had dropped nearly to a crouch to lower her center of gravity, so she skimmed neatly over the ground with her joints kept loose for freer movement. Each step she deftly adjusted her weight to keep it centered and evenly distributed over the paws that remained on the ground. Her back rounded upwards in a convex arch to bring her hindquarters further beneath her, adding to her balance and strength for each stride. Her dark hackles had never quite gone down after her fight with Fern, but they had once more bristled to their full length, confusing her compact outline.

Jutting her right shoulder forward, Justice sought viciously to drive the hard point into Dragon's testicles at full speed in an attempt to rupture the tender orbs and incapacitate the alpha with pain. Years of living with brothers showed Justice how protective boys could get about those little globes, and accidental discovery while hunting had taught her that severe blunt trauma to the male external genitalia could actually rupture them, so she took a certain grim satisfaction from the possibility. Not quite enough satisfaction to be content with just damaging his ability to fill some idiot with his traitor pups, though, even if the idea of actually needing to use her teeth to remove them wasn't so... ew. No, he would not get away so easily as that. She'd be removing something much more important to his ability to betray them again...

But since she was back here anyway, she might as well do as much damage as possible.

Gathering her hindquarters beneath her, she attempted to slam the rest of the front of her chest into the hamstring tendons where they connected to the muscles in the back of his left leg, hoping to cause them to contract into a painful knot - a charlie horse, if you will. Not needing her weight on that leg to do so, she simultaneously shifted off her left foreleg to attempt to wrap the left foreleg around the front of his left hind hock in an attempt to jerk it towards her.

Turning her head towards her right at the same time, Justice reached at the slight upward angle required by their differences in height and attempted to snap her jaws around his tail several inches from the base. She aimed at it from the left side, seeking to slide her lower jaw beneath it and her upper jaw over it in order to crunch down on the relatively thin flesh and bone beneath the fluff of fur. She hoped to scissor her teeth between the vertebrae and severe it completely, or to perhaps crack the small bones between her jaws if she missed. Opening her jaws wrinkled the skin on her face enough that the fresh wound stung, but discounting the fur the tail was small enough that she wouldn't have to spread her jaws widely enough to risk reopening the wound. Not yet, anyway...

Using Fight Pass

Valor went down. And just before hitting the ground, Dragon would untangle himself from his cousin, panting heavily. He was getting a bit tired from having fought twice now, but his adrenaline was still pumping. Kimahri stood before him, green gaze flashing as his hackles were up and a hiss sounded from the big cat. Dragon wanted to say something to his cousin, but was cut off when Kimahri suddenly rushed to move behind him. Confused for a moment, he suddenly remembered that this wasn't over yet. Just as he turned around, he spotted Justice charging towards him, mud caked on her face and a ferocity in her eyes just like before. It seemed she still sought to wanna tear him apart, and while he didn't blame her for that today, a part of him couldn't help but feel sorry. He wasn't doing this to hurt them, not with what they were all going through. He was doing it because it was for the survival of his pack, though of course some others wouldn't see it that way. Now that he was to take Valor back home with them, he only hoped his younger cousin would listen when they got back. Now wasn't the time to think about that though. He promptly glanced at Valor, a swirl of emotions in his gaze, "Get out of here! There are healers in the moore next territory over!" Whether Valor listened or not was beyond him, but he hoped he did. At least so his cousin could get treated before taking the journey home after this.

Returning his attention to the fight coming his way, he ensured his defenses were set back up. His ears pinned securely and tightly to his skull, eyes narrowed to dark green slits. Hackles raised up along his spine, tail flagged out to align with his spine while his head lowered and chin tucked protectively over his throat. Shoulders rolled forward, scruff bunching defensively and his joints loosened as he lowered himself slightly, weight evenly distributed. He was ready...more or less. She probably didn't believe him when he told her what he did in their previous fight, but regardless, there was no stopping it now. They were in too deep at this point, and unless he called the remaining members together to pull out, it would be his pride and probably theirs that would keep him from doing so. They were already in this far, and win or lose, they'd see it through to the end.

After turning around to face the oncoming she-wolf, Dragon launched himself forward, the male a couple of yards behind his companion who sought to intercept Justice's onslaught. Kimahri aimed to launch himself at Justice head on and slightly to his own right, seeking to slap her in the face with one large right paw the moment he got close enough. Claws out, the jaguar aimed to slap the whole left side of Justice's head, seeking to slice open skin and potentially disorient her should he hit his mark. Thanks to his interception, Kimahri took the brunt of her attacks. Her right shoulder would collide with his chest, just off center towards his upper left side. Her teeth would score air (since Kimahri was quite a bit shorter than Justice). Meanwhile, Dragon attempted to bound past him, aiming to come in towards Justice's left side towards her shoulder. Thanks to Kimahri's interception, he was able to avoid her attacks and remain unscathed...for now, at least. Dragon lowered himself closer to her height, legs bending further to bring him closer to the ground. He would seek to slam his chest straight into her left shoulder while simultaneously jutting his right shoulder forward as he sought to ram that right into Justice's left side right behind her left foreleg (behind her elbow where it was softer), hoping it would make more of an impact and potentially drive the wind from her. And with his heavier bulk, maybe even knock her over.

Simultaneously, the earthen male would raise his left forepaw, weight redistributing to his other grounded limbs as he sought to reach for her left forepaw, aiming to hook his paw around hers and yank it towards him, a further attempt to unbalance her in his efforts to knock her over. With the adrenaline coursing through him, and his heart pounding hard and fast and blood roaring in his ears, he wanted to end this as quickly as possible. His head would swing slightly to his left, jaws parted as he aimed to land a bite right on the back of her head (just behind/below her ears). Top jaw sought to grip the far side (her right side) and bottom jaw sought a grip on her left side (closest to him). He wanted to gain a solid and piercing grip over the back of her head to potentially restrict her movement and gain control of her.

The damned cat managed to eel his way between her and Dragon, and Justice snarled at him angrily for getting in her way as they crashed together, her right shoulder hitting the left side of the cat's front chest a beat before the rest of her chest follow to slam against the front much smaller beast's lower throat and front right side of his chest. A snarl that turned to a half-yowl when she had to jerk her head up out of the shorter cat's reach, his claws just catching the bottom left side of her muzzle nearly to her cheek, the moderate lacerations barely curving under her mud-coated chin. Her left forepaw, attempting as it was to wrap around Dragon's leg, instead connected with the jaguar's upper left foreleg that had volunteered itself so nicely by his positioning, jerking the leg out from under the much-smaller creature. See how he liked getting dumped on his face in the dirt, the interfering little bastard. Between that and how hard she'd hit him he should be down choking in the grass for a while, and the yearling decided she could safely ignore him.

Without pausing, she pivoted her hindquarters to her right a touch over ninety degrees, essentially spinning in place around the jaguar to face towards the charging Dragon, and simultaneously retreated back a couple steps to clear her of the jaguar completely. Clearly the alpha had been alerted by his little pet's movement and thought he could take advantage of her being tangled with it to attack her. Well, she'd not let herself get tangled with the creature, and now she faced him several inches to the left of and forward from where his furthest-left attacks were aimed. Both chest slams and the paw swipe failed to reach their marks, with the paw swipe barely touching the front of her left foreleg and sliding away without doing any damage. The way he'd moved his head meant that she was still within reach of his bite, though, and her movement had barely been enough to off-set it. Rather than grip her behind the ears, he had managed to catch the side of her left ear, gouging a roughly triangular notch halfway between the base and the tip. As far as wounds went it was really only moderately dangerous, being hardly more of a wound than having your ears pierced, but it did act as a great reminder for her to pin her ears back to get them back out of reach, which she proceeded to do with alacrity.

Her body shifted, her back rounding upward slightly in a convex fashion like an angry cat arching its back, serving to bring her hindquarters further under her for more power of movement and flexibility than if she had left them trailing out. Her weight was fairly centered, held slightly more upon her hindquarters than her fore. Her joints were slightly bent to lower her center of gravity and left loose to allow for freer movement, her paws spread and the nails of her rear paws digging in. Her tail lashed loosely at the level of her spine to act as a counter balance. Her ears were of course pinned back already after the painful reminder she'd received, and her eyes were likewise protected by narrowing them within the confines of her mud-caked face. The pull of that wound was reminder enough by itself. Her hackles were raised as well, liberally spiked with blood by now anyway.

And barely a breath after the painful slice to her ear, Justice retaliated.

With her hindquarters already beneath her and her weight already rocked back to them, Justice uncoiled those muscles like a spring suddenly released from tension. She jutted the point of her right shoulder forward slightly, aiming to leap forward and upward and trying to maintain her slight angle toward his left side, in an attempt to slam the solid point into the left side of Dragon's windpipe several inches down from where his jaw met his throat. She hoped to displace the windpipe and leave him choking.

Simultaneously she brought her forepaws up in an attempt to bearhug his neck, her left paw seeking to curve around the front of his neck to catch on his right side forward of and above his shoulder, and her right foreleg attempting to drape overtop the left side of his neck. Partly she hoped to drag him into the attempted shoulder strike, but mostly it was an attempt to hold him too closely for him to get the momentum to slam into her or move bite.

At the same time she twisted her head slightly to her left and, from her raised position, attempted to snap her jaws shut over top the bridge of his muzzle where it met his brow. Her upper fangs were aimed for his right eye, her lower jaw for his left eye, and she sought to pierce the delicate orbs and crush the sockets with her powerful jaws, attempting to bring an end to the fight and to the threat this traitor posed to the family he'd betrayed by attempting to steal from them.

Kimahri had been somewhat successful in his attack against the she-wolf, though his attempt at smacking her square against her head hadn't worked as well as intended. Nevertheless, he felt his claws score against flesh and that was enough for him. Having been so focused on slapping her, he neglected to see that she had been aiming to trip, and trip he did. The collision had left him a bit more winded than he anticipated, so he was out of the game for now.

Justice had moved away from Dragon in a way that nearly all of his attacks had missed, save for his paw barely touching her own. His bite, however, had landed. Not where intended, but he felt the tearing of her left ear as his teeth sliced through. Snarling with a bit of frustration, he would do what he could to bring her down to the best of his abilities. The earthen male would not slow, however. He sought to continue his surge forward while taking a step towards his right and slightly away from Justice, thus avoiding her attempt at shoving her shoulder into his windpipe. Instead, her shoulder had barely grazed along his left side, though no damage would come from it due to his own movements of distancing himself. He was now nearly parallel to Justice. His left shoulder side by side to her left flank.

The alpha made sure to keep his defenses in check. Hackles rose along his spine, head lowered to align with his spine, tail tucking now instead of flagging out to protect himself and to keep her from trying to grab onto his tail. His legs were spread equi-distant apart, toes splayed and claws biting the earth for traction. His hind legs were coiled, weight centered upon them for his next move. Green eyes were narrowed, ears flattened to his head and lips curled in a snarl to bare fangs. Due to his new position, Justice's attempt at bear hugging him would ultimately fail, and instead of her bite landing on his face, it would instead catch on the left side of his rump, teeth cutting downward towards his left thigh to leave moderate lacerations.

And it was here he'd make his move.

Dragon would bend his elbows and knees, bringing himself slightly lower to the ground. He then uncoiled his hind legs, springing himself forward nearly in the same manner that Justice had, though instead of trying to choke her, he sought to slam the point of his left shoulder right into Justice's left hind knee with as much force as possible and potentially break the bone(s) in that leg, as well as to severely bruise it. Simultaneously, he aimed to hook her left hind ankle with his left forepaw and would attempt to drag it towards him or pull it out from under her at a leftward angle to further strain the leg should he land his attack. His weight redistributed across his other grounded limbs to keep his balance up.

He wasn't done, however. The earthen male would then lift his left hind paw for no more than a moment before attempting to slam it down on top of the toes of Justice's left forepaw with as much force as he could muster. His aim was to try and break her toes (or at least the outer toe/s). His ultimate goal was to try and handicap her movements. Make her slower and harder for her to move. With this attempt, he would redistribute his weight once more upon his right limbs.

Lastly, the males jaws opened wide as he made his last move against her, his jaws tilting left towards the base of her tail, though slightly lower down from where it actually connected to her body. The male sought to grab onto it. Upper jaw aimed to come over the top of it, while lower jaw sought to come under her tail. He wanted to get as much of it in his mouth as he possibly could and as far back as he could (preferably towards his molars). Should his attack succeed, then he wanted to gain a solid grip and shake his head as much as he could. His goal here was to break it in several places with not only the pressure, but the erratic and violent movements of his head. A bonus would be actually snapping it off, though he didn't care if it did or not.

He felt the fight was dragging on, though perhaps it was simply because he'd been in multiple fights already that the adrenaline was wearing off. He still didn't know who was still here and who was not. Though he supposed he'd find out after the whole ordeal was over...

RAMSAY vs DOMARI for MAIM

ROUND ONE

RAMSAY:

WRITING

8/10 for Power Play:

  • Attempts
-1 “...charging head-on toward Domari as he attempted...” The 'toward Domari' in this sentence tripped you up here. A different wording would have made this sentence work in your favor.
-1 “As he strode toward his opponent...” Same as above.

  • Attacks
-1 if Ramsey is trying to slam his chest into Domari's shoulder, wouldn't rearing up on his hind legs displace the chest bump?

    +1 for maim

RAMSAY:

WRITING

8/10 for Power Play:

  • Attempts
-1 “...tightening his grip around Domari's neck...” This should have been attempted.
  • Godmoding
-1 “...but his neck was held up off the ground due to the hold he had around Domari's neck...” You're assuming Ramsay successfully maintained his grip.
9/10 for Clarity:

ROUND THREE

RAMSAY:

WRITING

6/10 for Power Play:

  • Godmoding
  • -2 Ramsay's counter bite and then the subsequent movements of his head didn't give Domari enough time to react. Unfortunately, the caveat about possible damage doesn't fix this problem!
  • Excessive Movement
-2 for a combination of all the movements made during this round
9/10 for Clarity:
  • Attacks
-1 “The muscles in his hind legs coiled, then unleashed as he tried to throw his weight forward and upward...” Wouldn't these movements displace his paw stomp?

  • +2 for body slam/buck

  • +1 for eyes narrowed
  • +1 for ears flattened

JUSTICE vs DRAGON for MAIM

ROUND ONE

JUSTICE:

WRITING

9/10 for Power Play:

  • Attempts
  • Godmoding
  • If/Than Statements
  • Excessive Movement
  • Realism
  • -1 I'm skeptical she could sever his tail in one bite
8/10 for Clarity:
  • Attacks
  • Positioning
  • -1 if Justice is squarely facing Dragons' rump I think Justice's shoulder would be in line with Dragon's right hind leg, not his testicles  -1 she seems really knotted up to me by the end of all her attacks, it was difficult to follow and visualize
  • Directions
  • Movements
  • Damage
10/10 for Attacks:
  • +2 shoulder throw +1 severity
  • +2 chest slam
  • +1 leg wrap
  • +3 bite
5/5 for Defenses:
  • +1 each seen
10/10 for Injuries:
  • list injuries (even first round, deductions beginning second)

Status

4/12 for Experience:
  • +3 Intermediate/Fighter
  • +1 Beginner/Healer
3/5 for Health:
  • pack status
  • unhealed event status
  • -2 major injury from previous fight

JUSTICE’s round one total: 49/62

DRAGON:

WRITING

9/10 for Power Play:

  • Attempts
  • Godmoding
  • If/Than Statements
  • Excessive Movement
  • -1 feels like there's a lot of movement in the post from him turning all the way around, to leaping forward, to facing… perpendicularly to her left shoulder?
  • Realism
1/10 for Clarity:
  • Attacks
  • -1 make sure it's clear when you're countering an attack.  Kimahri's paw swipe would be a counter but you have Justice follow through despite that attack.  It's confusing. -1 the side wouldn't be softer behind the elbow, you'd still be hitting ribs -1 Justice already has her left paw up thus his attempt to unbalance her isn't likely to do anything.
  • Positioning
  • -1 I'm not sure how her shoulder struck Kimahri's chest when as you say yourself he's quite a bit shorter than her.   -1 what angle is Dragon attacking Justice at?
  • Directions
  • Movements
  • -1 Kimahri would likely need to lift his upper body to reach Justice's face
  • Damage
  • -1 how much damage did Justice's shoulder slam do to Kimahri?  If you're going to have an opponents attacks strike a companion you need to account for their damage just as you would your wolf.  -2 also make sure to mention why the other attacks missed him. I saw no mention of the chest slam nor the paw swipe in regards to the companion who was struck.
10/10 for Attacks:
  • +3 claw attack
  • +2 chest slam
  • +2 shoulder throw
  • +1 paw swipe
  • +3 bite +1 grip
5/5 for Defenses:
  • +1 each seen
10/10 for Injuries:
  • moderate bruising to chest of companion

Status

7/12 for Experience:
  • +4 Advanced/Fighter
  • +3 Intermediate/Intellectual
3/5 for Health:
  • pack status
  • unhealed event status
  • -2 multiple unhealed injuries

DRAGON’s round one total: 45/62

ROUND TWO

JUSTICE:

WRITING

9/10 for Power Play:

  • Attempts
  • Godmoding
  • If/Than Statements
  • Excessive Movement
  •
  • Realism
  • -1 I'm having trouble visualizing how the paw wrap and shoulder throw can happen with the attacking arm trying for a full wrap.
10/10 for Clarity:
  • Attacks
  • Positioning
  • Directions
  • Movements
  • General
10/10 for Attacks:
  • +2 shoulder slam +1 severity
  • +2 paw wrap
  • +3 bite +2 maim for each eye
5/5 for Defenses:
  • +1 each seen
6/10 for Injuries:
  • -2 moderate lacerations to lower left side of face
  • -2 moderate lacerations to left ear

Status

4/12 for Experience:
  • +3 Intermediate/Fighter
  • +1 Beginner/Healer
3/5 for Health:
  • pack status
  • unhealed event status
  • -2 major injury from previous fight

Justice’s round two total: 47/62

DRAGON:

WRITING

8/10 for Power Play:

  • Attempts
  • Godmoding
  • -1 when Justice attacked her paws were in the air not on the ground.  You don't get to assume that she placed them back on the ground in that position.
  • If/Than Statements
  • -1 the wording of the bite is odd, a lot of this assumes you've already succeeded in the bite.
  • Excessive Movement
  • Realism
5/10 for Clarity:
  • Attacks
  • -2 its unlikely a shoulder slam could break the patella, you also should specify which bones.  There are several in the leg and I don't see how the shoulder aiming for the knee would affect say, the femur.
  • Positioning
  • -1 I'm a bit lost at how he's managing the shoulder slam for her knee with his left shoulder while also trying to pull back on her leg with the left paw.  -2 how is he facing in to get at Justice?  What angle is he attacking at? This point was really confusing for me.  He steps to his right to avoid her attack and charges forward but that would put him past her?
  • Directions
  • Movements
  • General
8/10 for Attacks:
  • +2 shoulder slam
  • +1 paw wrap
  • +1 paw slam
  • +3 bite +1 grip
5/5 for Defenses:
  • +1 each seen
8/10 for Injuries:
  • -2 moderate lacerations to left side of rump

Status

7/12 for Experience:
  • +4 Advanced/Fighter
  • +3 Intermediate/Intellectual
3/5 for Health:
  • pack status
  • unhealed event status
  • -2 multiple unhealed injuries

DRAGON’s round two total: 44/62

Totals:

Seabound and Aimless at Best

Dómari stood still for a moment, taking great gulps of air as he finished his first fight.  There was a swelling of pride in chest.  He'd done it.  He'd defeated an invader to aid his homeland.  His tongue ran across his fangs, tasting blood, both his and his opponents and for a moment his stomach churned but it didn't last long.  He began to feel a throbbing pain in his head as he wiped at the blood from his wounds.  Stepping back he took in the chaos around him, ears swiveling, eyes dancing as he tried to take in the damage of the raid and anyone who sought to attack him.  So many wolves were down but Celestial was winning… weren't they?  He saw Justice wipe mud at her wound and quickly followed suit to patch up his own.  The raid had struck in the middle of the night and he hadn't thought to grab any herbs when he left his den.  No time to worry about it now, the battle was not yet over.

Dómari turned his head, his stomach plummeting at the violence befalling his packmates.  He saw Acapella go down and a rage irrupted in his chest as the bastard blinded her.  In a moment the loathsome tapeworm that had hurt her had gone crawling away.  Any words that Dragon had to say were now completely moot.  He could vomit out his fake love for his family all he wanted but here was the proof that he was nothing but a deceitful wretch.  An alpha, a real alpha, would have had better control of his followers, would have instructed them not to be so brutal as to fully blind an innocent girl!  He could preach all he wanted that this was for the good of his own pack but Dómari saw nothing but lowly excuses to be a brute and a bully and towards his own family no less, he truly was the lowest of the low.  Dómari was ready to pay back in kind and pluck the eyes out of Dragon's head when he saw Justice charge and he hung back.  He wasn't terribly familiar with group combat and considered Justice the superior fighter.  If anyone could get revenge it was her.  Dragon was going to get his comeuppance for his cruelty and Dómari hoped the bastard choked on it.

For now Dómari stayed put, limbs loose, defenses not quite falling all the way as he kept a look out, taking the respite to catch his breath and keep an eye out for any potential targets or attackers.  He glanced occasionally to check the progress of the other fights.  Regulus was still tangling with a Talis femme and Dómari opted not to get in the way.  When Dragon fell Dómari let out a cheer. "Alright Justice!  That's for everyone your lice-ridden curs hurt!"  Were they done?  Was it finally over? Could he tend to the wounded now?

Justice broke away from the battle with the larger, older alpha and stood panting and snarling, but it seemed that the fight had come to an end. At least, she was surprised to find herself at the end of her own endurance. She brought youthful energy to the fight, but she'd had very little practice in endurance and pacing herself yet, and in her enthusiasm she threw everything she had into both of her fights. And now? Now she was completely spent.

She had won - she knew she had won - but the distant sense of triumph and the satisfaction of righteousness achieved was no match for the exhaustion that pulled at her limbs. The wound from her fight with Fern had reopened, and oozed blood through the mud coating it to mix with the blood from the jaguar claw marks and drip to the ground at her paws. Her ear ached abominably, and though she would carry no bruises from either fight her muscles were trembling from the unaccustomed strain.

She heard a voice call out her name and turned her head with vague surprise to regard the slightly older wolf who seemed to be cheering for her. In her fatigue she couldn't quite pull his name up in her frozen brain, but she flashed him a tired grin, slightly ghoulish within her mask of mud and blood. She saw blood on his face too, but he was still standing and seemed ready for more... she hoped he got another fight. Sounded like he was as ready to send Talis packing as she was. Good for him.

The non-fighter medics would have set up close by, she thought - she should get herself there and her wounds treated before she passed out.

No, it wasn't over.  Dómari felt yet another pang in his heart as Laisren went down… maimed.  He'd never experienced violence like this before, never knew he himself was capable of it. As he looked at the wounded, saw the blood on the field, of innocent wolves just defending their home from an alpha that had some stupid vendetta he had to drag everyone into a burning fury settled into his heart once again.  The alpha wasn't the only one to blame, there were also the scourge that followed him.  They were whores for violence and intent on drinking their fill of Celestial's blood.  Well, if they wanted violence so much by the spirits above they would get it!  Dómari focused his attention on Kharnage, one of the few Talis wolves left standing.  The Talis wolf attacking Regulus would regret it.  The idiot was going to get trounced pulling a stunt like that.  For now his concern was to finish this raid as swiftly as he could.  He glared at Kharnage.  This bastard was his.  Dómari's hackles raised as he sized up his opponent, his head and tail lowering to align with his spine as his legs spread equidistant apart, his limbs coiling and his weight settling evenly over them. They were similar in height and in build and he knew this was going to be a difficult battle

Dómari lunged straight for Kharnage, attempting to close the distance between them and approach the man directly head-on.  His weight would shift to his hind-legs which were spread a little farther than hip width apart, the knees bent and his weight carefully centered over them with his tail shifting out, parallel to the ground for extra balance.  His toes were splayed, the claws of his hind feet digging into the earth.  His abdominal muscles tightened to help aid his balance as he attempted to rear up and stretch out his forelegs in the hopes of flinging them around Kharn's upper neck, just below his jawline.  Dómari's left foreleg sought to  wrap along the right side of Kharn's neck, while the right foreleg sought to wrap around the left side.  His goal was to wrap his forelegs around the other man's neck in an attempt to limit the motion of his enemy's head.  Simultaneously, Dómari tried to ram the front of his chest into the middle of the underside of Kharn's neck, hoping to crash it into the man's trachea to cause severe bruising and maybe knock the wind out of him.

At the same time, Dómari rotated his head sharply to his left in preparation for a bite.  His ears pinned to his head, his eyes narrowed as his head dove forward for his opponent's face attempting to bite the man in a brutally violent hold.  He sought to bury his upper fangs in the man's right eye and his lower fangs in the left man's eye.  He was going to get revenge for Marina and Castiel and Acapella and Laisren.  If Celestial was going to loose good eyes then so would Talis and he didn't care if they both came from the same wolf.

Dómari vs Kharnage for MAIM (blinding of right eye)
Round 1 of ?
Height: 37"
Build: Heavy

Notes:  You may notice the disparity between Dómari trying to blind both eyes in his attack vs. the official maim to being only one eye.  I'm working on some character development with Dómari and his exposure to violence and, should he win, when the moment comes he won't be able to bring himself to do a full blinding.  That development will come later. Let me know if you have any questions!
