With a scream that belied her years Sindre launched herself onto the ice. The moment all four paws were on the slippery surface she nearly lost control; legs splaying and tail windmilling behind her as she struggled to stay upright. Torn between laughing and screaming, Sindre settled for a mix of the two as she spun and slid across the ice. All around her were gouges in the ice - proof of her past escapades.

Finally her momentum gave out and the woman was left stranded a half dozen yards or so from the shore. She tried to straighten, but the moment she lifted a leg what little balance she had was thrown off and she ended up spending a few frantic seconds trying to save herself from faceplanting. Instead of letting these little hiccups get her down, Sindre took them in stride; going as far as laughing over her ridiculousness. It was all fun and games. She had no responsibility, no aim. She did what she wanted, when she wanted. And today she wanted to be silly.

So she was.

After the very unpleasant experience of washing up on a strange shore and not knowing where in the hell she was, Echo had decided to at least begin exploring this foreign land some since clearly she wouldn't be returning home any time soon. Well, she wasn't exactly welcome back there anyways, but, minor details. Of course it was just her luck that the place she ended up in happened to still be suffering through winter. The worst season. Echo shivered as she trudged through the snow with a positively miserable expression.

She looked like an irritable child the way she was pouting and stomping along, but who could blame her for being upset when she was hardly built for the cold. Echo would be surprised if she didn't freeze to death. She'd have been perfectly content to stew in her own unhappiness a while longer, but her thoughts were interrupted when she heard someone laughing and hollering nearby. Wandering in that direction, she eventually found an admittedly beautiful frozen lake with... Someone sliding around on it? Creeping closer, Echo watched the girl's antics as the woman sailed across the surface of the lake and eventually ended up stuck a ways off from the shore. With nothing better to do with her time, Echo decided to approach, stopping at the shore where it met the ice and tilting her head as she looked at the silly woman. Chuckling quietly, Echo called out, "Havin' fun out there?"

"Speak!"
